I just gassed up my car, and it barely started. I knew my battery was on its last leg, so I headed for this AutoZone close to my house.I got the battery here 3 years and 1 month ago. Just out of warranty - LOL. Fortunately, they had the battery I needed and reasonably priced compared to other places.Not only did Jacob give my 10% off, but Chris changed out the battery for me. That's great service!My wife's battery died a few months back, and it was under warranty. They changed it out lickity split with no issues. This is the place to get car batteries!

Went to AutoZone needing a new battery. The battery that I initially purchased only lasted for a little bit over a year. David tested the battery and determined that it needed to be replaced. The new battery was covered under warranty. David was very helpful, courteous and professional. Five stars!

Battery in our car was acting up. Went to AutoZone and they tested it and replaced it under warranty. We had purchased a Duralast Gold last time and when it died after 2 1/2 years it was replaced 100% free. The AutoZone employee installed it in the car for us.

I like products and service, but they often tell me that the alternator is bad when it is the battery. For me it has never needed an alternator/generator. Always a battery. I have always gotten the correct part, which is not true with the other major brand parts stores. Warranty is good. Remember batteries only last about 2 years in this heat, so purchase the battery with the 3 year warranty. Update: replaced blower resister about once every 2 years, lifetime warranty in effect!

I spend all of my free time working on vehicles. I have worked for AutoZone, as well as it's competitors. I don't have an unreasonable standard or expectation from the sales people, and I sincerely appreciate when they go the extra mile. But I received the absolute worst customer service at this location from Logan. He's a very poor example for the company, and clearly doesn't care about customers. I'm sure I will still do business with AutoZone, as there are some great people there, but I will choose a competitor or a longer drive to bypass this location.

I stopped by with a check engine light on. Jacob went above and beyond, helping me figure out what was wrong with my car. Don t go anywhere else! Jacob will take good care of you!

My battery died in a drive thru line. I went to this AutoZone and there were able to test both my batteries. Both were bad! To my surprise they had both in stock and were willing to change out my batteries for me. I declined and did it myself. They were happy to provide me with tools and support. I wish I got the me of this person.This is an example of a great team lead store. Good job guys!

After waking up to my car not starting this am as my battery was dead I was so relieved when I came in today to find not only that my warranty was still active but that your wonderful employee Kemanuel, a true servant leader, was more than happy to help me with the install of it! The gentleman, whom I did not catch his name at the register , was so helpful and made this the least stressful transaction I have had in months and I needed the extra kindness today. Thank you for being excellent people and ya'all being great at your job was just a bonus !!

Auto Zone has long lines but great, knowledgeable staff! Went in to buy some parts for my car; they had everything I needed except for one set. They were super proactive by calling nearby stores and place the set I needed on hold until I got there.Thank you for being so helpful and making the process easy for me!

My car wouldn t start because of my battery, I was stranded for about 5 hours With my jump cables, but couldn t get any one to give me a jump. I had to wait overnight at a place of business. I called the AutoZone at 734 W Warner Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233 and Armando answered my call. I was distraught and anxious about the situation and he was very polite, courteous, and patiently listened to me relate my situation and circumstances. He then asked me my info and expeditiously located my replacement warranty information. He assured me that I was covered for a replacement battery. I then informed him that I had no tools to remove my battery and no way to bring it in.... as a conscience professional Armando quickly put me at ease, he said Don t Worry... Were here to Help you I felt relieved. He told me he would have someone bring the battery to me Annnd remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. He said he ll call me when someone is on the way. About a half hour later, Armando called me to inform me that Luis was outside the establishment waiting for me. I thanked him and as I was hanging up Luis was calling me. I went out to meet him at my vehicle, he was very reassuring and very polite and courteous as well. He expeditiously made the battery exchange and was very professional in his manner to me. He explained to me that my account would reflect the exchange. He also said he wouldn t leave me until my vehicle was started and, be absolutely sure that I wouldn t remain stranded.I know this is a long review, but I felt it is only right to Speak Up and On somethings, when customer service people extend themselves to help you. We COMPLAIN LOUDLY when we feel that the service was bad and the people were too!Therefore, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the two men who were the Consummate Customer Professionals in this scenario. Thank you to the both of you, and by the length of this review.... know that I mean it genuinely. Keep up the Great Customer Service! I m am glad that these two took care of me, Sincerely.

Wow! Super helpful. I was immediately asked if I needed help finding anything, then I said I was looking for a cabin air filter for my car. The attendant asked for the make and model of my car, and then he asked if it was an S, SV, or SL. I said that I wasn t sure but I could go to my car and check. He said, go for it By the time I walked back in to tell him I have an S , he said that he had figured it out, and that they don t have the part in store but that he called their other location and they have it at the front desk waiting for me now. Thank you so much

Customer service at this store has completely changed from a knowledgeable and helpful staff to a bunch of people that just stay behind the counter and don t want to help. My mom went into this store yesterday to buy power steering fluid and she didn t know where to put it so she asked the staff and they refused to help so she asked if they could at least show her where to put some fluid in and they said no that it isn t part of their job. Isidoro is the only good employee left.

I rarely give reviews like this, but I do give credit where it's due. If we were allowed to give 6 stars, once a year, I would have saved my 6th star for the year, for today, when AutoZone's Matthew #1 and Matthew #2 helped me out with a part that I needed. They saved me money and helped me install the part. They did it with genuine care, reminded me of what customer service used to be like.They didn't have to do it. There were a few pieces in the way that required disassembly, but they did it anyway, with great attitudes!!I recommend this store 100%! No, 200%!! Ask for Matthew!!If you guys read this, Thanks again!!!!

I wanted to give a shout-out to the young guy, Michael, that replaced the battery for me in my suv. My battery is kind of tricky to remove but he stuck with it and got it removed and replaced correctly and got me back on the road.I would recommend someone work with the older lady who I think is a manager on her customer service. As Michael was running around the store helping customers and even while there was a lone of customer she sat on her chair up front instead of taking customers at her lane.

Excellent service, super friendly staff. I got the item I needed and the help I didn't ask for but, was very welcome. I definitely recommend this location. Special mention to Isidoro A who helped me find the right headlights bulb and notice I had the wrong one, got the correct one and help me out to put it. You rock!!!! I don't live close to this location but, if I need anything I'll definitely come back here.

Very nice staff! Helped me find a headlight and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Went back today. Isidoro was really helpful. He came out in the 31 degree weather to change a headlight for me! Always grateful!

I just had the best customer service experience in my life! I have a 05 Pacifica that has the engine light on and we're experiencing problems whenever we turn our AC on. Ryan E., I believe his name was, the store manager checked the engine light for us, gave us a print out and explained all of our options. He was so helpful and thorough! He really knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much for all the help!!

Isidrio took really great care if my needs today. He helped me locate items in the store, gave recommendations, and even looked up parts for me. All while in a joyful mood. He has always taken care if us when we come to this location. That's why we go our of our way to make this our store. Thank you sir for all your help and we look forward to the next time. I can not say enough about my positive visit to Auto Zone. There are two men who went above and beyond for me when I purchased a battery and fell into a variety of barriers on getting my car back up and running. Blake Cummings and Kem Israel were unbelievably kind, helpful, attentive to me when I returned several times with questions and more needs. It was unbelievably hot outside and late at might when I returned for a final time near closing time. Blake came outside and worked on my car to ensure that my battery connections were tight and helped me reinforce other components in my car that I had damaged in the process. They were both polite and never once made me feel like a burden even when I returned with requests, time and time again. Fabulous customer service and support. Thank you!!
