I was having trouble with my key fob at church today and became concerned that I would not be able to make it home, so, thinking I might need a new battery, I drove right over to AutoZone. While there, I was helped by Connor and Alex, both AWESOME, BTW. They replaced the battery, tested it and when the car still wouldn't start, tried other things. They would NOT give up! Finally, figured out that the parking gear was just a tad out of place. Once that was corrected, everything worked perfectly. I love these guys and will definitely go back to AutoZone for everything I need! Way to go guys! Thank you!

We pulled into Auto Zone with a super hot truck. Turns out someone at the repair shop left the clamped connection Not tightened to to the coolant system and we lost 26 quarts of coolant of the 27 that the tank held. This Auto Zone was super helpful. The guy working there, they said he goes by Dog, he let us borrow a few loaner tools when we found the issue. He also came out in the 110' heat to help, and spent a good bit of time helping us, the clamp was in a hard to get to spot. This was after helping us get find and buy the things we needed to quickly get back on the road. Thanks Dog man, you rock and Auto Zone too. We got the truck full of coolant and going but needed a tow back to the shop due to the billowing white/grey exhaust. The smoke screen blasting out of the exhaust was bad and the truck un-drivable. Hope the shop will fix the mistake. Here is to hoping I can give the truck shop a good review as well.

This Autozone is amazing with stellar service. Ava B. truly went above and beyond and guided me in the correct part that I needed for my car. I was scared to ask but she was super helpful. 10/10, thank you Ava B. for going the extra mile for me in what I was trying to find

I just want to say thank you so much to Isidoro and Dominic this morning. I am as stranded in the parking lot and I called and without any hesitation they both walked over to the parking lot by papa Murphys and jump started my battery for me. Thank you so so so much for helping me during my difficult time. I m so gracefully thankful. Thank you for not even thinking twice to help me Isidoro is god sent thank you ..

Daniel went way above and beyond the other night helping me figure out battery and starter issues with a couple of my cars. He was excellent to work with, and I appreciate the time he took trying to analyze the problems. Definitely will be returning to this location for my future car needs.

Mateo and Isadoro are literally the most incredible team team I have ever met! I literally know nothing about cars let alone batteries And they were extremely helpful, kind, and went literally above and beyond all expectations!! They both deserve major raises! I will definitely go back just because of them!!!

Mateo is the man!! My battery died so I got a jump and drove to this AutoZone. Mateo tested the battery and sure enough it was dead. The battery was more then three years old (shocking in Arizona) Mateo literally pulled my battery out for me and put the new one in! Talk about great customer service! Mateo is the man!!

My battery was bad and I had to get a jump just to get to Auto Zone on Warner and Val Vista to buy a new battery. Mark installed it in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way!!! Thanks for the great service!

I don't ever give 5 stars. Daniel went WAY over and Beyond helping me with a new car battery and a Transmission filter for my 2016 GMC. Everything from deals ship calling to providing tools and was really helpful. I've never met him before but it's awesome to see someone taking pride in their job regardless of the situation.

I came in to the Warner location (building number 1375) at 9:30pm right before close and Skylar went above and beyond for me. I just needed a simple headlight bulb change, but after my long day, I changed the wrong bulbs twice, and started looking at fuses and relays. He processed a return for me, 2 purchases, checked my relays and ultimately helped me determine the issue, solve it and get home safely. I appreciated his great customer service even though it was late and he was nearly off. Thank you Skylar

Came in late Wednesday night, your autozone rep Daniel O Awesome guy, super knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision on my vehicle s headlights. He also answered my 7 year old s questions! I always have a great experience at this location.
