The experience was great from start to finish. My wife and I were greeted at the door by a friendly employee that asked how he could help and were directed to where we needed to be. As we arrived, the service rep who was doing some paper work stopped what he was doing, then handled our request immediately. I went to the parts department to request information for car seats for our Equinox. I learned from him that they were unavailable at the dealers then suggested a place we may find them. I left the desk and was reminded by my wife to buy touch up paint. I returned to the parts department and purchased what I needed. He was knowledgeable, courteous and quick. I have purchased three vehicles from AutoNation Chevy Gilbert and I cannot recommend them enough. The service at the Gilbert location is top notch, with a team that is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about their customers.In particular, I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer who has amazing customer service skills. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle service process is smooth and stress-free. She is friendly, attentive, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have.Overall, AutoNation Chevy Gilbert is a great dealership with exceptional service. I went to AutoNation for my routine oil change.It s always a pleasure coming here.Appointments are always easy to make, whether it s online or over the phone.Nicholas was awesome. He was super friendly and provided great customer service. I waited for my car and it took a little over an hour.Will definitely come back for my future Chevy needs!

For me buying a new car has kind of like been going to the dentist, don t really like doing it but it s something we have to do. The team at AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert did a good job at making the experience as pain-free as possible. Justin helped me find my vehicle and going over all of my options without any over-the-top pressure sales tactics while Zach did a great job of explaining all of its options and features. I walked out the door that same day with a great vehicle. The service appointment the following week for tint and clear bra was easy and Rafael did a great job keeping me up to date while the tech did an awesome job on said tint & clear bra!

Jordan, Robert W. are great. They are not pushy like a car salesmen and they work with as much as they can. In the past 3 months I have bought 3 brand new cars from them. Had a Great experience over at AutoNation Chevy in Gilbert this past Friday. Nick was great, he stayed in communication and got my truck back to me by the end of the day. I did originally only go in for an oil change and front brake issue but they where able to get the rest of the services I needed completed the same day.Thanks again.

Ivan our service advisor took care of us when we brought our Trailblazer in for service. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Service was quick and easy. I would ask for Ivan if you need great service.

Very efficient and helpful. I have a brand new C8 and had a check engine light come on at 113 total miles. Was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Technician looked up codes and was able to tell what was going on. It ended up being an anomaly ... most likely spurious electrons

My Service Advisor, Nick, did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs, reviewed what other work my car might need in the future, and was very helpful. All of the work was performed as requested and Nick was good to work with, courteous and professional. Kudos!

I don't like (this happened every time) that even when I make an appointment at a certain time I always end up waiting for a long time to get the actual service done on my vehicle. I wish the person who is actually making the appointment (mine has always been over the phone) would tell us that this is just an approximate time or that it will/could take "X" amount of hours to get the service done. I live and work 20 plus miles away from all three Chevy service centers that I've been to and I don't have anyone to pick up and take me back when it's finished nor am I going to pay for a ride there and back.When the last service I had done was finished (I had a remote start kit installed) obviously, the service person came and got me saying my vehicle was ready. I was handed the keys but, had to ask how does it work. I didn't know I just got it installed - it was all new to me. So, he tried it and it didn't work - he had to go back inside and ask someone how to work it! We got it to start but, than he walked back inside and I got in to leave I wasn't able to put the vehicle in gear. So, I had to get back down - go back inside and ask how am I able to put the vehicle in gear. I was told by an associate who was sitting talking to another associate at a desk (neither one got up), I was just told and they continued on with their conversation.Once the service is done and all that - I'm happy with the item I bought and had installed.

Service was scheduled. I was asked if I was going to wait and I declined. I was told it would take about two hours. I was a little surprised by that. I came back two hours later. The truck was not ready; it took another 90 minutes. The advisor apologized and comped me for the oil change taking so long. I appreciate his acknowledgment of what happened. I will return for service at AutoNation in the future. I have all my service work done there.

The service on my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse was completed quickly. I arrived for my appointment and service was started promptly. MY service advisor Rafael was polite, professional and had us on our way as quickly as possible. We were also able to save $20 on a synthetic oil change provided by AutoNation Gilbert. They will be the only place that I will take my car for it's maintenance needs.

Great experience with autonation Chevy gilbert. Performed our service fast and reliably. Regular communication with us, and even a video and pix where the mechanic gave a review of how the vehicle is looking!

Poor communication from adviser , car took way to long for what was being fixed. This was the third time I brought my car there and had the same advisor. First time same thing , poor communication ,I was always calling for status, car was there way too long never even afford a rental car, never fixed the problem. Second time went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched the service technician change my oil but did not rotate my tires. So I went to my service advisor and told her what I saw because if I didn t see it they would ve charged me.they ended up not charging me for my oil change or tire rotation but that s not the point. The point is when a customer doesn t see what the technicians are doing and they re still getting charged That to me is poor management. So all three times I have not had a good experience with AutoNation in Gilbert and will not be taking my Chevy Tahoe there again. I will find another place to take my car.

After spending $253 on a 50pt multi point inspection which included an oil change, a radiator flush for a vehicle with 102000 miles which included inspecting hoses to see if any need replaced at the time. Your tech failed to see in plain sight a worn out hose that burst open 30 minutes after leaving your dealership! About $30 of coolant sprayed all over the ground. On top of that I had to pay for a mobile mechanic to come and fix that hose and redo an inspection on my vehicle. This is the 4th time reaching out to a survey and 1 time calling the GM of the dealership and so far 0 reply. Will I be back? I'm sure you guessed the answer!

Buying a new vehicle can be stressful but the folks at Autonation Gilbert were great and made it as seamless as possible. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into settling for a vehicle like I had at other dealerships. I just took my truck in for its first service and had another great customer service experience with Ivan. Great sales team and service team. Give em all raises :):)

Firstly, I'm disappointed in my buying experience. Secondly, salesman never told me my truck was in an accident. Thirdly, when I told them about all my problems with the truck that it was shaking, scratches on the body, the rim and the alignment off they shouldn't have sold me this truck at all with all these issues. The service manager, sales manager and salesman never made me an appointment to get the things done which was disheartening. I went to the top and talked to their GM Dustin who saved the day. I told him about my issues with these brand new truck with 7,000 miles on it and got on it right away. Rafael was in contact with me every step, Kiara was awesome as well. They got me a rental while I was without my truck for a week and the GM Dustin said he would take care of it but I ended up paying 42.00 for the rental anyway. I tried to contact them about it I talked to Kiara who said Rafael is looking into it and he blew me off. My truck rides better don't get me wrong and it was fixed which I was glad. The brakes can be squishy and it shifts hard but that's just what it does even after getting looked at but I may have the ford dealership look at them again.. I won't be back to buy a vehicle from them at all. I'm sorry but my experience wasn't so good.

Truly upset with the lack of responsibility, accountability, and plain ol' class. I dropped my truck off at 9:30 for a 10:00 appt thinking there was more than enough time to get my 3 year old Autistic son from Priority preschool at noon. I was greeted by a kind male who checked me in and said it should be an hour and I will get on my way. Understanding that going to a dealership is busy and takes longer sure. 11:40 rolls around and by this point I was irritated. My truck was in the same bay while I watched 3 cars get checked in and out. I didn t go for a transmission swap I went for AN OIL CHANGE. Letting go of the fact that while watching my truck getting put on the rack, the tech was speeding in the truck and slammed on my brakes in the garage while slamming the horn at another tech as if it was a game. Knowing that he is watched he continues to do so. The service advisor Kelly K was a complete waste of time and wasn t met until 11:30. The only words out of his mouth was typically an oil change takes 1.5 hours idk why he said 1 hour seeing that I was there at 2 and no keys in my hand I was pissed. Requesting for the service manager he pointed to a female that just took my info down and said I will be contacted that day. It s Monday and nothing. I was not treated right by the service team one bit felt extremely disrespected. When my truck was done the tech sped through the garage out to the parking lot and parked not in the covered parking where I was clearly standing with his SUPERVISOR. He parked it about 60 yards away at 11:55 PM. They had to see it was intentional since the manager asked herself to drive my truck up to me.Lastly, I called her line directly and left a voicemail, and nothing. Never again will I go to AutoNation Chevy. Go to Henry Brown they are more professional and respect that you spend time and money.

Update on previous review... Long story short... All of the rubber bushings that go with the suspension were dry rotted and worn. I bought the vehicle in October and started having problems in November. Wasn't able to get the vehicle in until January to have it looked at. My Equinox was a Certifised Preowned vehicle. To sum things up, everything that was wrong with my vehicle was part of Chevy's Certified Pre-Owned inspection. How did it all go unnoticed???? Something is fishy. Pay attention when buying!!!!

it was not a nightmare situation, my truck repair/issue was fixed. the service advisers are patient and are pleasant to deal with. I look forward to having my truck's needs handled by Kiara and or Rafael in order to receive the best tech./service.

I have a 2022 Traverse which needed an oil change and cabin filter. Jen, the service person at AutoNation was very helpful with scheduling the service and also helping me use my Chevy Rewards to pay for the service. On the day of the service everything went as planned, and Jen kept me updated on the progress and when the service was completed. Very pleased with my service3 experience with AutoNation.

Service was fine. I did update my information before taking the shuttle as the truck is mine and not my husbands whose name is in your system. They still text him and even sent him a photo of the truck to let him know the truck was ready for pick up before reaching out to me the person who drives it and also dropped it off.

Kenneth Kelly was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Even as he had other customers he was attending to, when my turn came around he was SOOO WELCOMING, ATTENTIVE, and ACCOMMODATING, and PROACTIVE to my particular car needs. There was not a pause in his efforts nor did he make me feel as if I was ever an inconvenience. Lastly I would like to add that, Kenneth diagnosed and addressed everything my vehicle needed done in an extremely reasonable amount of time. KENNETH KELLY. JOB WELL DONE!

Made a reservation to have a recall perform. I showed up on time and an hour later was back on the road. Friendly and caring employees and services as expected. Great experience with the dealer even though I was dealing with a GM recall.
