I recently flew from Colorado to Arizona to buy an Audi TTS and the experience was fantastic. Larry, the service manager, was fair and respectful during negotiations, making me feel like I was getting a great deal. Orlando's communication was exceptional throughout the process, even checking in after I got back to Colorado. Buying from a dealership like this just felt more trustworthy and professional compared to a one-off auto dealer. Really happy with my experience and purchase!Hats off to both of you!

Orlando was our salesperson and we could not have been happier with our interaction with him. He was polite and professional. He took the time to answer our questions and to ask us questions to insure he knew exactly what we were looking for. He worked hard to get us into the car we wanted. The finance person Ahamed was also wonderful and explained things in detail and in understandable terms. Everyone at this dealership worked well together and were respectful of our time. The people that worked behind the scenes, worked quickly and efficiently. We did not have to sit around waiting for anything. The dealership is well laid out and very comfortable. We left with a great car and very happy to have purchased from Audi Gilbert.

Took my Audi Q5 to the dealership for a service under the Customer care plan. Mike the service writer asked if I wanted the tire rotation along with the service. Assuming the rotation was included in the customer care plan I said yes. Mike did not tell me the rotation was not covered and I'd have to pay out of pocket. When the service was complete Mike told me I owed $55.00 for the rotation. There were other items needed that came up after the inspection like the air filter. They made it clear those other items were not covered by the customer care plan.I was very disappointed in Mike and the fact that he did not mention the tire rotation was not covered. Had Mike mentioned the rotation was not covered I would have declined that service.Please be very careful and make sure they tell you the cost of everything they do. There are a dozen places or more where I could have taken my Q5 and had the tires rotated for FREE. I feel like I was cheated out of $55.00.Update:After posting a negative review Mike the service writer called me and asked if there was anything they could do to make it better like give me a free tire rotation on my next service. He also insisted that he told me that there would be a $55 charge for the tire rotation before the service was done. I can assure he did not!! I was there for my free customer care service and do not have the extra money for any extras. If he had told me there would be a charge I would have said no. I told him the only way to make it better would be to refund my money. Mike said he could not authorize that but, he'd have someone who could call me. It's been a week and no call backs.Use caution when going to Gilbert Audi for service! They will not disclose all the costs before the work is done.

After spending over $4000 on repairs to my q7 and having to bring it back 4 times after they swore it was fixed each time it s still not working correctly. This dealership and repair center used to be my go to but I ll never return or recommend anyone to come here. The staff was rude and never seemed to know what was going on, there was no attempt at making things right or even offering to comp for the tows back. And after receiving the car back the 4th I find the driver seat wasn t even bolted down after they removed it to get to the battery. What a disgrace to the Audi brand and reputation I would give zero stars if I could.In reply to the Audi reply, I provided receipts for 5 of the 6 injectors, and as I explained to the service writer(who didn t seem to know how to do her job) I had swapped the 2 injectors to see if the problem followed to diagnose the injector.Would you please explain how a highly trained technician would leave a seat unbolted?

I was impressed with Hunter our young gentleman sales person #Best. I have purchased enough cars to know how to appreciate grace and class when it comes to car presentations. Hunter went above and beyond to assure my son had pleasant experience getting his very first car and I really appreciated the genuine effort he put in to make sure we walk out with a smile.

The team at Audi Gilbert was extremely courteous and thorough with my recent purchase. Ryan Dorfman was my sales advisor and he was communicative and knowledgable In all aspects of my desired vehicle. Dealerships always seem to get near universal disdain but my experience was top notch. I would recommend them heartily to anyone considering a new car purchase.

I usually do not leave a lot of reviews but in this case, I want to share my thoughts. I have been in the market for a used vehicle and wanted an Audi, so I found an SQ5 at Audi Gilbert. After doing research I decided to visit the dealership. Upon arrival I asked to speak with an Audi brand specialist. Xavier Young came to assist my wife and me. As far as used car sales go, I of course was leery due to past experiences purchasing new and used. Xavier changed my thoughts from the onset, and I felt very comfortable as our conversation continued. I had a lot of questions due to my research and the dependability of a used Audi but again Xavier took the time to answer my questions and explain the Audi brand and the concerns I had. When it came time to the test drive, he took all the time needed to walk me through the features and operating process to get the best test drive possible. Not at any point did Xavier make us feel that we were keeping him from anything or rushed. Xavier took the time to step away as we spoke about the deals numbers and again did not make us feel rushed. This was a cash deal, so we were not able to fund the Audi due to the weekend and came back on a Tuesday for delivery and again Xavier took all the time needed to support delivery and answer my additional questions. One of my questions was what service adviser he recommends. At this point I was taken to the service and parts area to meet Scott and get a brief interdiction to service and parts. If you have taken the time to read all this you can see you will not go wrong asking for and dealing with Xavier Young and Audi Gilbert.

Worst buying experience ever. Extremely disappointed by the treatment received by the parts manager who cancelled an order I placed due to "risks flagged". I called to explain my situation and validate any information they needed but still this manager decided to plain and simple not sell the part to me. I felt utterly discriminated when he said "I don't want to sell it to you. You can buy it from any other dealer, why bother me?". He was extremely rude, condescending with zero regards to customer service. I can't believe AUDI employs people like that. Shame on you

I brought in my 2021 Audi Q5 for a 50k service and to have two warranty items reviewed. I setup my appointment in advance with Scott P and he was aware of the warranty items I had, and the extended warranty I purchased through Audi Chandler. After having my car and diagnosing one of the issues, which was a light fixture for the left rear passenger seat that turns on by itself and won t turn off for several minutes even when you try to turn it off, he then told me that the warranty I purchased through Audi doesn t cover any light items and so it would be almost $600 to replace the light, or at least I will be charged the diagnosis fee of $210 if I don t want Audi to fix it. I feel like I was intentionally charged extra money for this service and I should have been told by Scott either when I made my appointment or when I came in to drop off my car that the Audi extended warranty would not cover light issues and to ensure I still wanted to pursue diagnosis. He did not and didn t tell me until after doing the labor that the warranty would not cover the light. I feel like I was taken advantage of by Scott to get more money out of me today. An Audi service writer should know what items are or are not covered by an Audi warranty and be able to appropriately inform their customers of the options before charging them.When I came to pick up my car - it smelled strongly of gear oil inside the vehicle. I thought perhaps it was just because it was lingering in the air from the technician driving it so I drove home with all the windows down. Now 4 hours later it still smells very strongly of gear oil so a technician must have had it on his hands, clothes, or shoes and left it on parts in my interior. My car smells horrible inside. Additionally, my change that I kept in my car was stolen. I had a few dollars worth of quarters and dimes in the holder next to the shifter and someone stole all but 2 pennies and my pen from it. While I m not worried about a couple bucks of change, the principle that one of your employees stole that from my vehicle makes me very uncomfortable and wonder what else they are stealing and looking at in my, and other peoples vehicles.When I picked up my car from Scott, my other keys and keychains had been taken off from my key fob so he handed me only my car key fob. When I asked him where my keys and keychains were his response was oh, they should probably be in the car then as he walked back to look in the car he said we take them off so no one can make copies of them . So Scott apparently is worried a member of your staff would make copies of my keys to come and steal from me? If this is the case, shouldn t your policy be to not accept other keys from your customers and only take key fobs? Or for him to keep those other keys in a safe at his desk, not in the cupholder detached from my key fob where they can be copied. Why would his response be they should be in your car if he was concerned about copy and theft? Then seeing that my change was stolen - I m quite concerned that my keys were in fact copied and I need to be worried I have someone coming to my home next to steal from me.I ve taken my vehicles to jiffy lube for the past two decades and never had anything stolen from my vehicle, nor have I had technicians there leave my car smelling horribly when I get it back. I paid a lot more money today at Audi and received worse service, have my car left smelling awful, my change stolen, and am left feeling violated wondering if someone is coming to my home to try to steal something of substance from me.My experience today was quite negative and has left me feeling that your department has many unethical individuals working there. After today - I do not feel comfortable returning and will go back to jiffy lube up the street. I hope you will take action to improve your department.

I would like to Thank Hunter. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had good experience getting my very first car. Additionally the finance director and sales manager were truly a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Gilbert Audi for your first car shopping experience. They didn t try to squeeze every penny out of my mom and I instead thry made sure both of us had pleasant experience. -Thank you!

Based on my personal experience, I would not trust this dealership in any way. My fianc� and I had a terrible sales experience. Just when I thought the problem was a questionable sales person, I found out the sales manager was just as much and part of the problem. I communicated what I believe was blatant wrong doing, a lack of integrity, and fair business practices to the manager, yet the dealership never took steps to make it right for us. Stay away. I would give this place ZERO stars. Don t waste your time.

Audi Gilbert isn t in my neighborhood but I had read good reviews about the dealership so I decided it was worth the drive. And I m pleased to say I wasn t disappointed. I bought my 2023 Audi Q5 from Carson on September 30. I usually dread looking for a new car because the typical salesperson doesn t listen to what I want and they just try to sell me. When I walked into Audi Gilbert I didn t walk in thinking I was going to buy an Audi. I was in the middle of visiting different dealers in search of the most comfortable car I could find. When Carson approached me, I told him just that and rather than jump into a sales pitch he told me to feel free to sit in any of the cars on the floor and he let me know that he would be close by ready to answer any questions. I had a few about the Q5, which he answered, and then invited me to drive one. I told him I was too tired but promised I would return over the weekend. He asked for my phone number and I gave it to him because I could tell unlike some of the other dealers I visited, he respected my wish not to be sold . He sent me a text a few days later to confirm I still planned on coming in to drive the Q5. I told him I would be in but didn t have an exact time and he didn t try to pressure me. I went back over the weekend and drove it and I knew immediately it was the car for me. I told Carson that I didn t want the typical back and forth that had been my experience with other dealers. All I asked was that they give me a price that was fair to us both. And that they did and they sold a car and I left a very happy customer. I have owned Mercedes, Volvos, BMWs, Jeeps and more over the years and this was the best car buying experience ever. I absolutely love my car! I highly recommend Audi Gilbert if you want a pleasant car buying experience and a great car. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I m sure Carson would be thrilled if you asked for him and told him Brenda sent you :)

From the moment I walked into the dealership Matt was attentive and helpful! I appreciated how friendly he was and really appreciated his follow up. My schedule is busy which made it difficult for me to spend long periods waiting for the paperwork process. He worked with Toni in finance and Ray his manager and scheduled a time for me to come in and get things taken care of in an efficient and timely manner and I was so thankful. Toni in finance was super helpful and friendly as well! And the manager Ray made the whole experience so smooth. I love my new Q5! I highly recommend Matt and the whole team at Gilbert Audi if you're in the market!

I can't quite put my finger on it but after 30 years of driving 5 Audis, something has changed and I'm feeling like they're no longer the magic combination of beautiful, performance and price. And the lackluster (ie v sad) etron range and no hybrid and no idea how to match the 650 mile range of the ill fated diesel... I've concluded my next vehicle will not be from Audi.

I highly recommend Justin E. and all the friendly staff at Audi Gilbert! The selection of vehicles was great and Justin was very knowledgeable about each of them! The most popular is the Audi Q5, which is the one we ended up purchasing, however, we were shown the similar sedan and SUV models just to make sure we made the right selection. And some of the others were less expensive. That really showed us the Audi Gilbert team were in it for us to get what we needed and not be under sold or over sold. A very good feeling, especially considering how the car market has been the last few years. Not only was there not any additional dealer markup on the models we were looking for, but they were well optioned. We also received very fair value for our trade, and the tax savings benefit on top of it. Would highly recommend going to see Justin, Randy and the finance team at Audi Gilbert, if you re considering a new car. Well, we did not look at any of the used cars, what we saw in the lot or also plenty to choose from, and also seem to rotate over the week or so it took us to decide and make our purchase.

Gilbert Audi is a great place to visit for the consideration of your next vehicle. Truth be told, we set out to consider a Mercedes. We stopped in the Mercedes dealership, but after being ignored, we left quite perturbed since we asked several times to speak to a salesman and were snubbed. Fast forward... we decided to head over to Gilbert Audi (I have admired Audi vehicles for a while now). This was a completely different experience. These folks are top notch and treat everyone with respect! Our salesman, Tom Sumner, came out promptly. After a discussion of what we were interested in, he lead us to a very nice Q7 Quatro. We drove it, loved it, and worked a fair deal. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. We were offered drinks, snacks, reading material, anything to keep us comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed engaging in conversation about all sorts of things as we waited for the completion of our transaction. The whole experience was low pressure and no nonsense...so refreshing. We would do it again!

Came to Arizona with my daughter's small Q3 and could hardly fit inside with the four of us plus the luggage and a golf club. Thankfully Audi Gilbert saves the day. Dustin went out of his way to call the other Audi dealer at Scottsdale to get the roof box and base carrier parts. Got it installed and now have the space to freely move around and a comfortable travel going back to Cali. Thank you Dustin and colleagues of Audi Gilbert for the great service!!

This was the easiest and smoothest car buying process I have ever experienced! The staff was friendly and made sure that myself and my kids were taken care of at the dealership. They took time to answer all my questions and go over all the car functions. I am thrilled with my new Audi Q7 and would highly recommend Audi Gilbert!

Bought a new Q7 8/2020. Purchasing experience, well lacked experience. Our sales person nor the management could tell us much about the car features. I ve Have had it ONLY serviced here with mixed feelings. Initially they offered a loaner for oil changes, but that quickly went away. The couple of times I did, a Subaru was given. I thought it was a little strange but-ok.They changed their tune and then said they couldn t give out loaner vehicles for oil changes. Frustrating. The last time I came, 5/23 for 40,000 mile service, no loaners. The response was, sorry our loaner inventory is low. Now doubting the service here, a lot. At the end of the appointment they tell me there s a defect in the rear bumper motion sensors, but the repair is covered under warranty. So, I again ask for a loaner. I m sorry, we can t give you one for this service.A week later, i attempted to get new tires at Discount Tire, fed up with Audi. They couldn t get my wheels off as the special key was not in the vehicle. Today, I presented to have them taken off at Audi Gilbert. I explained that I feel they should wave the tire removal service fee, since I don t believe the car ever came with the key AND I have never had the car serviced anywhere else. The service manager tells me that after 43,000 miles, who knows where they are at this point. I explained that, I understood where he was coming from but that I thought it was poor customer service and issues like this make people less likely to buy/return for service. Cannot recommend this place.

Unfortunately I have to amend the 5 star review I gave Audi Gilbert before. During the purchase process I didn t have the title of the trade-in with me and I was told by the Tom the sales rep to mail it, and I had to leave a $100 deposit which would be refunded once the title arrived, all reasonable to me. I mailed the title via priority certified mail, to make a long story short the dealer could never find it. I kept on following up as I was concerned more with someone doing something with the signed title than with the $100 deposit. At some point I didn t get replies to my messages, and after several calls the finance person told me they could never found it and had to order a new one, and they would not refund the $100. I told him I had shared the tracking evidence with sales staff. As a final attempt I emailed the tracking support which clearly showed the package was received, and I asked if they lost it to take responsibility and refund my deposit. My email did not merit a reply. This is not much about the $100, but the experience which at some point made me feel very concerned about the lost title and also bad about having to chase audi feeling I was bothering them. After I just spent $60k on a car with them, they could have shown more empathy and make this go away for $100. I did learn my lesson never to mail a title again.My previous review:Recent experience with Audi Gilbert has been very positive. The sales process was fair and at not point pressured or rushed. Tom and the rest of the team were knowledgeable and followed up on all items before and after.

I had an awesome experience at Audi of Gilbert. The staff was very nice and friendly. Elijah was my sales representative and he was able to meet all of my needs. He helped me every step of the way in purchasing my sons first Audi. It was a pleasure working with Elijah and all of his positive energy.

Very disappointed with Finance team, attempted to reach them daily since last two weeks, left voice messages, emails, phone calls and have not received any calls from them. Trying to buy extended warranty for my 2019 Audi Q7 Prestige with 8985 miles only. But not sure how to get hold of this team.UPDATE TO MY REVIEW FROM 5 DAYS, Today July 24th, 2023, MondayAudi Gilbert Finance team contacted and gave very competitive pricing and I made my mind to go ahead with them and purchased extended warranty for my Q7. Service staff was very helpful, and so is the finance team. One lesson learned never let the factory warranty expired buy extended warranty before factory warranty expiration date. otherwise, you need to bring a vehicle for an extended warranty inspection.Highly recommend Audi Gilbert. I also buy my both cars spare parts for them, prices are lowest here in the entire phoenix Valley. Check it out yourself. You will end up buying here. Cheers

Purchased a CPO 2022 Audi Q5 in June from Audi Gilbert Tom Sumner was very helpful in the process. I generally don t like the car buying experience but it was much different this time. The no pressure approach is really appreciated I live about 45 minutes away but was glad I made the drive.
