The Lady answering the phone at this Business is very unprofessional. It don t cost anything to be kind to ppl. All she wanted to know was how was I paying.

Owner must be brian dead. Tried charging $250 to swap a tire. I asked if I come there can he do it for $150. He said go f yourself and hung up. Maybe go take a class on how to properly speak to ppl before answer a phone again. Or better yet go crawl back into the whole you came out from. Your whole business is bad reviews. Get a clue

The first time I called a lady hung up on me after being very rude. The second time I called back a man answered so I ask for the ladies name and he told me to go to hell then proceeded to hang up as well. They must all be high on something because I honestly don t see how they re running a business.

This is scam. But I found you man. Will send some nice people your way. See if you can learn your lesson garbage. Here is more. He answer call make you pay for service before service. Than call other good company and send them your way. But guess what, that company will charge you because they have nothing to do with that ...... but you already paid.

WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This jerk did not even let me finish the question before he interjected "NOT INTERESTED" and hung up. How on earth do people with this mentality continue to stay in business? I move machines all over this great country and I try to never leave negative review, but Come On. I called this business for road side and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. I had a few questions for her about their services and before I could get my question out she said how are you paying? I told her with debit card and she said we don t accept debit . Then she hung up right in my face. Very unprofessional and I advise NO ONE to use their services. Would give zero stars but Google want let me post this without giving atleast a one star. But they deserve zero

ScammersCalled and they said service is prepaid and then nobody showed up even after 8 hoursYou are really a big scammer you knowIf one person would have put the review about your repair shop then that would have been fineBut it s almost every single person putting a bad review then may be the problem is in youReplying to the reviews wouldn t term you as a good shopBig to your lame scammer shop

Don t call this place if you have a flat tireI called him and woke him up.Not interested in coming out and fixing my tire. Musta had a rough weekend. Their advertisement says 24 hours a day. I guess depends on what day you call him or how he feels.

I called to see if they could do a simple coolant hose repair. Woman who answered was disgustingly rude and claimed they didn't accept credit or debit. I've been in trucking a long time and have never encountered such unprofessional people. Don't use these people!

I Wish I could put half a star. He, for I believe it is a one man company, expected me to send him 400.00 dollars before he even going. Just don't waste! You will not find Roadside assistance here.thanks!

Called and the guy was rude as ***t. Hung up before I even finished talking. I would not recommend these people if it was the last mechanic on earth. Terrible customer service!

This guy asked me for $650.00 for towing out of maricopa. Never showed-up and does not return my money. He is a thief and a scam artist. Maricopa police dept. Will verify that!!!!

I called just to see if they could do something I needed but whoever answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Not sure woud ever want to deal with this place or how they are still in business.

Call for assistance , person said they needed the compcheck for $480.00 before coming out( not even knowing what the problem was) . Very rude and unprofessional customer service with a nasty attitude , don t do business with them .

Please please am don't even think to take your truck or any repairs. Guy don't want me to explain what happened. First thing what are u paying with, you did when ask what going on with me ..unprofessional take repair at your own risk
