Took a long time to get my part but Diego was very helpful and helped me get a great deal on a yaris fender. Definitely happy with my experience here mostly due to Diego experience and professionalism.

Must unprofessional place I've ever been too. The way these workers talk to people on the phone is ridiculous and rude. We called at 9:40 a.m. for a transmission got here at 2:00 p.m. and waited over an hour for them to get our transmission which was already on a pallet. I will never be returning here for our business this place is a joke.

Diego at the counter was AMAZING! I showed up and was greeted right as I walked in. He patiently listened to my situation and helped me find the part I needed to fix my car. I will be back and am telling everyone I know this is the place to go

After waiting like 15 min on hold Guy handling phone calls in the morning on Friday around 9:55 am is rude !!like he does not want to be there!!im not even mad about the hold that s whatever !

Joe went above and beyond to make sure I got a part that I was in desperate need on. The first part delivered was incorrect and there were multiple issues trying to get me the replacement part but in the end the part was delivered by American and Joe stayed late at work to make sure it all went smooth. Really appreciate it.

I had a long review ready but no THE WORST PREMEDITATED CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IF NOT OF A CERTAIN RACE THEY GIVE YOU HORRIBLE SERVICES I SWEAR I HAVE BEEN THERE MANY TIMES (never again)AND IT HAS BEEN DONE TO ME AND I HAVE SEEN IT my personal opinion again my personal opinion and other people have reviewed about itUp date they want more information about it ok who do I call ? Do you really want me to respond here ?

This place is awesome. I had such a headache trying to get an ac blower motor for my Sentra which I needed desperately before the weekend to help pay my bills with Uber. So many other places were unhelpful and unprofessional, cancelling my order the day it was to be delivered, not providing with the right part info, etc. This company really came through when I needed it and the staff were super friendly. The price on the part itself was more than fair considering the other options through stores and dealerships. It was definitely the quickest and cheapest. I installed the part as soon as I got it and it's been running well as promised so far. Thank you.

l told the young man at the counter, " This will be my first place to check for parts from now on."The experience on the phone and the experience at the showroom, was a lot better than I would have ever expected.Fortunately for me I seldom need auto parts.BTW: I was surprised by the affordable prices.

Great service ,I needed 2 rims an 2 tires was afraid I was only gonna be able to afford rims an would have to wait on tires Already missed a day of work .The rims were super cheap an in stock .An the gentleman in front told me to see if they had my size in tiers an they did gave me a deal an i left with tires an rims for under $200 .Made my day because everywhere else was $200 an more just for rims an wouldn't be available till Friday .I appreciate the great service an will recommend them to any one who needs car parts .KEEP UP GREAT JOB GUYS

Spoke to Joe about a Power Steering pump. He gave me a price and I tried to order it. After ordering he calls back and says there is a core fee and upped the price on me. So I tried ordering it and then 2 days later he lies to me and says its no longer available. Sold to a local shop. Funny because its now relisted for twice the price and they have a few available. I called him out on it and he hangs up on me. Low life LYING scum working here. Ive been in the used auto parts industry for 30 years and this is not cool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS HERE WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!

Very professional well organized and was able to get me exactly what I needed. This is definitely an option for the do it yourself person wanting to save a little money. Needed a new alternator and the Auto parts stores wanted $500 and was able to get one here for $50. All around great experience!

First time here and had the best experience. Came to find center caps for my Honda Accord and Dwight helped me.... best customer service experience! He was great, thank you Dwight for being so helpful!

Customer service was friendly and professional, the warehouse was very organized and clean. I purchased a transmission for my truck, they had the lowest price and the part was clean and in great condition.On the downside, I was not informed that there was a $50 core on the transmission, so I had to return the old part to get my $50 back.Overall great experience and I will return again in the future

One of the premier yard in Arizona. The service is prompt and excellent. All parts are clean, checked and ready to install. I am very happy, with my recent purchase. I purchased a Dodge 4.7 engine, that was shipped out of state. The engine, ended up up having a different crank/cam tone wheel. Once i got a hold of American auto about the situation, Steve was prompt with a solution.

Friendly staff. They were very concerned about the part I was picking up. Wanted to make sure it was up to my standards. Supper nice. They must have a great inventory system. They walked me out to where my part was at. Great place!

These guys are Awesome. I bought an engine from Joe for my 2014 Taurus and it was exactly as he described. Very clean and after we installed it, it fired right up first turn of the key. I highly recommend American Auto Recycling and will definitely use them again!

EXTREMELY RUDE. Rude on the phone twice, canceled the Order because of it. Parts may possibly be good, but the parts aren t worth it when you have to deal with a totally disrespectful attitude and treatment just when you re trying to order them.

I called American Auto Recycling to see if they had a gearbox for my silverado before arriving & they did. J.R was cool enough to set it aside for me. 2 hours later I stop by to purchase and sure enough they had it ready to go! Upon arrival you can tell all the men & women working there are busy since its a auto parts type of environment, so if you want to be helped out speaking up with a firm voice is how you'll get assistance quicker than usual. The part I bought was obviously used. It came with 1 year warranty and Advanced Auto parts and Autozone wanted more than 3X the amount for a remanufactured one. I went with American and now my Chevy is back on the road! Thanks AAR you all saved my wallets health and my truck

Picked up a motor today and was very impressed with the staff and the business. Very nice and helpful people at the front counter. The facility is really nice compared to other recycling/salvage yards I have been to. Pricing was also fair. I will go back for future needs. Thanks guys!

Went there to find a rim for my 2013 buick and they gave me a great price and they included a brand new tire. They were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I called this place looking for a relay for the DRL. After explaining what i needed the salesman put me on hold quickly without notice. I then asked about the part and the guy said he doesn't know anything about that rather then checking and put me on hold again without notice. I asked about the part and he said the car had already been stripped and they don't have relays. Now this part is worth $150+ new. Before i could explain this he hung up on me. Worst customer service i have ever received.

Hoover was very polite and kind. He took care of me right away and answered any question I had. He also helped me find help out side them because they didn't have everything I needed, which is understable. I have a old car.I well definitely be returning back to them if I need more parts.

I walked in, paid 100 bucks for a front rim that my dealership wanted to charge me 400 bucks for and walked out all within 10 minutes. 10 out of 10 great experience
