New manager Kevin is a kind guy. I was at work and needed my brakes changed months ago. Asked if they could pick the car up from my job (only up the road) but he sent his mechanics they got the job done and I m a very happy customer! I ll make sure to bring the rest of my cars in for service as long as he s there. Thanks they are very honest..

All Valley was excellent! They were able to locate the part we needed and held our car overnight until the part arrived. Fees charged were reasonable and they kept me informed of how things were progressing. They were professional, honest, and always courteous. A week later Kevin, the manager, called to make sure that everything was going well with our car. I would highly recommend All Valley to anyone who needs automotive care!

Kevin and the team really provided a great experience. I came in with several questions/issues, they worked hard replicate the issues including multiple technicians driving my car to listen/look for the problems I d described, they didn t perform any work without my permission, and the pricing was very fair. Also - as old fashioned as it sounds, I appreciated that Kevin took time to personally shake my hand when I dropped off the car and when I paid, a little courtesy goes a long way. I ll certainly be back.

My car had been diagnosed at a major car company service center. The charge to replace an HVAC door actuator was $1076.00. All Valley was recommended to me by my neighbor. They were so friendly and did the same work for $387.00 the same day. I was so pleased with the quick service and the great price! I will definitely be returning to them for future service.

I can not express how great my experience has been. They have gone above and beyond helping me and making things as easy as possible. Being a single mom and a full time student this was one of the less stressful things I have delt with. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to everyone especially the manager! He is great and really advocates for you!

Went in for an oil change. Took 2 hours. Just to get home and find a puddle of oil on my drive way. Brought it back and was greeted with an attitude, and told to simply put cat litter to solve my issue at home. Just to wait another hour for them to "FIX" it again..

I scheduled an appointment to have my car worked on. The scheduling was very easy to do. I needed a new alternator put in. They woman at the front desk was very professional. They got me in and got me out the same day. I will most definitely work with this company again when I am in need of car services. Thank you for satisfying me as a customer.

I've been here before and came back with my friend's car because the service was excellent. This time they seemed to have improved on their already great customer service. Gary worked with me through many calls and issues we had with the dealership and parts. The new manager Jimmy also stepped up when needed and was stellar. Gary (the General Mgr) and his crew did a great job repairing an upper ball joint on my truck, along with some preventive maintenance. They were honest, professional, friendly, and reasonable priced. Tom is amazing. He will take care of you honestly and at a fair price.Update: The new service manager is Kathy. Our car overheated and we had it towed to the shop. My wife had a difficult time talking with her and figuring out the cost of the repairs / understanding what was in need of repair. Kathy never informed us of a charge for the diagnosis until we came to pick up the car. She was kind and did not charge us since she didn't let us know about the fee.

I highly recommend this shop. They went above and beyond to make sure my suspension was working correctly. They changed out parts and torqued them to specifications. Got new tires as well and took care of everything for a reasonable amount. I've been taking my vehicles here for the last year and half and they have every time exceeded my expectations with dealing with a warranty company for repairs and promptly fixing the issues we have had on our vehicles. They are easy to get a hold with a simple call. Susie is very personable. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any issues.Services: Electrical, Auto maintenance

I brought my truck here a few times and their work doesn t last. I had an oil pressure switch done here and shocks and struts, and the oil pressure switch didn t last a year. Another mechanic fixed it and did it right but I didn t realize it was still under warranty at the time because I honestly didn t even realize it was the same issue until I found the receipt later for the original work at this shop and got mad at myself for not realizing it, I had too much on my plate at the time with a business start up, care giving for my dad on hospice, a nasty divorce, probate court, and being a single mom to an infant and a young child at the time. I just called to check on the warranty for my struts and shocks, 2 year 25,000 miles from April 2021 and at 23,000 miles and my struts and shocks need to be redone and of course they re not covered under their warranty. They got 2 stars because at least they re friendly. The other mechanic offers a lifetime warranty so I ll stick with them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my vehicle here after another shop said I would have to replace entire A/C system. Tom said we replace no parts until we find the problem and charged my A/C with Freon and a dye to track any leaks. It took another A/C Freon fill with dye (at no charge} to find the problem which was a very slow leak in the seam of the condenser.I am more than pleased with the service team and would recommend this shop to anyone and not have any doubts about doing so. Dropped the ball and forgot to schedule my 5k maintenance before a big trip and the service technician made sure to squeeze me in day of and took care of me. Susie walked me through what I should be taking care of for my next maintenance and made sure I knew all my options to consider at different price points without making me feel pressured to buy. She definitely made my experience here very comfortable. I will be continuing business here, thank you Susie and everyone!

I went to 3 other places before i found All Valley Care in Gilbert and boy am i glad I did. Their prices and costumer service was amazing. Tom was great and very informative about the repairs my car needed. The price they gave was 800 dollars lower than the other guys quoted me. I found my new mechanic. They are life savers. These guys were awesome! I had a nightmare visiting ANOTHER shop and was referred to All Valley by a friend from work. These guys confirmed my theory of cause and got the part replaced and problem fixed as quick as they could getting me in without an appointment. It has been running normally since! They were even willing to do my intake a little after closing, they didn t turn me away just because it was after business hours. I had a jeep in limp mode and several engine codes which caused me a lot of anxiety trying to decide whether it was worth it to have it repaired. I love my jeep but she has 230,000 miles on her and I know she won t last forever. Talked to Tom at the Gilbert location and he gave me the confidence to believe they would do great work for a fair price. That is exactly what they did great work for a fair price . They not only took care of all the codes and did the repairs to get her out of limp mode but they took her through emissions for me for a very small fee. I could not be happier with this place and everyone in my household now feels like we have a shop we can use for all our future auto care needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Transmission repair

Their professionalism is much appreciated. Gave my truck the care like it was their own. I needed to have work done on my truck and I looked around for a group I could trust. I read the reviews for Gilbert Car Care and decided to give them a try. The reviews did not disappoint. Since then I have been a return customer and feel they are the one I will continue to use in the future. They replaced main seal on engine. Easy to work with and helpful staff! Job was completed in thorough, professional, timely manner. When sensor unit issues were discovered, they gave me a discount to help with the sticker shock...really appreciated that.
