Solid quality auto care. Not much of a discount if you are a AAA member but it is something. Good customer service. A good quality honest shop with plenty of skilled technician that can get the job right the first time. Hard to find good honest and reliable shops these days, but this one you can count on.

I had an electric car in for a check up. I asked that the charger be connected to test charging ability and explained it doesn't require a special charge station--just a normal 110 outlet. I picked the vehicle up and only had 10 miles of power. I live 27 miles from the "Repair Center". The charger was not checked and it created several hours of extreme inconvenience.

They ripped me off. I took it in. They said it needed transmission. After $4k in repair i picked up my car drive off to highway and 20 miles later same problem . Had it towed back and then they fixed the real problem for $1500. And they brokered the repairs to another transmission company. So I'm sure they made a profit there also.

I brung my truck here because I could not pass the emissions test.But Kevin and his team diagnose the problem and figured it out right away.This shop also provided a shuttle that brung me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Staff was very professional very happy with the work5

First time using my membership for auto checking or repairs. Called because car wouldn't start. Called talked to Rick he made an appt. AAA towed car to shop. Rick called back all I needed was a Batt. Not a leak in radiator as I was told by another shop. All other diagnosis test were ok, performed by Brian. Randy picked me up, AAA has a shuttle service. I can't say enough about the friendly service I received. I highly recommend AAA Auto Repair in Gilbert.

I originally came to this place to get a third opinion on a repair I had been trying to avoid. When the mechanic confirmed what everyone else had been trying to tell me, I thought I was screwed. When I told the mechanic about my adventure, he led me to Tommy. Tommy showed me a couple new cars. I eventually found love in the 2018 Nissan Altima; driving it felt natural.I thought I could shop around town for a better deal, but nobody could beat the AAA warranty or the monthly payment! You guys rock! You guys have made me a lifelong customer!

Great service. First time using this benefit of AAA. They were booked but squeezed me into schedule. They located car's problem quickly and fixed it in very short time. Thanks for your efficent help!

Person-ability and friendliness was always subpar; never mean or unkind but never super outgoing towards me. I only used them because they were walking distance to my place. Never enthusiastic about helping me with my automobile. They made me order a part I thought I needed which actually wasn't the part I needed to get my car running again. I wasted a month thanks to them. They assured me it was just a computer system that needed replacement. It was not. The absolute worst mechanic's experience ever. Use caution when using this company.

Great folks here. Took all of our cars in within the last 2 weeks.Myself, my wife and son all had great experiences with this location.Kevin was both very knowledgeable and courteous. The rest of the team members and greeters were all polite as well. They let us know what each vehicle could use as far as maintenance goes but were not pushing it upon us which is what we like. The service tech Raul as well was very nice. Thanks to all of you and your team. Keep up the good and honest work. We will return.

Paid almost $120 for a diagnostic only for them to call and say they need to charge me another $500 to diagnose the problem. No thanks! Took our car to Greulich Automotive in Queen Creek and was given an easy tip that solved our car problem FOR FREE! Beware, they are money hungry! As a loyal AAA customer for many years, this was very disappointing.

These guys are great! Truly professional and always helpful, friendly and caring. Knowing that our cars are reliably serviced and repaired is always my number one priority, especially when it comes to my wife and young children. I wouldn t use any one else and want to thank Kevin, Rick, Randy and Jeff for their honesty, superb service and genuine care. 10 out of 10 on all fronts!

Made an appointment at 10:00, was quoted about 1 to 1.5 hours to hear back for a diagnostic. Waited 3 hours. Nothing. Call them myself to ask about status, they had to call me back. Called me back about 15 minutes later and said car was done with oil change and the diagnostic on the tires and recommended getting them somewhere else since they didn t have them there. Picked up the car, was $70 for a diagnostic I could ve diagnosed myself. Oil change was fair price. In my opinion the was a rip off and they didn t even communicate with me beforehand. Didn t ask if I wanted my coolant light fixed that also needed to be done, got barely half the service I wanted and I feel like I was changed $130 for an oil change. Communication was bad, service sucked, and I will never come back here. I will drive 30 minutes for somewhere I know will do a better job. I really wish I could get my money back!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Their prices are completely inflated. Quoted me $2700 to do a full brake job. That was $700 more than the dealer. And the dealer is always more than most auto repair shops. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with the Gilbert locationService: BrakesService: Brakes

I ve been bringing my Tacoma here for oil changes/tire rotations, and other minor repairs and maintenance for quite some time now. Maybe a year or so. They have always been courteous and friendly. Never given me a reason to distrust them. Kevin in particular has been an incredible communicator and has even provided some services at no charge.

I had a leak in my vehicle and they were able to take me in the same day vs. the ford dealership that was three weeks out! I had my car fixed and back the same day. They were also able to resolve my constant brake noise. I had Ford take a look at it two other times and it never resolved until AAA repaired it. I ll be coming back. Kevin and the rest of the staff are very courteous, very thorough, and very professional. They have been servicing two of our vehicles and we couldn't be more pleased. They always provide explanation for what needs to be done and their follow up has been excellent. I would highly recommend them who is looking for a service center for their vehicle.

Kevin and all the staff here are professional and also take great care of our cars.They really look after, care about the work they provide & always do a great job! This is the only place that I will take my 4 cars to get serviced and have used AAA for over 10 years . Having the piece of mind that we have AAA Auto Gilbert Auto Repair Center on our side is priceless. I highly recommend them to anyone to take care of their cars!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and be sure to give them a try!

Truly outstanding service at this location. I went in today for an oil change, my first time visiting a AAA auto repair center. I will never book routine maintenance with another mechanic after seeing the level of care and professionalism at this shop. They started working on my car right at my appointment time and finished within the hour. Unlike other places, I didn't have to leave my car at the shop all day waiting for them to get around to it. I waited in a comfortable lobby with complimentary coffee and received at vehicle condition report while waiting on my car to be finished. The report was thorough and I left feeling reassured that my fluids, belts, brakes, tires, etc were in good shape. I noticed on my bill that I was not charged for labor (assuming because I am a AAA Plus member) which was awesome. Kevin went above and beyond and had a vendor bring an oil filter to the shop specific for my vehicle. Once again, my appointment was at 2pm and I was leaving at 3pm. All of this happened in a more-than-reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or uphold on unnecessary add-ons. The only issue I had was in the morning when I tried to call to confirm my appointment time. The phones were forwarded to voicemail for the holiday on Monday which gave me the impression that the shop was closed today (Saturday). The auto repair center was open but the rest of the services at the branch were closed. The guys in the shop are not to blame for that one, but I think it's an operational issue that AAA should fix. I had to drive to the location to make sure they were open. Even though it started kind of frustrating, fortunately the issue didn't taint the experience. The excellent service made up for it. If you're a AAA member, look no further for you maintenance needs.

I ve worked with Kevin Christensen, for over a year now for both of my Cars (Toyota s Avalon and Sienna) and he s always been extremely honest with me regarding repairs needed now and repairs that can wait. Never tried to sell me on anything! Only offers what he has available and normally what they have is comparable or better than what you can get elsewhere. Their prices are competitive. I don t want them to be the cheapest because in my experience you get what you pay for. I d rather pay a little more and work with someone trustworthy (like Kevin) than pay a little less and regret it! It s worth visiting. Ask for Kevin!

I am so happy with the way my Mother-in-law was treated today. She called this morning and they were there to tow her car within 30 min. They really took their time listening to her concerns and running diagnostic testing on her car. Turned out that nothing was wrong but she left with piece of mind and assurance that her car was ok. Thank you Kevin for taking care of her today!!!
