Kyle is my trusted mechanic! He keeps my CBR in top shape. Handles everything from serious to routine. Says what he does and does what he says!

I called because a different local shop had damaged my can ams rotor during a tire replacement. I was hoping to have 2 Guyes Garage help by assuring my bike would be fixed and safe. The person I spoke with said " they didn't want to get involved"? I didn't want to have another shop repair it for any kind of retaliation motive. My intention was to insure my wife's safety because we ride two up mainly and she rides it alone. Many of us take great pride in our motorcycles. We also want to ensure our safety and our loved ones safety when riding upon them. I know nothing about the quality of the shop or it's work. I was recommended to them by other Can-Am owners in a group that I belong to. They too are very shocked that they would not assist in something as crucial as breaks under my situation. If you choose to use them I hope you receive good work I've heard they're good. I personally will not give them an opportunity again. It should not matter how a person's motorcycle is damaged what should matter is making sure that it's safe. No one asked you to get involved. The only thing that you were asked to do was replace a rotor and ensure the bike was safe. I thought that what mechanic shops did replace parts?

These guys are the absolute best! Used them for years before I moved out of state and I was never disappointed. They even send me pics and video of the work as they balanced and tested my throttle body! I really felt like they cared about my bike.

I found my new favorite motorcycle mechanics. I was getting ready for a tour and they squeezed me in to tighten the chain and also had the right break pads. They are so experienced, friendly and all for a great price!

I was impressed by what people were saying on the reviews. I drove my 800 Kawasaki Classic to their shop and told them to fix whatever was wrong with it. I gave them $1000 down in good faith knowing that they d be plenty items that would need attention as it had not had a complete service since it was new in 2000, other than oil, filter changes and tires as they were needed. They said the tires would need to be replaced, carburetor rebuild, oil and filter and possible gas tank cleaned. I figured that the chain and sprockets would need to be replaced and quite possibly replace the brakes. I wasn t surprised when I got their estimate of $1500 thinking my bike would be road worthy again. I started calling them after waiting 3 weeks and no word. A week later I got a voicemail saying my bike was ready but there was an issue with some wiring. I got there to pay for the rest of the charges and they informed me that mice had a nest under my gas tank and chewed on some wires and for another $300 plus they could fix it. I asked why so many $ and he said they had to remove the seat and gas tank to get to it. Estimated 3 hours @$109/hr plus supplies. I asked him why they didn t call me when they had the gas tank off and he told me that my voicemail was full and he couldn t leave a message. However, after that he called and left a message on my voicemail saying the bike was ready and he wanted to address the bare wire issue. So he lied when he said he tried to call the first time.I told him I would take the bike home and fix the wires myself. I didn t have to remove the seat or the gas tank to get at the wires. Only had to take out one bolt for the speedometer and gauges. The wires were right there in plain sight and easy to fix. My time from beginning to job done was 45 minutes. The most that they should have quoted should ve been $100.00. My bike is black with lots of chrome. They left grease finger prints on most of the chrome and the chrome gas cap was gross . They didn t replace brakes, chains or sprockets.2 days later I had to hold the choke completely open just to get it to sort of work. 3 days after that I managed to get it back to the repair shop. They found that the mechanic bent the float when they rebuilt the carburetor. He fixed , no charge. 1week later my bike is leaking gas somewhere. I look around and see a hose not connected. But that wasn t where the gas was leaking. So I took it back again. He had it over night and determined that my fuel valve was bad. I had him to order a new one and I would install it. He also put a clamp on the hose that was loose(I think he said it was some kind of vacuum hose). I was gone on vacation so when I got back I went to get the new fuel valve. He charged me for a gallon of gas $5, new fuel filter and valve.(I expected to pay for the gas and valve)I asked him why wasn t the filter changed when I had the bike there the first time when I brought it in. He said he really didn t know if it was changed or not! So much for meticulous records! I paid him for everything but I sure would not do business with them again. I also found out that they didn t clean the gas tank. I paid way too much for what was done on my bike.I expect a job done right the first time and for a business to take pride in their work. That didn t happen to me. The one thing they did correctly was being courteous to me, but that doesn t go far when they take advantage of a customer. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you!.

2021 Update= Just recently had new tires put on my 03 Buell Firebolt XB9R & the new guy did a great job. First time meeting him since Adam left, so I hope he finds a good home here. Tires are amazing. I can tell the difference in handling since I just aquired the bike 2 weeks prior. Thank You again Kyle & 2 Guyes Garage for your hard work & service to make my road life the safest & most pleasant possible on these harsh Arizona roads.2018 Awesome place & service. Staff is amazing, skilled & friendly. Recommended by an ex boss & happy I tried these guys over Dealers. Prices are reasonable & sometimes cheaper then expected. Definitely recommend them myself & will continue to go here when I need quality service.

When I first got there they were great super nice and made it seem as I was getting a deal with my chain as we started to change it they discovered the back tire was to cord. I was able to call another location to get tires being they don't stock them for that short of notice. When I got them they offered to pick them up for me and I asked price for tire change they quoted $70 per tire. I felt that was absurdly high asked if they could work with me at all being I was just out $350 for new tires that was not planned. I was told that was not there problem and that had nothing to do with them so why should he discount the work. If It was not for the fact that the bike is already there and I don't have the means to get it anywhere else I would have left. I had several quotes from other shops for less than $50 per tire he told me that he would lose money if he made that kind of a deal and that he was fine if I wanted to take it someplace else knowing that it's a very unsafe and dangerous option to try. As an overall I'm not saying that this is a bad shop because they're probably fantastic at the work they do I just do not feel that enough care and concern for the customers actually occurred in this scenario and I would love to support local businesses but this is a prime example of why I won't go back to shop such as these. I feel word of mouth is big and which is why I'm sharing my experience just so that everyone can have all perspectives.Service: Tires

Two Guyes is the best shop in the valley hands down. Kyle and the crew are always honest, trust worthy and most importantly they do it right the first time. The pre-work email invoice is transparent and to the point, no surprise fees, so you know exactly what you're paying and can rely 100% on the mechanics to get the job done correctly. It was hard to find a solid KTM mechanic until I found them, bring your bike down there and have peace of mind. Thanks Two Guyes, life long customer here!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

What can I say other than Adam and Kyle are the greatest. As a blackbird owner, I was searching for the best shop in town and I ve found it! They are genuine professionals who exhibit great character and integrity. Every aspect of the work was thoroughly cataloged and photos taken as well as replaced parts boxed to return!! I ve never had any other mechanic ever do this.. EVER! My bike runs flawlessly and as Adam once told me, I work on each bike as if It were mine. Trust me, they do. Do yourself a favor and go there, you won t ever use another shop again.

They installed both of the new tires in the wrong direction. (Fixed it later and cost me 40$ more for uber. My request for a compensation was declined. Today, after checking the spark plug, I found that the water overflow and air hose weren t connected to the gas tank. They recently did a full maintenance on it. One hose clamp was missing. Previously, when I had them renew my front fork sealings, they forgot to tighten the screws on my blinkers. (Fixed it) Cooling fluid was at a min. Ether a leak or it wasn t included in the service to top it of. (Should be service to check fluids) When they changed the spark plugs they ripped off the connector. They said it was melted to the plug. I m not sure if this possible since it s plastic and the bike isn t that old and in very good condition. I was charged for a new one + wait time for delivery. I think we could have shared the costs 50/50. I really try to support small businesses, but I don t think I want to use your services again. Not unless you improved your QA. Also, if you make a mistake you could offer a compensation to the customer. They don t have the software to fix some issues with newer Ducati s.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Oil change

I went the first time due to the reviews. I will keep going because they are awesome. They communicate clearly, set explanations and deliver. If something needs to change, they proactively reach out. They give suggestions and rank priority. Even make suggestions they save me money. The work they do is great and beyond just fixing things, they educate and answer all of my amateur questions. I'm new to the motorcycle world and they've helped me become a more confident rider in addition to making sure my bike is safe for the road.V Star 650, fluids and tires replaced.Thank you

Easily two of the most honest and helpful mechanics I've ever met. Kyle has never treated me or my bikes with anything less than the utmost respect. I've had everything from routine maintenance to larger more custom work done here. Their labor rate, quality, and communication ability is absolutely unmatched.I have and will continue to refer anyone and everyone with a bike to them as I don't believe there is a better shop in the Phoenix area.

My wife's Triumph Tiger 660 needed a lowering link and heated grips installed. The team did a great job for an extremely fair price. She couldn't be happier with the work!

These guys do awesome work. I called about a week earlier and set an appointment because they are busy fixing bikes. I brought my cbr 1000rr in at 10 AM and before the end of the day they changed my fork seals. Other places I looked at said I would have to leave my bike there for weeks so definitely awesome I got it the same day back. Definitely doing business here again. Thanks guys .Service: Steering & suspension repair

Long overdue review here, but I wanted to give these guys a good one because they are awesome and deserve it. For starters I stopped by and Kyle (owner) dropped what he was doing and cleaned/lubed my chain and gave me some pointers so I could do it myself in the future. He took 15 min. out of his day and answered all the questions I had and is a super cool guy. I also stopped by another time and Adam who I'm assuming is the other owner answered a couple more questions and took a look at a brake lever I installed. He took some time out of his day to help me out no hesitation and was also very cool. So naturally I scheduled my first service here, parts were in in a couple days and 600 miles later all is well ripping right along! Price was better than the dealer too. Skip the dealer come here. Excellent customer service from everyone at 2 Guyes Garage. (Couldn't remember the other guys name maybe Matt? but he was cool too) They do good work here and should be recognized for it. Kyle shook my hand and told me he appreciated my business.. that is rare these days. Shout out to everyone at 2 Guyes. Looking forward to doing my next service with you Guyes! Dan -KTM Duke390-

20 year old Valkyrie needed some love, seat release cable won't work and a dead battery. Just moved here from Colorado. Kyle picked up the bike Friday morning for a very fair price. He got my seat off, ordered a new battery and cable and gave the bike back on Saturday. Super service, I would recommend this shop to anyone after 45 years of riding. Outstanding rating from me.

This shop does perform great work. Unfortunately if you have a newer Ducati (I have a 2018 Ducati Monster) they won t be able to reset your Annual Service Light. They notified me it s not worth it for them to spend the money to update their Diagnostic Tools Software to reset it. Of course this was after I already paid for the service. Now I have to go pay another shop to reset it.

These guys are AWESOME!! I used to take my Yamaha V Star to Turn Socket in Chandler so when they closed I had the daunting task of finding a new repair shop. It s always hard to find someone who is knowledgeable AND fairly priced. I called to ask for a quote to get my valves adjusted. When all was said and done I had my valves adjusted and the bill was about $50 less than I was quoted. That never happens to me lol. Kyle also was nice enough to pick the bike up from me since I m right by his house. After getting the bike back I did notice it sputtering some. Kyle told me to bring it in and they d look at it. After brining it back to the shop it turns out someone had simply turned my fuel reserve off. Kind of embarrassing I didn t think of that but they didn t charge me for looking it which was refreshing. These guys know what they re doing, they communicate well and they are very fair with their rates. I highly recommend them!

As soon as I pulled up to the shop, Kyle (the owner) greeted me professionally and came over to examine my bike to give his assessment. I never got the sense he was trying to nickel and dime me in any way, he was straight up about whether that needed to be replaced or if that is something we should consider at this time and took the time to go over everything with me (type of parts we could order, cost, etc.). I showed up late afternoon on Saturday (**side note: I was going to get an Uber ride home but since it was on his way, he offered to give me a ride home**) and my bike was done by Wednesday as promised. The price he invoiced me was the price I paid upon arrival, no BS. Overall, great experience being new to the area. If I ever run into any issues with my bike, I will definitely be going back without question and I highly recommend them.

I brought my bike in because I knew the chain needed tightening, and they ended up giving me a new chain, which it needed badly. Great service, and they did it all while I waited! Awesome, friendly shop highly recommend them.

I was really impressed with these guys. I m afraid to give them a really good review because I don t want them to be too busy next time I have to take my bike in, haha. They did a great job, explained things well, they were honest and had fair prices for the labor and parts. I will be a returning customer.

I had 2 guyes fix up an old Honda four wheeler. They fixed it and gave it a tune up all at a very affordable cost. They were easy to communicate with and I will definitely be back when I need them.

The fellas at 2 Guyes Garage will make sure you are left with trust before you even take the bike to them, I was recommend to them by my older brother who has brought his CBR1000 and his Yamaha R1 for both repairs and routine service. I have a Sportster 1200 I took to them for pretty simple maintenance (clutch adjustment and primary flush) and it seems like the work was done perfectly! I am so glad to see a small business like this take care of the customers the way they do. I will only give my bike the best, so far it seems 2 Guyes Garage can handle it without a problem! See you next round!
