I was reading the comments and thought three times before calling them. However, my experience was awesome, the treatment was good from the person on the phone and also the person who delivered my car. They were kind and did the job needed. I do recommend them!

We used them through USAA. 7 hours from the time we put in the claim to the time they got there. USAA was in constant contact with them. I was told they were reporting being with the vehicle when they clearly weren't. USAA then called and they reported that they were at the vehicle earlier but that I wasn't there so they couldn't tow it. I sat with the vehicle! Then the guy finally came and was not in a tow truck I imagined. It was a pickup with a flatbed. Either way, I will say the guy who got there was super nice and he got the job done. He also called when he dropped it off at the dealership. No one should be waiting several hours on end though!

If I could give zero stars I would. Outrageously priced. Nothing about this place is budget. Vehicle was towed to their lot (which looks like it's a residential yard with a buisness sign in front) Friday afternoon went to pick it up Tuesday because that was the soonest they would release it and was told the bill would be 1,350.00. We could only get together 1200 cash since cash and cashiers checks are the only way they allow you to make payments. Got there and was made to wait at least 20 min while the two employees talked amongst themselves. The vehicle had a flat when we went to pick it up which it did not have when it was picked up for a tow and the lights were left on so the battery was dead. The invoice was scribbled on to make the numbers match the outrageous charge.

Look at all the poor reviews! Was supposed to be out here at 11:30AM yesterday, pushed it back two hours at a time multiple times until we finally were able to get them on the phone after 6PM and they said they would be out here at 6AM. Got a text they couldn't do it at 6:30AM. No communication, not punctual, and can't even bother calling to cancel or responding to questions.Service: Car towing

Called AAA and was referred to Budget Towing in Douglas. They were cordial and accommodating on the phone. Unfortunately, they were delayed getting to Bisbee due to other calls, but they got the job done. In the long run, that's what really matters.

I have nothing good to say strike three got scooter no AAA service In Douglas. I'll fix on the road myself. It's coming to u very soon .. America. Wilcox or bisbee. Long ride from there .Not sure bisbee. First time wrong trunk gave him 20 for his mistake. Second time three hours .third time he wouldn't answer. He wanted 140 with AAA. Lots of luck we owe him something bad service. A joke.Service: Special vehicle towing

This is one of the best towing services in all of AZ, they are fast, friendly and fair, I have had multiple contacts with these folks over the years and each time has been nothing short of fantastic..

I tried to use this business when I locked my keys in my car. I waited for them to arrive for 2 hours. They stopped answering the phone and then cancelled the service call. So I had to find another company. Very disappointing. I will never call them again.

I've used Budget a few times now and they are fantastic. Always arrived on time, was friendly and very reasonably priced. Ricardo goes out of his way to help when he can.

Horrible experience needed a locksmith left keys inside car while running waited for 2+ hrs and decided to call someone else they were here in 5 min would not recommend
