My husband always comes here but I've never been with him. I was impressed with their speedy and professional service. It went like a well oiled machine, with one employee calling out what they were doing and another confirming it was done. Will definitely come back.

Your store just turned away an oil change over customer service. Actually they turned away a loyal customer with three vehicles. Maybe training should include how not to loose business. I receive personal coupons from you and you do mass coupons, when i mentioned I forgot mine and asked if I could still get the discount, I was told NO. I could go on line and find something. I wasn't in the mood to go home so I went to your competitor. I asked for and received a discount. Now they have a new customer with multiple vehicles. Obviously that employee was empowered to do wat it takes to get new business.

All good, the woman assisting was great, team worked together and were very professional. Sadly it took one person to make it a poor experience. I thanked John as I pulled out and his response was rudely "whatever". I'll go spend $100 on an oil change somewhere else.

I hate to do it, but yall would get no stars if I could. Service members were nice (but pushy as usual) but overfilling the oil on my vehicle earns yall a one-star! For those of you who don't know, it's worse to over fill than to under fill... this had led me to a 1400 repair!! I should have double checked it earlier because the guy that was training not only spilt oil in my bay, but broke the oil gun.... Jeezzz yall! Get it together!! So goes to age old expression, you get what you pay for.

Joe & Johnathan worked on the lights in my old car & did an amazing job!! They were super kind & were really good at finding any solution. They were funny & made the whole process really easy. Best service I ve ever had at a Valvoline Shop! Came in here while I was visiting Sedona as my Jeep needed an oil change and a check engine line came on. The guys went above and beyond to make sure my Jeep was taken care of and even made sure to figure out what the check engine thing was about and fixed it.Highly recommend you visit them if you re in need and in the area.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!After calling to make sure they had the oil and filter for oil change I drove 60 miles round trip and set for 45 minutes till I got inside where they told me they did not have the oil filter for my 2020 4 runner. They just wasted 3 hours of my time because they lied about having the right parts. Then, when they saw I was not pleased with this kind of behaviors started their condescending remarks about, "have a nice day: and thinking it was funny. Bad bad place to have no respect for their customers. I would not take them a bike cycle to work on.Service: Oil change

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Caleb, the service tech, kept me in formed of all the work being performed on my vehicle. He offered me some water since it was very warm that day and thanked me as I was being guided me out the shop bays.

Total scammers using bait and switch. I agreed to the higher cost oil for my F350 diesel and was showed a price of $109. After the oil change, I was given a bill for $260. They charged an extra $129.90 for extra oil charge . My truck takes 15 quarts which is the amount included in the $109 service. I argued the charge but they refused to correct it. Classic bait and switch. Never will I give this company my business again!Service: Oil change

I've been here many times and the service has always been phenomenal. The pricing is fair, and typically slightly less than other places for my car. I also like the fact that you stay in your car, they guide you in, change your oil, you pay, then you drive out. It's fast, efficient, and has always been a good experience.

This place and the team on deck were lifesavers for me. I was traveling from Phoenix to Sedona and my car started to indicate my oil pressure was low. Of course it was a Sunday and everything close to me in Sedona was closed. I found Valvoline on Google- it was open. I called the number and reached someone from corporate who called the location in Cottonwood to see If they could help; he told me to drive on down. I made the 20 minute drive and pulled right in as they were expecting me. You pull into an open garage and stay in your car while the service is conducted. The guys were so incredibly helpful....even teaching me to read the oil stick. They topped my oil, filled my fluids and educated me on why that notification came on. Super quick service and very friendly. I am actually considering the drive up just to have my car serviced here. The level of care these guys provide their customers is worth the trip.

Fast, efficient friendly service that I've become accustomed to at Valvoline. Service tech came straight out to greet me as I pulled up to inform me it would only be a few minutes wait. After about 5 minutes I was guided in and they began my oil change. As always they were professional and worked as a team. And as usual after the oil change they bring the dipstick from the engine to the window of the driver's side and show you the full level with clean oil on it. Mr Hart was very friendly and the team did a great job.

I called this store to see if they would honor a Groupon coupon in Cottonwood AZ. Meagan said yes. I purchased it on her saying yes. She lied. But I didn't know until after I waited in line and was told they quit taking these 1 1/2 years ago. Jiffy Lube here I come.
