An honest and thorough master-mechanic who would only charge for what s really needed.I have an old BMW (2002, 325i) that was having issues starting at gas pump, cold engine stalling once started and the car running rough with illusive codes PO171 and PO174. Two other places gave me lists of parts to replace: fuel filter, fuel pump, oxygen sensors, transmission, catalytic converter you name it, they said it! - all at a significant cost, of course. Then someone recommended Henry. It took one look under the hood and Henry pointed out that the problem was a hole in the air intake boot that s all it was! Henry replaced the intake boot and the issue was resolved. I also had them do the bushing, brake pads and sensors (the light was on for a while and I was at a loss as to where to find a good place to get the breaks done). I asked Henry to diagnose the vehicle and to let me know what else needed fixing, and to my great surprise Henry said: Nothing. Everything else looks good . That ll be the first instance in my experience so far, where a woman was not told all kinds of horror stories to get her pay more money for unnecessary vehicle repairs! It s hard to find a good mechanic for a foreign car in Arizona, let alone an honest one! Thank you, Henry! Where have you been all these years? - Do not expect a fancy office, but Pauline is friendly and efficient and you will be very happy with the honesty, the cost and the quality of repair.

Pauline was the most delightful receptionist I've come across in a long time. She was cheerful, and informative. Two sweet dogs were walking around the office...loved it. Anybody who has a love for dogs usually are kind, honest folks.I was notified promptly and price of repairs were discussed over the phone and there were no surprises.Thank you Car Care by Henri for repairing the beetle I bought for bday present!!!! What a day! What a surprise fir my grandson.

Henri knows VW's ! They replaced my alternator on my 2002 VW Beetle Diesel. He has a great staff there with him. I am so glad to have found them.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Henri is an amazing mechanic. He brought my 1969 MGB back to life after it sat not running in my garage for 22 years. He and his wife and son run a great shop, he's honest as the day is long, and is very reasonable in his rates. He tells you what you need and doesn't fool around. His shop looks like a classic car museum a lot of the time. I think he's a wizard and a "keeper of special knowledge" about British sports cars. We're very lucky to have him in the Verde Valley and in Arizona. Sorry Henri, but you can never retire, we need you too much!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

After three years of complaining about the air conditioner in my 2007 Jetta, and having it looked at by multiple mechanics, the Manager at Tire Pro told me to take it to Car Care by Henri. Henri is a very good mechanic! I trust him to work on my classic cars. He has worked on 4 of my vehicles and he does excellent work. I appreciate a mechanic like Henri. I definitely am happy with his work. If you need an automotive repair shop in Cottonwood, or Sedona area, get ahold of Henri. He and his staff are extremely helpful and easy to work with. Henri is quite knowledgeable and spent time making sure I understood what he was talking about. The staff is friendly and they quickly return calls after leaving messages. I recommended Car Care by Henri and will be returning the next time I need auto repair assistance.

Henri and his son Austin are Honest, Competent, and Capable. I've been through so much stress over the last couple years trying to figure out what's going on with my car. It has sentimental value so I can't get rid of it.I've had three different mechanics including BMW direct, look at this car and perform major repairs.I told Henri what happened, he reviewed the car for 5 minutes, educated me, told me EXACTLY What the problem was, and proceeded to remove the check engine light from my car, restore the fuel mileage, and all for less than 5% of what all of the other mechanics had charged with all their malarkey.These men run a SOLID HONEST business. Brought my Tundra in to Henri s shop from a friends referral. So glad I did! It s hard to find a good mechanic and Henri is that and more. I m so glad I found an honest and talented mechanic! Seriously what a good guy!
