Unfortunately we had our factory wheels get damaged when having tires installed here on 12/09/23. One of the three rims damaged has obvious damage from the wheel not being properly secured to the machine while dismounting or mounting the tire. I feel that the wheel is unsafe with the amount of damage it has on the inside of the rim from the machine. The techs didn t even tell us about the damage they just let us leave so they wouldn t have to deal with it. The lack of care for the customers safety is disturbing being the damage could be enough to be catastrophic. I really lost a lot of trust for Walmart. It s just sad that people won t take accountability for something so they can make right.Update they also were the ones that did the last oil change... We had the oil done elsewhere since the wheel misshap and the motor was over 6 quarts so that means they never drained the old oil out prior to adding the new. I cant believe this is the customer service they are getting away with.

Scheduled a 7am appointment for tire installation--was on time--all the walk in customers were serviced and now at 08:08am they are just now starting my car. I'm pretty sure I didn't schedule the first appointment on a Sunday morning at 7am to hang out in the Walmart. BAD SERVICE....won't be coming back here. And to everyone else...don't bother scheduling an appointment as they do not care if you prescheduled or not

This is the only walmart I use or will ever use for my oil change. The staff is awesome. And I never mind waiting if there are people ahead of me.

The auto center is very communicative with customers. They send you texts to let you know when they are starting your service and when your vehicle is ready. It is a first come first served basis at their centers. My service was quick and efficient. I was happy with my service. The cost was what I was quoted, no hidden fees.

Staff provides very good customer service. The synergy among team members appears to be really strong. They take time to listen to the customers and offer good advice to help you select the correct options needed for your vehicle. Service time is usually quicker than what's quoted. You receive updates on your cell and promptly notified when your vehicle is ready.

Got the job done quickly, but they didn't refill my other tires like they said they would. Not a big deal, still the best price for the work

Ken the manager in Walmart auto center in germann rd is so awesome! He took care of my car problems without charging me any extra dollar. Wish there were more people like him in this world.

2/15/2023Balanced the tires and they screwed them. Came back for them to check whats they damaged and they were very unprofessional. In this branch, if Sam is not there, they just room around. Ken, the service manager lacks the basics of courtesy and customer service, asked me to wait for 3 hrs while he was just chatting at the front desk. It would have taken less waiting if the service manager steps in to help the team instead of acting as a BOSS and doing nothing.

They take lunch time until 1pm and close at 3pm posting the hour change on the front window. They don t know which battery to replace for Honda cr v so I googled, and they put people intercept the line in front of me when I was browsing around to find the correct battery and bring it to the counter. I couldn t stand it anymore when second person was served who was behind me. Such a amateur level customer service and no proper auto knowledge whatsoever. And what the heck with the hours taking off time whenever they want?Service: Auto battery replacement

Worst customer service I ve ever witnessed in my life. The young lady at the counter did her best, the guys in the back are highly unprofessional. Standing around, talking like there are no customers to helpful, and not urgently helpful to help the customer with their needs. I bought 4 tires on line and no one would even help me install them; so I brought them back and chose to pay double the price else where so I could deal with professionals who actually want to help the customer and work horrible, trash, last class service ..Service: Tires

Not the best stocked walmart, a lot of shelves missing, I would give 1 star but the manager at the auto center (Sam) is fantastic and a great asset to the store. He would by himself receive 5 stars from me.

Won t ever be able to get in to get my oil changed. Called multiple times through the day at random times. I originally would get be there in person but it was hours wait. They told me to just keep calling if there was even a chance of an opening. Never was. Never went. Had to go some place else. Btw, they hardly ever pick up their phone. I d be on hold for 20 minutes at a time.

Ken Williams is the most stand up, honest, caring technician I have ever experienced in the world of auto mechanics. Ken took the time not only to tell me what was going on with my vehicle but actually Offered to escort me to the bay where he then SHOWED me the underside of my car as he explained to me why I needed a particular part and how I could best go about saving money to have it replaced. I was there for an oil change and something completely unrelated caught Ken s eye and he truly went above and beyond to help me understand the issue in order to help me prevent a much larger one. I am so grateful for the kindness, care and extra time Ken took to help me today. he saved me in many ways today! I honestly don t think I ll ever want to take my car anywhere else. I trust this kind hearted, integrity driven man. He is invaluable and deserves a massive raise. Thanks again Ken!!!

Received excellent customer service from mechanic who said he was from Lebanon. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Very courteous and professional and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I needed a key made for my yukon. I thought for sure it was going to cost me a couple hundred bucks. nope only 3.75! The attendant was quick and to the point he wasn't sure if the key was long enough so he walked with me all the way to my car to make sure it would truly work, and sure enough it was perfect. And I dodnt have to spend hundreds! Thank you

Don, Loren and Gary were gracious enough to stay a few minutes late and change out the battery on my van. Excellent customer service and best prices around. Thank you and we'll definitely be back!

The staff at the tire and lube center are nice and helpful. They do a great job and have good prices on their oil changes(especially synthetic). Plus they will let you pick whatever brand/type of oil you want instead of basic bulk oil like at most places

I was qouted that itll take 50 min, I checked the car in at 2:05 and came back after hanging out at walmart at 2:55 and the car wasnt even in the shop yet. Blaine was great and deserves a higher position, the manager Jeff wasnt so compensating .I didnt leave with my car until 4:15. Cheapest in the valley yes but remember you get what you pay for!

The older cashier lady at the front needs more customer service experience... Didn't listen to me when I told her the tires were in the back of my vehicle. Needless to say when I came back after an hour, nothing was done. She doesnt listen.

Dumb people in Auto Center said they don't balance new tires because they are balanced when new from factory. Daughter drove car home with front end shaking because of no dynamic balance. Now I have to go to Discount and get them balanced. If she were in an accident it would be a law suit. Go elsewhere for tires these people are clueless and dangerous!

Horrible customer service. I got skipped over twice because the cashier knew two people in line behind me. I had to wait 25 minutes in line just for them to tell me they couldn't do a headlight restoration that day, and there was only one person ahead of me when I got in line. I will not be going back to this business.

They get a 3 because price is excellent and got my order a day early. They would get 4 stars if they could have pulled off the 2 hour walk in they quoted instead of almost 4 hours I had to chill.

Always get my batteries done here. Great price, I never wait though just drop off and wait for them to call which is usually no longer than they say it will be.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not order tires from Wal-Mart! I spent $500 on 4 tires for our motor home...and this lousy "auto center" won't even mount them, even though we had previously confirmed with them that they would PRIOR to ordering them! What a waste of time and supposed "savings" on the tires!

It was closed, and there was no notice anywhere outside about timings or why it was closed. I had taken off work to get my car oil change.So went to Jackson's to get the job done, which is kind of opposite Walmart.
