I had a horrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change. I checked in and decided to just walk around the store until I received a text that my car would be ready. Over an hour had passed without any texts and I decided to check on my car with the staff. The lady at the counter said my car hadn t even been pulled and that she would check on it. She never came back. I had asked the man at the counter 2 times after that to check and he said he didn t know when they would help. After being there for 3 hours I decided to just ask for my keys back and left.

Said they needed me to sign a waiver to work on my car, I asked is something wrong they said no just need it to be signed first so I did, trusting them. Later got my car and it was making noise. They forgot to put windshield fluid so I brought it back and told them and they said it was because of a nail, then said I had old brakes (which is a lie only couple months old) and tried to convince me saying he used to work at honda dealership and said the dealerships are cheaper (dealerships known to charge more and can start to see why he no longer works at one and now works at Walmart tire center). Brought it to mechanic they said my brakes are new and everything looks fine but I have a massive gash in my tire and I got them replaced now its fine. Walmart was also struggling to tighten my lugnuts and was pulling off and stopped midway before test driving to tighten and put I declined services that they never asked like wheel balancing which i wanted done.

This review is for MANAGEMENT. went for an oil change, friendly tech tried to pull up my account on a tablet but the system was down. Tech said that's common in the afternoon. He tried 5 tablets over 30 minutes and couldn't get into the system to access the services. Since they have no way to manually do the job, without using their online system to create the work order, they told me they couldn't do the oil change at all. The tech did all he could, this problem is with management by putting all their eggs in one basket here, allowing a simple technological problem to prevent them from doing any business at all. That's bad management, and poor customer experience. I would not go back to this walmart.

Do not get your oil changed by these scamming scum suckers. They're greater named Jordan tells me I need a full synthetic oil change I said that's interesting the last three times I got my oil changed at Walmart I got conventional oil he said well you have a turbo you have to get synthetic or it can blow up your engine I said no problem I wanted to do that today anyway since then I don't have to come back for 5,000 miles. I said so what's that going to run me $49.95 he said no I'm going to enter it to get you a deal with a discount to which I responded okay great I appreciate that. What he actually did was signed me up to get a pit crew oil change with the conventional oil he said would blow up my engine if I used it and then snuck on a fuel injection cleaning for $15 so when you add them both up it comes up to 39.97 or something like that before the tax. They are providing incentives to their greeters there to upsell customers on unnecessary and worthless fuel injection cleaning and rather than try to sell those to customers legitimately they are committing downright fraud not giving customers the synthetic oil change that they're paying for and then adding it on without discussion or permission hoping the customer just says yep The Price is Right and doesn't take any time to read the sticker they put in their vehicle which tells you exactly what type of oil is put in your vehicle and read your actual receipt which tells you exactly what you got billed for my receipt says I got the pit crew it says I got conventional Quaker State 5W-30 oil. Store manager actually had the greeter call me instead of admitting what he did he just kept digging a deeper hole telling me Oh we did give you synthetic oil. I'm like bro it tells me right on the receipt what oil was used and what oil went into my car on the windshield sticker he's like well it's a 50/50 blend I'm like first of all a 50/50 bland is not a full synthetic oil change and I looked it up online and it's a conventional oil nothing synthetic at all. I said you just scamming people to add on services to get a bonus then he tells me they'll refund the $15 to my credit card if I drive back to the store which is 45 minutes from where I live and I said but wait a second I wanted synthetic oil that's not what's in my vehicle are you guys going to get the conventional oil out and put synthetic oil in when I come over if I do that you should know we're not going to do that so now I have to go and pay for an oil change somewhere else today I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I'm disputing the full amount with my credit card company I've already wasted 2 hours of my time getting scammed by this little con artist and the manager doesn't seem to care. Interestingly when I was getting checked out there was another gentleman up there complaining about something being done incorrectly I'm not sure what it was or what service he was getting but do yourself a favor and do not under any circumstance get an oil change at this Walmart location.

They apparently don t know how to replace tires. Told me they couldn t take one tire off & then they damaged my lug nuts on two other tires. If you care about your car, prob don t want to come hereService: TiresService: Tires

Over the phone I was told my repair would take 20 to 30 minutes. Then when I made it to the store shortly after that it took me 20 minutes just to be able to work with someone who had to go and check to see if they even still had my parts in stock. Then I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to have the repair done.An hour and a half later, they finally took my car back. And it still took them almost an hour just to replace the part

Great price. Extremely slow service.Don't expect to be in and out on your scheduled time. Been here for 3 hours for tire installation, when the scheduled time was supposed to be only 1 hour

Bought trailer tires at WM online and brought them in for installation. Got us in right away but one wheel had issues. Brought that wheel/tire back with my spare to get tires swapped. Waited 4 hours never got a text it was done and when I went back in they were swapped but not balanced correctly. It got done right away. Overall the service center gal ( red hair) was nice and accommodating and the tech who did the install the first time was very nice and worked hard at it.

I showed up there 4 times!!!! to get my freaking tires installed what I ordered online already payed. First try i got 4 new tires from 2015. They were sorry and order new ones for me. 4 days later i showed up they have only one instead of 4. I left and wait for the other 3..... i got a call my tires arrived. Yay I showed up guess what? Just one tire there. I said ok please install at least 2 on the front and we replaced the rear tires when they come. One week later i showed up but they can install because of a bee swarm. Ok it happens. Next day they were not enough people and I have to wait 3 hours and there was just my car... :-O Another week later finally after 4 weeks and 5 hours waiting I got 4 new tires.Do yourself a favor. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even a oilchange takes hours.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give a 0/5 if it were an option. They are never adequately staffed and I always have to end up going somewhere else for an oil change. They have outrageous wait times that can change at any moment. And sometimes they say they will not service you. You might as well try changing your oil yourself it would be much easier than trying to get any time with this Walmart location.Go to the Walmart in queen creek they do great and have it down to a system. However this Walmart location is TERRIBLE.

Called to find out the estimated cost of replacing my tires. Agent seemed bothered when he asked what size my tires were. I wasn't sure and instead of asking if they were the original tires (which they are and I could have answers) or offering to look them up, quickly dismissed me. Will take my business elsewhere.

Not actually Open to enter or exit at 5:45pm on Friday. Employee actually gestured the cut off throat no go gesture. Pretty normal though I've found for stores in this area. They make up hours.

Don t have your tools in your vehicle like your toolbox Snap-On Tools the workers at this place stole my tools told the manager he just gave me a dumb look told the person that was working there. All I was doing was just getting a tire fixed they if it was one of us that stole some thing they were arrested us, but their workers are thieves. These are just as bad as liars Very very unprofessional. I would never go over there I mean, least you know they could ve refunded me my my tools.Service: Tires

Great place for Tyre service and oil change very reasonable price. Wait time is a bit painful but you need to go early in the morning for oil change and for Tyre service book appointment..

Tried and tried to have a single tire replaced, online chat say's they've had my tire (PAID FOR!) for over a week but I can't get anyone to confirm it, or even find the tire. Takes 5-10 times of calling to even get someone on the phone, and when they take down my information I never hear back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have taken my car to be seen by this Walmart Auto Care Center 3 times (tire rotation, low tire pressure light on and installation of 4 new tires). I have never had a problem with them. Every customer service representative has been friendly and I ve gotten in and out in less than 2 hours, specifically with the tire installation, while the Black Friday swamp deal was going on.You can tell they get over swamped at times, and I ve witnessed some people throw their fits, but I rather be patient and wait, and have them do the job right, then for them to rush through it, just because customers don t have the patience.Many customers have been downright rude and have attitude towards the staff, and I still haven t seen them get smart back; they remained calm and friendly.Take into consideration the things going on behind the scene (whether it s issues with other cars one as a customer wouldn t know anything about, or maybe short staffed times) and have patience, and you ll see that they actually give good services.

I called Walmart and spoke to a very helpful woman who found the tires I wanted and set an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, half an hour early for my appointment, I waited in a long line then, when it was my turn, I was notified that there was no appointment in the book for me. They offered to put me in as a walk-in, but told me it would be 4-5 hours. I decided to leave the car and catch a ride to work. Why bother taking appointments if they don't intend to put them in the book?

I did oil change and battery replacement here 2 weeks ago and now my oillife is 10% and I don t drive a lot. However, they constantly told me that I drove a lot but i know how much i drove. Here is the tip for oil change for you all in the future, remember to check your car odometer and the one on the receipt, if you see it doesn t match, immediately return to them, don t wait for 2 weeks later like me because they told me that i drove 5k miles in 2 weeks, which is 357 miles per day.

So I drop the car off, no problem. I'm quoted two hours. 3 hours later, I call, no answer. About an hour later, I call, no answer, another hour later I call 3x in a row and get someone. They say it's been ready for over 2 hours and that they called me. I have no missed call and no voicemail and they never tried again.Then I go in to pick it up and stay in line for 20 mins (1 person at the counter with a line of 6-7 people) and finally it's my turn. I go to sign my receipts and they're already signed by another customer...so someone, somewhere may have been charged wrong for my services, who knows.Last time I'm going there.

Honest opinion? I arrived early in the morning for a car battery as instructed. No other cars accept one being finished. Yet, I was told AFTER I handed my key over that it would be 2 hours! Why? Because the manager disappeared and a few of their mechanics we're late arriving. 2 hours for a battery!

After trying to get my tires rotated here for over three weeks only to be turned away because of "too-long queues", I got up early and drove 15 miles to get here right as it opened and beat the line. Even with this, I had to wait for half an hour to have my name registered and was told it would be a two hour wait. After two hours with no call, I went back to check on the status of my car and found that it hadn't even been taken to the garage yet and was still sitting where I'd parked it. They told me my car was next in the queue and so I decided to wait around a little longer. I ended up waiting for over four hours for a simple tire rotation and it wasn't until an hour later that I received a call telling me my car was ready to be picked up (at this point I was home and my car was sitting in my garage). The employees were distant and cold at best and the entire process was such an unpleasant waste of time and energy that I would rather drive into the ocean than take my car here again.

One of the worst experiences ever!!One of my tires leaked air so came here today at 7:30am. I was told that they have 5 cars before me and the wait could be as long as1 1/2hrs. My car finally got serviced after 2 1/2hrs. The problem was cause by a mistake at installation that was done at the same Walmart location. I had all 4 tires purchased and installed only two days ago. After the repair was done, I was asked to pay for the repair because I didn t purchase the road hazard warranty. It s ridiculous that they didn t install it properly at first place but they were insisting to charge me. After a long argument, they ended up waiving the charge but it should ve handled better. So.. dear Walmart, you are lucky that there no star in the review system.

I bought my car battery June 4th but was told they couldn t take anymore cars, which was fine because it was there closing time. I came back today as soon as they opened and was told the mechanics there were not certified and could not change the battery in a Ford Focus 2016. There was only one certified mechanic there who was changing the tires on an RV which I was told it would take him 3 hours. I had to get to work so I left but when I came back an hour later the RV was gone . So basically I couldn t get the service I was owed due to someone s laziness and I won t be returning. Poor customer service.
