Luis Valette has been in the industry for over 35 years, he prides himself in being honest, fair and reliable. �Extremely knowledgeable in European brands like BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Volkswagen, Audi as well as American Made vehicles and Asian vehicles. ����WE DON T compromise any repair with shortcuts and WON T jeopardize our client s confidence or trust by performing careless work.He is great guy and honest to work with. Worked on 2 cars and bus for me. Work was good.

Luis is professional, honest and efficient. The check engine light of my Volkswagon CC 2014 was on. He was very quick to figure out the the problem and ordered the parts. he fixed it the next morning, in comparison to waiting for 4 days the dealer told me.Luis does things right for a very fair price! When the reviews of this business talk about his experience and integrity, they understate what I received from this guy. I was referred to him by a friend and drove over an hour to his shop. Honest, Reliable and Affordable accurately describes our experiences so far. Luis is easy going and informative. He has routinely quoted lower prices than dealerships and other mechanics while seemingly maintaining a high quality. We will be bringing our cars back for any future issues. Luis, the owner is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Incredibly honest, reliable and affordable!...and did I mention he is soooo nice!! Luis cares about the work he does! I didn't feel like "just another customer"! I live in Prescott and he was well worth the 2 hour drive! I would not recommend anyone else in the valley! I took my 1992 Volvo 940 into the shop to address issues resulting from its historic age and frequent use by our grandsons during these past five years. Luis went through the pristine vehicle as though it was his own and helped to identify mechanical problems deserving his professional attention, from repair of the ac to repair of the shock absorbers to replacement of brake pads to repair of shift gear. He was thorough in his assessment of needs to make the car run like a charm again, and he was honest and reasonable in his charges for his exceptional attention-to-detail service. Being a resident of Arizona since 1971, and having past experiences with auto mechanics servicing any of my vehicles during this time which always included at least a Volvo, I have not equaled the kind of professional and friendly service rendered by Valette Auto Repair. Luis is the best! I needed a fix on my VW Jetta for the engine light and had taken my car to the KAR shop where they told me that I needed a transmission specialist. I called a transmission shop and they recommended Luis. I had that work done with no issue and brought it back for the recommendations the other shop remarked. Luis was honest and indicated that one of the recommendations was not even valid. He worked fast on many repairs in just one day!If you have a foreign vehicle, skip all the rest and call Valette! Luis was very great and so helpful with my Volvo S90 that had an engine light for some reason. He took the time to explain maintenance and performed a quick inspection plus he has a sense of humor definitly a great place for mechanic repairs/concerns, etc. Thank you Luis!

Met with Luis today to get an estimate on maintenance cost for my 2009 Maxima. He was super friendly and upbeat. He took the time to show me the maintenance that would be needed and explained the "why". His estimate seems fair. Looking forward to doing business with him.

Luis has excellent service and very knowledgeable with luxury cars. I brought in my BMW to him after being serviced by multiple mechanics and by far this is the best my car has felt since moving to AZ. I would highly recommend Luis and Valette Auto Repair for all your car servicing needs.

Brought my 2008 CRV to Luis to look at my low AC output. Luis was able to get me in immediately which was a real bonus. The result of this was an issue requiring more in-depth work. Luis showed me through demonstration, the nature of the problem, and we set up an appointment for the following week. The job is now done, the price was fair, and I got a real sense of honestly and transparency in working with Luis. Definitely recommendedService: Air conditioning

I brought my 2008 Mercedes 350 Convertible in . They repaired the front strut and oil leak no problem. It also needed a part to operate the convertibleroof.Luis is an excellent European mechanic, very honest and fair.He kept my car over the weekend and fixed the roof.Daniel even gave me a ride home. Luis's shop has repaired my car on at least three occasions and I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for car repairs . They are fast, friendly, reliable and the price is very reasonable. My last repair was for an alternator and I was in and out in a few hours. You know what I love about, Luis? He doesn't try to talk me into things I don't need. And he doesn't try to make me feel dumb when I say what I think is wrong, but he also tries to figure it out so it doesn't cost me more than I need to pay. That is my favorite kind of customer service. I highly recommend Valette Auto Repair!

At Valette, I replaced my engine mounts and struts for affordable price. Luis the mechanic and owner, is a good man who gives great tips to make any car last longer. He also tells you exactly what is necessary to change. At other shops they always tell you, that you need to replace five to ten things in order for the problem to be fixed, however at Valette, they give you the exact reasons. Excellent service!

Mr. Valette The owner, was so accommodating and you can tell that he really cares about his customers. As a Teacher and single mother he was able to repair my car and a few other problem I wasn't aware of. He even replaced my broken mirror for no extra charge. His top priority was that I was in a safe vehicle as soon as possible. I had gotten a quote for some of the work I neede done , from another company. Valette Auto was well under half the quote I received . His company provides amazing lone options and a stress free experience. He was able to work around my work scedual allowing me to drive my vehicle home each day without needing to use a rental car. I will definitely use his company for all of my future vehicle repairs. I will be highly recommending Valette Auto Repair to All of my friends and family!

Luis, the owner is not only an amazing mechanic he is a great human being. My AC went out on a Saturday and he had everything fixed that next Sunday!I would trust him with anyone s car.
