It's a Toyota service center at the Big Two dealership. Qualified mechanics, but they do get busy. Best to make an appointment.

Literally the worst service I ve had imaginable. Saul the service attendant explained things differently multiple times when I was trying to get an honest answer out of him. Not only do oil changes take ALL day. I went in to get my brakes inspected, they quoted me $1000 to fix ALL of my breaks, and added others things to bring up that cost to benefit them.We took my car elsewhere to get another option. Only my FRONT brakes needed attention, and not ALL of them. Oh and it s only $330 to get what I need done. Not only did they try to be sleezy and get money out of me to replace things that didn t even need attention, but they can never answer their phone or give updates as to when your car will be done. Takes longer than it needs to be, even WITH an appointment. Probably tried to take advantage of me because I m a woman & wanted money out of me. I seriously can t believe my experience here. I absolutely had a great experience at Big Two. My service mechanic Zack kimball was absolutely awesome. He is very knowledgeable and conveys all service and options thoroughly. The attendance are welcoming and polite, and the customer service girls are friendly and professional. The service waiting area offers complimentary drinks and snacks, and you may be comped a massage in the spa area. With all the perks aside, I received quality work in a timely manner and because of that will continue to get my vehicle serviced with them.

Very professional and allowed me to drop my vehicle off early and pick it up whenever it was convenient for me. Also get the extended warranty. Saved me almost 2k

Talk about using technology to improve a customer experience! I received a video from the technician handling my vehicle, going over all the details of my service. It was very nice to get and I was impressed that he took the time to do that.

The experience was fair. I walked by 15-20 employees trying to find the parts department without a single one asking if I needed help... LolThat said, got a pair of OEM rear shocks at a better price and days quicker than local universal parts stores!A different vibe than Tempe Toyota but all's well that ends well.

Today while out running errands in Chandler AZ I was pulled over by the Chandler Police for my left brake light being out. The officer was very gracious and polite he gave me a warning and asked me to go and get my bulb replaced so I went to the Toyota dealership and met two of the Nicest and Very Professional young men.... Jose and Garrett who replaced my bulb for me at no charge. Super Heros don't always wear capes Thank you guys!

Dismissive impatient unhelpful and passively aggressive service rep Cameron really made my experience last Saturday an unpleasant and unwelcoming one. Worst and most inefficient Toyota service center I ve ever been in 3 states and honestly the only bad experience I have with Toyota shops so far. Not coming back to this location. I will be taking my car to the Mesa Toyota and see how my luck is there.
