I wish I had talked to Chris as I think things would have been different. The person in the office had told me it was ok to come in for an oil change and diagnostic yesterday morning. When I got there I reminded him of who I was and what I needed. He just smiled and said that s great that you like our work but we can t take you today as we are full. I told him that he told me to come in and he said he was sorry but to come back maybe next week?? I then explained other possible issues with my Honda and he kind of looked over my car, said I didn t need an oil change without checking the dip stick. Also said I probably needed new motor mounts without a diagnostic. He quoted me 1200 for those. He said my car was just fine with no tests what so ever. I wish Chris had been there. I doubt I will go .back which makes me sad because when i took my car in the first time Chris really took care of me. I have since priced labor and parts fir motor mounts and between 400-800. I'm really disappointed

Stopped in for help while in town for the NHRA race. Needed some help with parts. They gave us what we needed and got us on our way. Great people

I've been coming to get my cars maintained and fixed at Top Tech for many years. He even advised on better to get rid of money pit which was a 2014 Cadillac. He could have just keep taking my money but he really is an honest guy. Thank you Chris

I started taking my 2012 Camaro to Top Tech kinda on a fluke. I had an emergency with my alternator and they're across the street from my workplace. That said, even if i didn't work so close, it would be worth the drive. Chris is knowledgeable and timely. if I need a mechanic, they see me that same, or the following day. Now, they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this shop for small or large repairs on any make and model!

What an incredible experience!!! The staff are all fantastic!!! Prices are extremely reasonable, and the mechanics are honest, a breath of fresh air for this industry. Can't praise them enough. Definitely recommend, and this is from someone who drove 30 min to get here from another recommendation!!!

My mom had her car fixed here after her other mechanic was very rude and not backing his work. This place is amazing and very nice. The mechanic addressed all her concerns was very respectful and reasonably priced. If you need work on your car definitely go her

For anyone looking to get a fair shack when looking to have work done on there automotive equipment. They tell it like it is.I trust them, and I use for all my vehicles. And many of my friends do also.

Chris was awesome. He was quick to respond to my email and the car was in and done under the estimated time. He was very transparent up front and the overall vibe of his operation is friendly and trustworthy, something that can be difficult to find in auto shops. Chris was very friendly, kept me updated on the status of the car, they even let the Firestone borrow some equipment. Overall real friendly group. This will definitely be my go to from now on.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have been to Top Tech three times now, all as a repeat customer. Without getting into detail, one of the parts failed causing another part to go bad. After assessing the repairs needed, Chris worked quickly with his supplier to make sure that they covered all of the needed repairs to the replace the original part and also the part that went out because of it. It s not often that you find a repair shop that truly backs up their work and hold their suppliers accountable! Chris (the owner) is so honest and nice! I took my car into a national chain and was told I needed a whole new engine at the cost of 10k. My car is a 2015 with 125k miles, so while it isn't brand new, it shouldn't require a new engine. After feeling sorry for myself and wallowing in self-pity, I decided to get a second opinion. My friends highly recommended Chris and I m so glad I listened to them! Turns out I only needed an alternator at the cost of $579. Chris fixes my car quickly and it is running like a dream. I will now take my car to stop Tech for all service and maintenance needs! I can t thank them enough!

Chris is a stand-up guy. I went there on a Saturday AM right as they were opening and I wanted to get some rear springs replaced on my 4x4. He got me on the docket and gave me a ride home so that I would not have to wait. A few hours later the job was done. Fair price, good work and a really nice little shop with a super friendly staff all make for a good experience. I would use Top Tech again in the future.

Chris (Owner) and his team are by far the most reliable and trustworthy technicians I have experienced. The level of customer service exceeds our expectations every visit (time/cost etc...). You never have to feel like you are being gouged,. This shop is a RARE find!! They are reasonable,skilled and honest!! I am so HAPPY I found them and refuse to take my cars elsewhere. Chris has done several repairs for me including a valve job on an 18 yr old CRV. He knew I was taking it to live wayyyy down in Mexico. They did the valves and replaced my belts. The price was very reasonable,the car made it 1200 miles into MX and still runs like a top 2 yrs later. Today he repaired my daughters car and discovered a fuel leak! Thank god!! Best shop I have EVER done business with!! Thank you Top Tech auto!!

Chris was very helpful and honest with my problem. My GMC was making a terrible vibration, grinding noise when I was in backing up in reverse. Thought it was transmission problems, CV joints, axle going out, etc. He looked at it and told me a bolt had come out from the caliper on front drivers side causing the problem. Replaced part and $20.00 later on my way. I was so relieved. He was absolutely honest, helpful and I recommend Chris very highly. I will return on any future automotive needs.Thanks Chris.

Chris and Tom are the most honest mechanics that I have ever met. They will tell you exactly what is wrong and charge a fair price to fix. They have always done a quality job the last being new brakes and fixing a broken window. They do it all. I highly recommend them...you won't be disappointed.

Chris and the team from Top Tech are some of the best around. Ever since I purchased my 2001 Honda Accord EX, I've had every repair go through him after a family recommendation. With someone who has "car OCD" when it comes to repairs like myself, the Top Tech team has an incredible work ethic that leaves no stone unturned, no question unanswered, and fixes everything that needs to be done at an extremely reasonable price. After you meet Top Tech and experience their work, youll regret not hearing about them sooner.

I put a lot of miles on my work truck and this is the only place I trust to do it right at a fair rate. Tom & Chris really know their stuff. I ve had brake work, oil changes, speciality work, transmission fixes and more done here and I am always 110% happy. Highly recommended mechanic right here.

WARNING !?WORST MECHANIC!!! (Chris- Owner) told me he is not qualified to work on a clutch pedal. This guy does not know what a clutch pedal assembly is! This guys just wants your money, he does not care about the customer or their vehicle. If you are not easily pushed over he will tell you to take it somewhere else.Service: Transmission

Chris and Tom are legit! When my 73 year old mom's car got a check engine light while waiting in line for emissions testing, the shop she took it to said the computer was bad and the cost to repair it would be more than the car is worth. She was devastated. She couldnt afford a new car. I had it towed to Top Tech to have them check it out. For a couple hundred bucks, they were able to fix the car. Chris even took it for the emissions test before giving it back to my mom. These guys are great!

I would not recommend this place for anything beyond a simple oil change. I took my car in for an oil cooler leak and came out with multiple issues. I had to bring the car back multiple times and on the third time the check engines light came on. I text Chris with the symptoms but he failed to respond. My car is now at new location being looked at.

Well they never changed, the oil. I asked for full synthetic and did get that. So my oil light stayed on till I took to a more honest place,never again. And if you're reading this do yourself a favor and Don't go there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everyone wants and needs that honest and trustworthy auto mechanic. I think i found one in Chris at top tech. im new to chandler and was recommended here and im very glad i was. He got me in same day with diagnoses, fair $$, and recommendations. No pressure at all. i was up and running next day. thanks chris... i will be back. 5 star A++

Needed a seal replaced that day. They got me in and out liked they promised. I will definitely be going back for more repairs. Very honest and friendly. Give them a try. You'll be happy!! :)
