So happy with my new Crosstrek! I was dreading buying a new car because I had never purchased a car before and didn t want to be pressured. However, Griz made the process so easy and straight forward, and I didn t feel stressed out by Marc in finance either! I m so happy and confident in my purchase and looking forward to all my upcoming adventures with my new car

I bought a new hood for my car and had it shipped to this store for pickup and when we got there we realized the car we brought wouldn t fit it and the workers didn t want the hood to get damaged if we put it on the roof rack so they offered to have it delivered to our house by the next day which we happily said yes to. when we got home they called me to say that their truck was doing one more round of deliveries for the day and he could bring my hood to us within the hour and that was absolutely the best news I could ve gotten. whenever I go to them i m always pleased with how well they take care of me and my car! Just as he said within an hour my hood was at my house and I ve never been happier with the communication and effort they put in to my delivery!

We got a car here a few months ago. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. We were lied to about the features of the vehicle being customizable and easily able to turn off. However, they are not actually able to be turned off. I wouldn t purchase another car from this dealer let alone the sales person we met with Caitlin.I took the car in for service yesterday. We bought it in October. The process was horrible from start to finish. When we test drove the vehicle we asked if the back seat seat belt alarms could be turned off for the dog we were told yes asked yesterday because we couldn t figure out how to turn those off just the front seat alarms and apparently it s a safety feature that cannot be turned off. Caitlin said a lot of things that turned out to not be true just to make the sale.

I feel like this service department is shady. I went there for an oil change and was told that I was in immediate need of new tires because my car was so far out of alignment that the inside of my tires were completely bald. Which they did show me pictures but I was not offered to go back and look at my actual vehicle, so who knows where the photos came from. After they told me that my tires through them would cost $1250 and then they would charge me $129 for an alignment. I told them that I would wanna get a second opinion. So I called Costco and got for brand new tires for $700. I went to brakes plus on Hunt Highway to get my alignment just to find out that my subaru is not out of alignment at all and there s nothing wrong with it. I would recommend that you go somewhere else, and or get a second opinion before you let them near your vehicle. ***** update. I received a call from the manager letting me know that the part they replaced under warranty (that I didn t know I needed until after it was already done) required them to do an alignment at Subaru at time of service. So that would explain the report from breaks plus. But it doesn t explain why my tech told me the price of an alignment and wrote it down? If it was done already then why was I going to be charged for one? Either way. Pay attention for yourself.

We have had two wonderful experiences buying new cars at the Chandler location. No hassle great prices, first rate friendly service. Great session after purchase to teach us about the technologies in these cars. Jack and Keaira were super helpful.

Most honest dealership we ve been too and we have lived all over the country. We worked with Tom in Finance and Eddie in Sales. We had such a good experience we returned a few days later to purchase a second car and trade in our 23 year old Suzuki Swift. Eddie was fair and we didn t have to haggle. He worked to get us a good deal and include extras in our purchase. We absolutely love our new vehicles. Thanks to Tom and Eddie, we had such a seamless, happy experience.

I absolutely love all the people at this store. From the homies in repairs, to the sales people, Especially Caitlin, she s the best sales person I ve dealt with. Her manager not so much, and the financial people are just hogwash swill drinkers.i can t understand how income in with a loan already done and these pickle eaters decide hey we still need to run your credit now you don t you dink, but they still did it without my permission or else I couldn t take the car home. So screw them. But everyone else was great!

The car is perfect for the traveling we are doing. Very comfortable and the features are numerous. A full size spare would make more sense, since the all wheel drive Subaru can be taken into areas away from services. Replacing the donut tire would be the option, although the foam tray would not fit. An aftermarket foam tray to fit a full size spare would be great.

Great experience, worked with Scott and Brian who helped my friend purchase a new car. The only suggestion I would say is, if people are buying a new car try to have them get picked up if possible. Could help increase sales, my friend also could have been outside of the pick up range.

I just want to say I will use this Subaru location from now on, they were quick to get me in on short notice and very professional and pleasant to work with. I own a Subaru Forester which i absolutely love and bought 6mo ago. I originally went to the Subaru I bought it from and they screwed up my appointment and everything so I had ended up calling Chandler and there were wonderful. Kinda wish I bought my car from this location, either way I will use them from now on.

I would avoid using their maintenance. I scheduled an express service and this was far from express. Had an appointment at 2:30 and left 2-2.5 hrs later. How is this express? I have had other services here and appointments seem to mean nothing. They have not been on time a single time I have used them. So drop off and leave or find some other place.

Our salesperson, Sai Ansari, was amazing and very helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable and they had a variety of Subaru's to pick from. When we purchased our new Subaru Outback Wilderness, the finance person, Marc Dicino, was extremely helpful. Both Sai and Marc made the process of purchasing our new Subaru quick and seamless.

Yesterday I took my daughter s car in for an oil change. This place was amazing. Professional, friendly, offered drinks and snacks. I was impressed with the amount of seating around the waiting room. Very busy due to the holiday but it was a smooth morning. Car was vacuumed and washed. Shinny clean. Thank you Chandler Subaru.

We were most impressed with the Subaru Superstore of Chandler's sales and new vehicle review. The salesman went the "extra mile" to ensure all our questions were answered and that we had a full and complete understanding of our sales contract, vehicle operation and available options. We will always bring our new Subaru Ascent Touring model back there for any service needs. We found they are totally committed to customer service and the happiness of the buyer. Highly recommended!

Had a 20k service appointment. Arrived and the staff seemed rude like the they would rather not be there or at least taking to me. Got an alert on my phone my car was done. 15 min later no one says anything so I walk over to the service area to see my guy talking with 2 others guys outside wile my car is sitting there. After a couple min he sees me and says I ll come get you after I finish with this customer . What customer?!? Another 15min pass he finally says it s done. I go out to my car and they didn t even bother to wash it which they always had before. No foot liner in the bottom or any protective stuff on the seat. The sticker for the next service is dated for last year with mileage that doesn t make since like they gave me someone else that was there. I don t know what the heck is going on there but this was horrible. Strongly advising going elsewhere. I don t even know why I m surprised, After I bought my car, I had follow Up questions The sales guy And he never wanted to give me the time of To answer them. It s like once they sell you the car they want you to leave them alone. Jekyll and Hyde location.

I recently purchased a new Forester from your dealership. All in all it was a very positive experience. My salesman was Imad Sinnio and he was terrific. He was kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and negotiated fairly. He communicated in a forthright manner and his follow up was exceptional. Rodney was the finance guy and he, too, was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend asking for Imad if you are in the market for a new Subaru. I am confident you will have a positive car buying experience.

Hi everyone, went in to test drive a Crosstreck, was greeted by Imad who was very nice and knowledgeable. No pressure on buying it. My husband and I loved the car so we bought it. Considering we bought the day after a holiday and they were extremely busy, everything went smoothly. I would high recommend Subaru and Imad at the dealership for any Subaru vehicles. They seem to care about their customers.

AVOID THIS DEALER!!If I could give this dealer zero stars, I would.When my entire wheel flew off my car while I was driving, they claim this was not their fault. Well, I don't know whose fault it was. Everyone who came across my car (towing company, strangers on the side of the road, even another Subaru dealer) all said that the lug nuts were not tightened properly. Subaru Chandler performed the previous service, which I had to pay $522 for since it was the in-depth 30K mile service, said this has nothing to do with them and will not take any responsibility whatsoever.I'm lucky I didn't die or get hurt, or hurt or kill anyone else. If you value your safety at all, do not go to this dealer.

I found a truck online at this dealership , was working with a salesman that was doing everything he could to keep me updated on the progress of the truck being prepared for sale , the GM knew I was waiting for the word of when to be there. Set it up with my employer to get 1/2 day off to be there when the truck was ready ., and found out the night before they sold it to an employee!!!! After 5 days of contact, exchanging info, getting updates on the process of when it would be ready. Not a very good way to treat a prospective customer.

I recently bought my first car here and I can t stop raving about my experience! I was assisted by Sai, who helped me throughout the entire experience. Not once did I ever felt pushed to buy, and he answered all of my questions about being a first time buyer. Every staff member at the superstore was also extremely helpful, especially Tom who helped me with my financing. As a young woman, it can be scary going to dealerships, but they were so kind and I was comfortable making my purchase with Sai and the team. I can t recommend them enough!

Timely service at this location. Nice spacious area to work while waiting. Returned a week later with what I thought was an oil leak. They promptly took the car back after my arrival, checked it over well, took pics for my review. Very pleased with this dealership.

Fairly easy going dealership. Not high pressure. Good selection of snacks and drinks which I actually thought was a nice thing for customers. Main reason we decided to go back (a few times) after testing cars. Scott Postel never pushed us into making a decision until we were ready. Note: They do tint the windows on new cars, and sure they charge more than a shop would, but not outrageous, and I didn't have to find a place to do it, fit into schedule, wait to get done.

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Starting with my sales associate Sai reaching out to me to book an appointment, to Sai ensuring that the very Crosstrek I wanted was available, to his kind professional approach in educating me on everything Crosstrek from bumper to bumper. Great buying experience from our first visit all the way through car delivery. Mark was helpful without being pushy and gave us the time we needed to find the right car for us. Once we ordered our car, we were kept updated on the delivery status and it even came in early.Not that I'll need another car anytime soon, but I will absolutely make this place my first stop for my future car buying needs.

This is my second visit for maintenance and have been very pleased. The first was a major maintenance for our 2019 Crosstrek per the schedule with Adam as our service advisor very personable and professional and a great example of customer service. Gave me a time of when it would be done and came in 15 minutes earlier with no add on services/costs. All checked out and the car recently made a 4,500 mile trek across the US with no issues. The current visit was for an oil change. Arrived early but clearly swamped for some reason (apparently new scheduling system glitch). My service advisor had numerous people to close out but another stepped right in to get things moving. Took a bit longer but understood what the issue was and was beyond their control. Also chatted with Adam again. What I also appreciated was the dog friendly aspect which I did not know. Had my dog with me due to training in the area and he was able to be comfortable with us while waiting. Had a dog water bowl as well. If in the area, would definitely come back here.

I have had nothing but problems with my 2022 wrx. It's been in and out of the shop. Subaru super store of chandler has had it for months at a time. I get it back and right away it has an exhaust leak. Probably been in and out 8 times I bought it from Camelback Subaru. 3600 miles later it had a turbo leak. Was leaking oil from the turbo. 6000 miles later another turbo leak so I took it to chandler. Same thing. 3000 miles later the turbo was leaking again. 15000 the clutch went out. The made me perches the clutch and the repaired transmission. 200 miles later the transmission wouldn't go into reverse. It had to go back... was there for another month later I get it back... 2 days later it was back in the shop for an exhaust leak. Unbelievable. Now, it has 37,000 miles on it and needs another clutch and transmission work... I drive this thing to work only... they say it's my fault and they want $10,000 TO FIX IT! They say it's my fault and the warranty won't cover it. This has been nothing but problems. I wish I would never have bought this car. Definitely wish I would have picked a different dealership. buyers be ware
