These guys rock. We had been struggling to secure an accurate diagnosis on our vehicle for several weeks and it was really starting to affect our day to day. The owner jumped right in and helped us out within 24 hours of drop off. I would 100% recommend this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Been coming here for repairs over 20 yrs. Ownership changed since and so did proper service. Paid 200.00 to only get yelled at in front of customers for why?All I was doing was trying to drop my car off for repair when he failed the first time around. I believe he was ill-informed by another employee and thought I was there to demand my car be repaired immediately. I'm not even sure why the employee came at me like he did but I should never have to fear my own mechanic. P.S. and sadly I he is the owner.

I've been going here since I moved to AZ 10 years ago. Santos is honest as can be. I seen him tell customers that insisted something was wrong with their vehicles that he could charge them and say he fixed it if that's what they wanted but that would be stealing. I mean these customers were literally trying to force him to take their money! LOL! My son blew the engine in his integra and they told me to save money that they would tell me where to go buy the engine and bring it back for them to install. Saved me about $500. And I see a lot of bad reviews because they don't call back... look people... their services are highly sought after. They're always busy. I don't call when I need a repair I just drive over and try to lock them into a time-frame as to when they can work on my truck. I wouldn't go anywhere else after going here and I'm picky and quick to give bad reviews. I just can't with these guys tho. Yes they're super busy but they're good mechanics. Just my advice is to show up.

After searching other Auto Shops to repair my Truck, I even thought about taking my Truck back to a Dealer whom I had services with before. I will leave that Dealer nameless, but I really believe they were trying to soak me like they did when I took my Truck to them the first time. In fact, most of the other Dealer's wanted to soak me as well. I was introduced to my man Mr Santos by my Son N Law Michael. The moment I met Mr Santos I felt a warm sensation of Trust. He looks you in your eyes and tell you exactly what your Vehicle Don't need. Yes I said Don't need because he tells you the Truth as to what your Vehicle really needs. My Truck need what I would call a major job and the other dealers wanted from $700.00 up to over $900.00. I could have paid Mr Santos twice, and his price wouldn't have come close to those Dealer's price up there. He took the job and completed it in what I would describe as a record timing, for a very small fraction of what the other Dealers wanted. He could have charge the same price as his competitors however, he is not out to soak you, he really wants to see you drive the same vehicle out of his shop with you being satisfied for an honest and completed job without the "you need this and that". Mr Santos will not cheat you, he will not lie to you and he will not soak you out of something that you really don't need. I trust this Man, and will always take any vehicle I have to him. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to my family and friends. If you want not just a good but a GREAT, FAIR, AND HONEST MECHANIC, choose Arizona Auto Service Center. Thank you Mr Santos, you are my CAR REPAIR GUY.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. They did an engine repair job for me for $186 (a franchise repair shop that I used to go to had given me an estimate of $5200!!). Sounds like other reviewers ran into language issues with this place. I don't speak Spanish and had no problem. Ask for Santos (he is the lead mechanic and owner) who speaks almost perfect English

Very very honest, desent prices, professional service...Santos is a Master Mechanic, and Francisco , is also at the top of his profession straight up hard working honest Mechanics the secret is out...lol.... I need to change my headlight bulb. Went to Pep Boys across the road and they told me that it's gonna be 122 dollars because this model requires some "special access time" and they had to charge for excess labor. Then I went to this place and they told me to go and buy a bulb (12 bucks). It only took the owner (yes the owner works too) 5 minutes to install it. Then he told me I can go without paying him. I insisted and he took 10 dollars for the labor (remember this place is cash only). Good people.

Called several times to get an estimate withing a period of two weeks and all they kept saying, we will call you back with price. Stated they lost my contact, misplaced the information and I never heard back from them.

This place was very nice and professional. My tire had a screw in it. The tech patched it up and had my car ready on 15 mins. Fast and affordable service.

This shop is a family business that has grown to be known as a highly considerable place to visit! I recommend this place to all my friends because I know they'll get the great customer service they deserve plus no run around. Honesty!!! Is their number one policy! This is a place you can trust! Highly recommended!

Not reliable. Called several times to get a quote and couldn't get them to return my call. Didn't want to waist my time towing my car out there, thats why I called first.

Been calling this shop for 2 weeks to get work done on my car and all they tell me is to call back another day , they have horrible service here you probably shouldn t have them work on anything if you need it done in good time

Be careful with this place they told me that I had a bad engine i took it somewhere else they told me my engine was good and replace the spider injector i will never go back to this place I was close of junking my vehicle
