Great shop. Helped me with my vehicle before returning home up north. I had some noises coming from my brakes and they set me straight. If I m ever in need of repair in Arizona, I ll back back to Rich s. Thanks guys, keep up the work.

I have been taking my automobiles to Rich's for 18+ years. Very honest, reliable, friendly and caring. Quality work, lowest prices. I cannot say enough. Being stressed when your car has issues? Rich's staff puts you at ease quickly, they know how to work with people. Very nice.

Look, I have trust issues. I got burned too many times at those franchise auto shops like Brakes Plus until a co-worker mentioned Rich's Auto. I tried them out and felt a HUGE weight lift off my shoulders. These guys do NOT mess around. Ken is the customer service rep. Great guy. Serves no BS. He'll tell you how it is. There is no shortage of good things to say about Rich's Automotive. Call to schedule your work if possible. Their diagnoses are prompt and their pricing fair. They even take the time to explain what the work will entail to my daughters when they call. I would highly recommend Rich's Automotive! Anytime my car needs work I come here because I trust and know that the work will be done right. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of and the prices are reasonable. Staff is polite and very helpful. A very happy customer :)

I have been going to Rich's for a few years now after trying several other places and not being happy. My chiropractor recommended Rich's. The team down at Rich's troubleshoots quickly and makes recommendation on needed maintenance. They don't try to use fear to get the customer to spend money before needed but advise on area that could be future trouble and let the customer plan for the repairs.

Rich's Automotive is great. They send me email reminders that my car needs maintenance and are very swift, helpful and affordable. Always happy to support local business especially when they are as worthy as this company!

I have been taking my cars to Rich's after getting the run around a few other places (a Midas put the wrong CV axle - which I probably didn't really need anyway - on one vehicle) and my chiropractor recommended Rich's. A good example from today. My Expedition had the battery cable corrode through while sitting for over a month. Rich's saved me the cost of a new cable by just replacing the end with a much heavier duty piece. We have two high mileage 16+ year old vehicles and Rich's always comes through.

"What a great experience. Rich and his technicians offer great customer service. The quality of work was exceptional and the price was right. Not to mention my truck was ready for pickup when they said it would be ready. I highly recommend Rich's Automotive for anyone needing work done on their vehicle. I will certainly be returning to Rich's for any of my motoring needs in the future..

I believe Rich is the best good 'old fashioned' local repair shop in town. I've used Rich's for over 15 years and with over 7 vehicles. I highly recommend this shop!
