Daniel the manager was amazing ! He was super professional and knowledgeable and was eager to help me at every set of the way . He assisted me with buying car fluids and helped me to pour them in. Customer service is non existent these days so it was super refreshing to have someone help me with a smile. Thank u Daniel! I will never go back to autozone now that I have u!

Normally I would give this store a five-star rating, but this time I made an online order that got messed up, and forced me to walk over a mile to their competitor across the street to get my car fixed LOL. I know this store can't be totally responsible for my online order, but when I ordered it online and use that store I thought that the store was making the order. Come to find out the order was made somewhere else and delivered to the store. So I won't be using their online service anymore

Love the freindly service. The only parts store i use for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. Stopped going to Autozone years ago because of a bad experience.

When the battery in my husband's car died, it was of course, at the very end of the work day. By the time I was able to meet up with him to jump start his car, it was 6 PM. Fortunately, this O'Reilly Auto Parts location was nearby, so we headed there. My husband was able to get assisted quickly. An employee (I think his name was Sam) came out to test the battery and confirmed that it wasn't holding a charge. He helped identify the appropriate battery for my husband's car and once we had purchased it, he installed it. What terrific service! It saved us the headache of trying to deal with replacing the battery in the morning, getting to work late, etc. This location's customer service was simply fantastic!

They gave me the wrong part for my vehicle and they didn't want to return it, morning tech was very unprofessional and didn't want to help me what so ever. Zero star if available and I hope your manager sees this review. Your tech Wasted my time.

These guys are amazing. A huge thanks to Steven who was very quick getting me back on the road. My Food Truck keep needing to be jumped today..I rolled into O'Reillys on Ray and in less than 30 minutes I was rolling again. Fantastic customer service! Thanks again

I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to take the time to express that I had such a positive experience today at this location. I needed to replace one of my brake lightbulbs. I was greeted by Joseph P., who displayed excellent customer service by being professional, empathetic, attentive, helpful, and efficient in finding the part I needed, patiently assisting in installing it, AND making sure that it worked properly before I left the store! Thank you for your help, and I will be sure to visit this location next time!

My battery had died on me at 830PM and this was the only place that would take me in. Joseph is the gentlemen that helped me replace and setup my new battery and I am forever grateful for his assistance. I will be an O Reilly customer from now on and it is all thanks to the helpful gentlemen Joseph. Thank you again Joseph!!!

I came in frustrated from a misunderstanding but Roosevelt took care of me and really helped me out and went out of his way to understand what I needed. Go here first please you won't regret it. That's the customer service we love.

I went in for a battery check & was greeted promptly after entering by Roosevelt. He was professional,courteous, fast & efficient in his service. He even pointed out something to me that could be a potential hazard in the future & offered advice which I quickly implemented upon arriving home. Roosevelt is a great addition to the O reilly team!

Very helpful. Helped me find the part that I needed right away. Also, this was simple to install but did require a specialized tool which I didn't have. Their response, rather than sell me a tool, was "It won't take but a few minutes. If you can wait a few minutes, I'll just go ahead and do it." Well, yeah, of course I will let you use your tools and install my part AT NO COST TO ME. Very satisfied.

Dealt with Calvin on some parts I needed for my car and he was great, very helpful and friendly, would definitely go back and prices were very good.Also the other guys in there were friendly as well and helpful.

Joe was amazingly helpful!! I was having a really hard time finding a part to replace something that had been part of a discontinued set. Not only did he help me troubleshoot and solve my issue; but he helped me install it on my car. He went above and beyond. Thank you Joe. You probably deserve more than what you are being paid!!!

Great service as always! Needed an SUV battery--they happily test and recycle the old one, sell new batteries, and install them while you wait. This is my 4th one from them. They always outlast the warranty :-)

This is an OK auto parts store. In the not too distant past it annoyed me that their receipt printer was literally a dot matrix printer from the 1980's. Thankfully they've finally replaced it with a more modern printer. Selection in the store is OK. The employees of the store are helpful.

Full service auto parts store. They will check why a warning light on your dash is lit for free. Some dealers charge a lot to plug into your car's socket and read the codes. Prices about average. Also assortments of wrenches and similar tools. Folk seem friendly and they have a large assortment of small auto gadgets

The guys at O'Reilly are always helpful. Had the nice guy Dashawn assist me with trying to get the DTC codes from my Volvo. It didn't work because Volvo makes it difficult, but he tried multiple times and was extremely nice, even though they were about 30 minutes from closing time. Prices are reasonable especially if you use coupons.

Horrible! I stopped in earlier today to grab an AC Pro bottle. The woman working saw myself and 3 little children 2 3 and 4 years old. She said hi and disappeared. She did not ask if I needed help or anything. I then called out twice for someone to come and ring me up no one answered I stood there long enough and had to load the 3 kids back in car and drive right across the street to autozone where I was greeted by a friendly person and waited on immediately! Horrible customer service at this location and I was the only customer in the store at the time will never go back to this O'Reilly's location again!
