Always a great time stopping by O'Reillys, recently I had my battery die on me so I drove to my local O'Reillys and was helped out by Matthew and got my group 65 battery for a great price w O'Reillys price match garuruntee, even went the extra mile to check out my alternator as well

Went to the O'Reilly Auto parts on Alma School and Elliot in Chandler needed windshield wiper blades. Lorenzo was very helpful got the right ones for me and even put them on, was in and out in 5 minutes New location everything is perfectly clean and organized good staff I would recommend them.

Ivy and Kirsten saved the day!! Thank you, ladies! I needed a battery ASAP. My car was barely starting and well over 105 out. Kristen installed the new battery for me and did it professionally and was very friendly. I have only been to this location twice, but both times have been excellent. Always great service. If they don't have it in stock at the store you go to, they order it and have it brought to your store usually within hours, but sometimes it can take a few days. Always end up with what we need.

I am basing on one visit and seeing how customers are worked with. Today was difficult for me which meant additional appreciation for the treatment by both Sean and the lady sales person. Entered frazzled and left in a better frame of mind. If you want retail delivery Door Dash is available. You deal strictly with Door Dash who picks up what you want from O'Reilly and delivers to you. You have no contact with O'ReillyYou can order on line or do curbside pickup but credit cards are not able to be accepted for phone sales.On line you pay and the order is ready when you arrive. On line is quick and uncomplicated. Store is medium sized, neat, clean, well organized. Sean is an incyclopedia and the other person I talked with was also pleasant and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking.

I dropped by to grab a sun shade for my car and as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the assistant manager and asked if I needed help looking for anything. He walked me over to the section where the shades were located and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and the customer service. He also helped me find a phone holder that actually fits in my car vent. Very pleasant first impression.

I came in to get a new battery for my car, turns out the current one was leaking acid and was causing corrosion. The manager who helped me was really nice and took good care of me. Another time I came to get a new blinker bulb and the person who helped me then was really nice and put it in for me. I get nervous when it comes to my car because I knew people tend to take advantage of women because of their lack of knowledge about cars. But I can tell these employees really care!

Excellent customer service! Tate, a sales associate truly went out of his way to assist me with my immediate auto needs. I was so appreciated the time he took to help install my air filter which cost me a few bucks vs. what Jiffy lube which was excessive. Thank you O'Reilly's for demonstrating what great personalized customer service means in 2019!

I go here for a lot of my parts and cleaning products for my car today I needed the steering wheel cover because my old one was not looking too good and instead of getting another steering wheel cover I was recommended to get a wrap for my steering wheel I couldn't be happier it's so much nicer it's even better than the steering wheel cover excellent advice which is what I usually get when I come here but only ask about cars then you'll actually get the best advice if you choose to listen I'm grateful thanks i also purchasedMy brakes and rotors suspension and a starter the starter i had to return it was not the problem lol i left my car in drive

We went in this Sunday for a dead battery. What should have been just a routine swap out turned into huge ordeal due to heavy corrosion. The manger Mark was such a huge help from start to finish. Knowledgeable, kind and funny.. we took up a good chunk of his day and still treated us great.. I am in the customer service industry and what was shown to me is definitely praise worthy and Oreily s has an exceptional employee on their hands.. Thank you again!!!

The guys here are really great. If you're not sure what part you need, they'll walk outside with you and look at the car. If they're not busy, they'll come out and install the new part if it's a pretty straightforward issue. They're pretty knowledgeable and don't upsell you because you're a woman like some places do.

Very pleasant experience.,13 mo old battery died. Manager Mark helped us, tested the battery and confirmed it was dead... He looked up the phone number, and replaced it fully with warranty. That is 100% Customer Service !!!

Michael is the Mannnn ! I promise you this guy really takes his job seriously, but even more so is the fact that he goes way above and beyond for everyone that crosses the threshold and steps into Oreillys ! Kiersten is also dynamite ! I love Oreillys - Advanced will NEVER be able to compete because Oreillys customer service is Top Shelf !!!

I usually take my vehicle to the dealership for issues, but I needed a new car battery, so I googled how much a battery for my car cost at Autozone, they quoted $135. I drove to this site closer to me and I was surprised that it was $125 for my new battery. The site was clean and organized, I did not have a long wait, the team was courteous and assisting other customers, and Sam, the Manager went out in 110 degree heat to change my battery for me! I was surprised and very grateful. I plan to return should I need anything further with my car. Thank you.

I was having trouble with my battery not starting up off and on.When I brought it in to be tested at O'Reilly they went above and beyond!They not only tested and helped me purchase and replace the battery.They showed my little brother (who had to come with me) how it all worked. They made a simple trip that would normally be considered boring into a wonderful time that my little brother still brags about and brings up!Thank you Jim

There's an older gentleman with a severe attitude problem that needs to be addressed.Do you train your employees to respond, "What?" when someone comes to the counter for help? Didn't think so, but that's how this gentleman chose to handle my burdensome task of emptying my used oil containers.Then he told me I should go back there and do it myself, since there wan't another store employee around. I told him I'd wait, as I have shopping to do and have good clothes on that can't get oily. Then he got upset that I asked him to do it when another employee returned, so I told him I'd just go somewhere else and that I don't need his attitude.After this experience I don't plan to return to this store location, and if given an option, maybe another auto parts store altogether if this is what I can expect from O'Reilly. He's lucky someone else doesn't come in there and knock his teeth out with the attitude he's giving your customers. This is no joke.

Albert was awesome! My battery died and I needed to replace it. Unfortunately an old military injury has left me incapable of walking properly let alone changing a battery. Noticing my cane, Albert didn't even wait for me to ask before he offered to change my battery for me and get me back on the road. Thanks Albert! You're awesome!

Earlier tonight I was forced to go to O'Reilly's Auto Part to get new wiper blades because it was raining so bad. Running late to work I was already feeling stressed because this was going to take more of my time that I didn't have. Luckily I didn't have any issue finding what I needed because the store layout is clearly labeled and I was able to purchase my wiper blades without issue. This leads me to attempting to remove my old blades in the rain and either do to my own incompetency or the blades being stuck/old I couldn't get them off. I resigned my efforts and asked one of the O'Rielly employees for assistance. Jake was more than willing to go out into the rain with me and I would say assist but honestly even after he showed me the proper way to change them and a trick for getting them off I needed him to swap both. Jake's customer service was outstanding and to me felt above and beyond. Thank you.

Been going to this location for 10 years plus and have never had any problems or bad service of any kind if you need any automobile questions or parts you need to purchase this is the business and location to do so I high recommend.

I come in and out of here all the tine never ince have i had an issue with anyone, returns,warrantys ect.. everything is kept on file so dont have to carry those receipts around all the time. Most employees are pretty knowledgeable about the basic stuff that people are coming in for I think it's awesome how they offer many free services as far as running code testing checking your battery putting new one in Etc, everyehe re rkse you go its u oay for it, then you go deal with it, here they offer to do it for you. Good team

I have always been taken care of and though it is a definite benefit to have well experienced help the number of retired or past mechanics that want to work in a parts has dwindled, and unless they've been trained or worked as a mechanic in last twenty years it would more helpful to ask an IT tech for help. Even the basic repairs have some kind of computerization any more. I worked as a mechanic for over twenty yrs. on everything from cars to boats to big rigs and even ships propulsion systems. I know what I'm talking about.
