Mr. Glassworks is extremely professional and I am very happy with the service that I received. My Lexus windshield had two moderate cracks in it and I didn't want to pay my insurance $1000 to fix the crack. Logan, the technician, was professional, on time, and filled the two cracks very quickly. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the price I paid is truly unbeatable. I would highly recommend Mr. Glassworks to anyone in the Phoenix area especially to those looking for unbeatable pricing.Service: Auto windshield repair

These guys are great! Got my windshield replaced and received a check for $100 when the job was finished! Also, with each installation they make a donation to Phoenix Children's Hospital. Big thanks to Mike, the owner, for getting me set up, and a special shout-out to John, who did a great job installing my new windshield. They were both courteous and professional, and they even came to my place of business and worked around my schedule! We'll definitely be bringing our business back to Mr. Glassworks!

I had my windshield replaced a week ago by Mike. He did such a great job. Setting up a time and place was easy, and he arrived at a decent time, and replaced my windshield fast. Was a very reasonable price as well. He was also very helpful and actually pointed out another problem I wasn't even aware was going on! Will be using him again and referring him to everyone!

Mike, who, I believe is the owner of Mr. Glassworks, is incredibly flexible, reliable and responsive. I truly appreciate when a company shows a sense of urgency towards the customers needs and then backs that sense of urgency up with quick, efficient results. That is exactly how Mr. Glassworks operates. They get the job done and communicate effectivelyBefore partnering with a major commercial company like Safelite, etc., this shop should be considered a priority partner shop of any insurance company that prides itself in customer service. I m a Midwestern raised man from a small town, living in the city and I will always use shops like this before I am comfortable using run of the mill, basic large corporations who see you as just another number.On top of the impeccable service, my windshield was installed correctly, my cameras calibrated on the spot at my house, all while I was eating breakfast before work.Mr. Glassworks has a personal touch, something that made me feel like I was back home, like my grandpa had vouched for them - and that s a big deal, ya know?Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

Mike, the owner, has been wonderful to work with. I really like supporting a small business and it drives me crazy when my insurance company has a contract to funnel me through some huge corporation. Mr. Glassworks has always been easy to schedule with, easy to process insurance, flexible, and accommodating. Mike and his technicians have been professional, personable, and skilled. I'm sticking with them and happy I found their business.

Highly recommended. Called on a Sunday and got scheduled next day! Jon came to my workplace and replaced my windshield in under 30 minutes. Jon was super friendly and gave me after care instructions. Super cool guy! Again I totally would recommend! Cost efficient as well.Thank you very much!

The service was wonderful! The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. Mr.Glassworks was able to help me next day! Pricing was beyond competitive and quoted me at almost 100$ less that what safelite quoted me for the work. Installation of my windshield was fantastic, the technician that handled my vehicles work was fantastic and left my car in a better condition when the work was finished!

This was the best windshield replacement EVER and I have had many! Mike Gonzales - Mr. Glassworks- has same day and next day appointments. John arrives on time and was efficient and courteous. Mike s communication was prompt and effective. Mr Glassworks will be my go to guy for any future windshield replacements and I will recommend Mr. Glassworks to anyone needing a windshield replacement.

Amazing service! The quickest windshield repair I have ever experienced! Was able to get my windshield fixed the next day. He has an amazing response time and you can tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommended!

Called Mike at Mr.Glassworks for a windshield replacement on my daughters car. He gave me quote on the phone and had his installer there the next day. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. The installer did a great job and was done quickly. Great company to deal with.

Been in Arizona for a couple months now and have had two small cracks on the windshield on separate occasions. Both times, they were able to fit me into the schedule the same day I called. Very personable and the workmanship is great. So far, both repairs are holding up very well. Will definitely call Mr. Glassworks again for skilled windshield repairs. Thanks a million guys!

Mike and his team have been beyond helpful and amazing. I have replaced my windshield and two OEM drivers side windows in one week because of acts of vandalism and Mike and his team were little rays of sunshine during this stressful time. They found my glass quickly and did the job...twice! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone with glass needs!

I just can't say enough about my recent first two experiences with Mr. Glassworks! Mike was professional and still very personal in our dealings. I was referred by a friend and was very happy with the added service of a ceramic tint treatment on the windshield that I would absolutely recommend for everyone in Arizona! Also my wife's car had an added strip of tint across the top of the windshield that many other companies would have sent me somewhere else to get, but Mike took care of everything for a true replacement of what I had before. On top of all that he also did the mirror camera recalibration so I wouldn't have to make a trip to the dealer . All in all a great experience!!

I have NOTHING but great things to say about Mr. Glassworks! Mike was beyond helpful through the process and even when my insurance caused a delay in the process, he kept my appointment as scheduled and the technician, Jon, was not only on time, but EARLY!Jon was a wealth of knowledge, informative throughout every step, and even brought to my attention that my windshield wipers were installed inaccurately. He truly went the extra mile!I will certainly using Mr. Glassworks for any future needs!

When in a car accident visiting the area mr glass was the only one who was able to replace our glass. No one else had appointment for at least a week out. He was professional and worked with our insurance.

They did 3 cars for us for a good price. I didn t know anything about glass coverage. The gentleman that put them in were awesome. The windshields are all in great standings. No water leaks or air leaks and sensors work perfectly

They worked on my wife's car and was willing to go all the way to our home in San Tan to replace the windshield. Then the next day (with a last minute notice) worked on my car at my work in Tempe. Service was fast, easy and or windshields look better than ever.

I had the greatest experience with Mr. Glassworks. Logan Espinoza made the process simple yet professional and the technicians were very careful and precise while working on my car. Being a safelite employee, i am confident enough to say that i trust Mr. Glassworks more than safelite, which is saying a lot. 5 STARS!! Highly recommend Mr Glassworks, Mike was courteous and answered all of my questions. Also John came out the very next day to repair my windshield and did an amazing job. If your looking for glass repair with no BS don t look anywhere else! Just call Mr Glassworks.
