We chose Midco, and we will choose them again in the future, guaranteed. We are Iowa based, and although this was one of our furthest purchases, it was well worth it. We flew in and our sales guy, Ashton offered a tour of their operation. I loved it and hearing about the company history, as they are family owned and operated. We met Pete, one of the builders, and I could sit and talk to him for hours. What might stick with me the most was when we were getting ready to leave. Pete asked if we would please text Ashton when we got home, so he would know we made it home safe! They are a step above the rest!

Jim was great throughout the whole process! Whenever my next purchase I will for sure reach out and thanks to him I meet John over at Bell bank who treat me the best and was able to get a great rate on our purchase!

Talk to Jim, for sales! Don t even bother with anybody but him! They happened to have the chassis and a unit to build me a truck the way I wanted it! They did it in two weeks! It s so well thought out.. it s the small things and all the lights that we tow guys love! Thanks him and the crew for building my truck

I ve had nothing but great experiences with Jim Kerwin @ Midco Sales LLCFrom him going out of his way to track down a specific trailer that i was interested in to him finding a different financing company (Hitachi Capital America Corp) with a much lower interest rate than the offer from our bank. Also Jim made arrangements for my trailer, that i was selling, to be transported to Phoenix, AZ instead of me having to transport it myself from Chicago.He was always easy to get a hold of and quick to find an answer to any questions i had.I would definitely recommend using Jim and the Midco team to anyone in the industry.

Trucker almost rear-ended ared Tesla on 303 then almost side swiped me then on Grand Ave off ramp he backed into me. T88 truck heading now towards wickenberg

Jim Kerwin @ Midco Truck and Trailer Sales was super helpful, honest, timely and very easy to work with. His understands his equipment and business and made purchasing a truck and trailer from 1,600 miles away very pleasurable. Definitely would recommend doing business with and when I'm in the market again I will check out what he has.

I had a really good experience with Jim during my purchase of a JerrDan truck. First of all, they have inventory. I found the perfect truck for my needs, Jim showed me the truck and took a couple hours out of his day to make sure it was equipped to my standard. The next day my financing company worked with myself and Midco to pass papers. I literally drove off with my new truck the next day after the process began. Furthermore, when signing the documents on Midco's end it was simple and not much language that seemed overly litigious. This leads me to believe if I have any problems down the road Midco will be willing to work with me. After using the truck all day the quality of the build seems top notch. The lights and extras have me blown away. Great job Jim and Midco! I'll be back!

If your looking to buy a tow truck I would definitely recommend talking to Jim Kerwin at Midco. He was highly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Jim went above and beyond to help get us the perfect truck.

I will update my review in a few days. Reached out and they say they want to make it right. If everything goes smoothly I will update.Update although they did send me a $1500 check to make it right I ve been doing repairs on the equipment since I got it. It was in bad condition and it s my drivers fault for not looking over it appropriately. So I ll update my review to 3 stars for the refund they sent because they didn t have to!

I tried to purchase , 35 ton heavy from midco contacted pete he never returned my calls or emails , he didn't think i was capable of purchasing the truck??? so I contacted miller in ca ,they put me with their rep. Josh lovlace put in the orderAnd. And we get the truck in jan 2023 . I also tried to purchase a ram 4500. Same thing pete gave me the run around iRecommend using someone else

Our trucks from Love's were sent to be serviced at Midco Sales. I enjoy dealing with Maria gives me a direct answer to all my questions. She is attentive with customers, and quick. She pays attention to everything going on around her. Kudos to Midco in doing this! The customer service we receive goes above and beyond, and we have even heard her on the phone while waiting how she is with customers.Please go to Midco Sales Service Shop if you want great communication, great care, and great customer service. My husband didn't last long at this company as a welder. Small company with bad service managers. Employees get berated and gossiped about. Sad that my husband had to quit Midco for the same reasons he quit his previous job. TOXICTY.He liked the girl manager, and other employees at Midco, but there is bad management. This is a toxic environment. Don't apply there if you don't want to work for a toxic place.

Jim is awesome to work with, I bought a used Landoll from him sight unseen out of state, he made me feel very comfortable doing so. Even after the sale he is great about answering the phone, even on vacation ! I've had questions he didn't have answers to, he was always quick to find and answer and get back to me. Definitely recommended.

I have been in the towing industry for over 15years now and own Shannon Towing in Lynnwood, WA. I recently had the pleasure working with Pete and Jim building a Ford 550 with the Mpl40 on it. I will say they are the best to work with from the first step to the last. We will most definitely be purchasing many more trucks to come. If you need it they can do it for you.

I want to say thank you to your receptionist Claudia for making sure that I get a hold of someone in parts. I called about 3 times, yesterday. First, I needed to leave a voicemail. Second time, I called a the parts guy told me, "no I only handle tow parts, call back." I did call back to complain, but Claudia made sure that I spoke to a manager and apologized to me that this will not be happening again. It is unacceptable to be told that, and Midco Sales prides itself in customer service and their work."I'm still giving you 5 stars, because Claudia went above and beyond and to take care of my problem and did Jeff.When a company goes this far, it says alot about the company!SabrinaCardinal Glass

Jim at Midco is the best salesman out there. I ordered my Reitnouer from him. He even met me on Sunday(his day off) so that I could pick it up. The whole process went really smoothly thanks to my buddy Jimmy.

Jim Kerwin sent our credit app to a fraudulent company after telling us he has had dealings with this company before. Trusting his word we sent the company a down payment. The company turn out the be a scam and Mark Otto the owner, is refusing to accommodate us for our lost.

I will say that this company FINALLY hired a Spanish speaker. It is alot easier to purchase and understand. Thank you Midco Sales. My family asked me to post this, as they just purchased with Jim and had to take a translator, and then found out about the lady that works there.Shout out to Midco! Toda mi gente si quieren comprar una traila o troque vayan a Midco!

No consistency on prices on their trailers. I was given one price in person quote email was a different price. Online had a different price
