I feel so lucky I found my car from Maxum Motors. The car was an awesome price, and Joe took the time to go over everything, very straightforward, conducive, and informative. I didn t feel stupid for asking questions. Car shopping as a girl can feel intimidating, but there wasn t stress or pressure and he was so helpful with the financing process. I am happy to support these guys and will tell friends to go here, they deserve the business! (I did wash the car right away, but it s also Arizona so dust is a given)

upon arrival Joe was very friendly and allowed us to take the car for a test drive. From start to finish Joe was very communicative and never once was pushy or demanding. He was transparent with no hidden fees of any kind. He takes very good care of his customersr and his prices are extremely fair! My partner who has more car buying experience than I even said "it was the most pleasant experience he has had purchasing a vehicle"*I recommend Maximum Motors to anyone in the valley who wants a no-haggle happy buying experience. I don't live in AZ and conducted an entire transaction over text and phone calls! Joe was responsive, courteous, and what was most astonishing: some unknown problems were found with the fuel pump after the car got delivered to me. I figured I was out of luck, but informed Joe who IMMEDIATELY took care of the costs to repair the issue. Joe didn't have to, but went above and beyond what I've come to expect in this day and age. Thanks again, Joe!

Helped us on a Sunday!!!! Amazing people, amazing cars. We are rebuilding credit and they helped us get the best deal for our family. So much better experience then looking at a big named dealership, told you what you needed to hear! Will definitely go back when it s time for Husband s turn!! Thank you SO much Joe and Tom. Joe, the owner was wonderful to work with. He was willing for work with us in all details to ensure we had a smooth purchase. I had the best experience that I have ever had on a car lot buying a car. These guys are great! Professional yet comfortable. No pushy salesmen. Everyone was laid back and Joe spent extra time getting me a better financing deal and finalizing that was just as painless as getting the Hummer H3 Alpha which I drove home that day. I love it and will send everyone that I know their way for a straight up good deal from real people.

Our experience with this used car dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare for our family of five. My husband, who fully trusted Tom, soon discovered that he was merely a deceptive character.We purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan on March 4, 2023. Just six days later, on March 10, the vehicle broke down during our trip to California, revealing multiple mechanical problems. Among them was a cylinder 3 misfire (po306) and a missing bolt from the front caliper. We had no choice but to get it fixed at a local shop in San Diego, which cost us a total of $1,748, including other mechanical repairs.After contacting the dealer to inform them of the issues, they agreed to compensate us $1,000 following a Google review. However, on April 11, 2023, we had to take the vehicle back to the shop and pay an additional $443.51 to address the misfire in cylinder 3. On June 1, 2023, the alternator failed, and most recently, on July 18, 2023, we were informed that the engine needs to be replaced, costing $5,245.37. It's disheartening to face such a major expense within five months of purchasing the vehicle.Tom's proposed solution was to trade in the car "as is" and purchase another vehicle at a higher value. This is an unacceptable resolution. We caution others to be wary of this dealership's practices and recommend seeking a more trustworthy option elsewhere.

He met with us even though they weren't open the day we called so that we could test drive something we saw on their website. He was patient as my husband and I both looked over the vehicle and took turns driving. He graciously agreed to let us bring it back in for them to fix the console that was popped loose and change the cabin filter at no charge because of a strange smell. He even took the time to let us know how much my mother in laws car would be worth if she brought it there for trade in. Felt no pressure to buy but did really love the vehicle. Worked with us even though our bank wasnt open to confirm financing yet. One of the best car buying experiences I've had.

If you are looking to buy a car I strongly suggest going here I was in and out in about an hour you don t feel like your being forced to buy a car like you do at other dealer ships will only be going here from now on to buy a car!

Great experience here! Never felt pressured or lied to. Joe was great. Found a couple of minor things wrong with the car and Joe was happy to fix them. And filled the tank up.

Went there to meet Joe after seeing a Suburban I liked online. There was no pushy sales pitch. He gave me fair trade in for my car. Didn't even try and low ball like most car dealerships do. I did have an issue with the vehicle and he made sure to get it fixed immedt no questions asked. Joe is a stand up guy you can trust. Highly recommend.

My Husband has been trying very hard to find a car that he really loves. After doing some research online we came across this place. PLEASE believe me when I tell you that the guys here are AMAZING! My husband and I both work long hours throughout the day so we hardly ever have any time after work. Despite their scheduled hours, they took the time to wait for us afterwards and not once made us feel rushed while making such an important decision. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with such welcoming smiles. Not only did they state many many times how happy they were to assist us, but they also proved it and made us feel like part of the family. As you may know, the entire process can be quite difficult sometimes but Maxum Motors basically walked on eggshells until they made it possible for us to leave with not only an amazing vehicle but one that we instantly fell in LOVE with. We got an amazing deal that worked out perfect for us and we could not be more grateful! I highly recommend these guys, they do NOT disappoint ! THANK YOU MAXUM MOTORS!!!

I recently came from California to pick up a 2013 lexus rx450h. Joe made the process super easy, he was very transparent about vehicle condition and history. Very hospitable and the deal was handled quicker than I could even get the car insured. In and our in less than an hour. Thanks again joe!
