Pure class! I had been bringing my cars to a different shop for about 10 years. I was dissatisfied with my recent service and decided to give Kerry s a shot. So glad I did! Jose the GM, treated my wife and I, 2 different cars, like family. Kerry s went through my 307,542 mile Pilot and gave me honest and professional advise. I love the way they take pictures and provide a plan: most critical - to get to it later approach. Kerry s has Earned my business. Oh ya, a FREE Lyft ride home. Exceptional customer service. If you re unhappy with your current shop, Stop it! and give Kerry s on Cooper a chance. You ll be happy with the service, $, and care they provide.

I haven't been there to get serviced yet but I have heard great things about this place through family and friends. I will update it when I go into get my car service next week.Just got my car serviced at Kerry's car care. Hands down the best places I have been in a while. Shane was awesome and treated me with respect. Love this place. 10/10 service

I m giving Kerry s five stars due to their prompt service, friendly attitude, and overall care of my vehicle.Shane at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and friendly tone while studiously taking down notes of my vehicle concerns. The technicians did a thorough exam of my car and I had barely finished an episode of my favorite anime when Shane received the report and was able to give me a concise and easy to understand breakdown of my car problems.If my returning experience is as pleasant and easy as this one, I will for sure be a returning customer to Kerry s for a very long time to come.

I took my car in to Kerry's to get a diagnosis on a major coolant leak. I was able to make an appointment online last second which helped a lot! These gentlemen were able to pinpoint the damage within an hour with detailed explanations of what was happening. I decided to tackle the job myself with the hand of some mechanic buddies. Thank to Kerry's correct diagnosis i was able to get my car up and running within 48 hours. Great service @ cooper location. Will definitely take my car here again!

My first time there was about as good as it gets when having repairs done. It was a lot of work that needed to be done. It was done another faster than I thought. Never had a better experience anywhere in the past. Now I'm in process of having more work done on my truck at Kerrys. Best shop around in my book.

I took my car here a week ago to get my oil changed. The guy at the front was nice and friendly, and they got me in right away. My complaint is that the tech who drove my car stained my driver seat in 2 different spots. It appears they are not required to cover seats or floorboards like their competitors. They attempted to clean it, but it did not resolve the stains.

Worked with Shane at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right options for my service. Pricing was very reasonable and they finished my car quickly and efficiently. 10/10!

Shane and Brandon were very helpful and very efficient in communicating with me in person and by phone regarding my car. They checked the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the car the same day. I was very impressed. I'll be back again!

Our normal car service provider was unable to service the car for an oil change and we noticed Kerry s had just opened. We were greeted with a YES! We can help! attitude along with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. On top of great customer service, the waiting area was very nice and comfortable. We will be bringing our car maintenance to Kerry in the future.

I had the BEST service here today at the Chandler Arizona location. I found this company online and had no idea what to expect,,, I received above and beyond Customer Service,,, Excellent mechanical knowledge and diagnostic repair. Best prices, cleanest shop in town!! Thank you guy's at Kerry's Car Care.

Took longer to get the part and I had a Dr appointment so they set me up with a free Lyft to and from my appointment. They kept me informed and up to date the entire time.And best of all, because it was a costly repair, I had a mailer from them with $125 off. Love this place.

My 2018 F-150 with about 90,000 miles developed an oil leak. Although I've used a mechanic's shop for years and liked them, they are an inconvenient distance from my house. When Kerry's Auto Care opened up a short distance fom my house, I decided to check them out. They got me in right away, did a thorough checkout on my truck, advised me of work that was warranted due to my mileage and most importantly tackeled my oil leak. The oil leak was the result of deteriorating edges of the original Ford installed "plastic" oil pan. They replaced the oil pan and the other maintenance the same day. The next day a got a call from Kerry's just making sure I was satisfied with the work. I think I've found a new mechanic's shop.

I came here to try the new repair shop.My car was inspected and I was told my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. The quote I got to replace the battery was over $350. I took the car to autozone, where I got the battery about 12 months ago. Guess what, the battery tested at 100%. DO NOT GO TO KERRYS!!!Stop lying to people and calibrate your equipment!!!
