I went there for my BMW 5series. I had a break issue and Michael took care of me. He tried his best to fix the problem same day and he made it. Me and my family can ride the car without any doubt or worry.Michael is the best!!!

Yet once again I had to take my VW vehicle to Huffs! Breakpads and rotors. Darren and the crew had me in. Properly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts and not too much longer later i was on my way. Reasonable pricing and the work of the techs is far superior then any other shop.

Great experience, fast and friendly service. I had a no crank no start on my BMW 528ix, got it towed in and they pushed my car in and started diagnosing it right away. I went home and same day they had completed the diagnosis and they had it running the next day.Starter and battery replaced with a full inspection. Would recommend to bring your European car here if your worried about other shops that don't specialize in European vehicles.

I happened to be near Huff s parking lot when my engine gave me an overheating notice. I ran into one of Huff s service techs, Brandon, who so graciously helped me refill my coolant and did a look around the engine to make sure there wasn t a leak. He came in clutch on a really hot day and was so kind and friendly throughout helping me get on my way. 10/10, have already recommended these kind folks to others and will keep doing so. The good: very nice folks, quick to get me inThe bad: kind of expensive engine repair, though cheaper then dealerThe ugly: fuel line improperly connected, car vent system overwhelmed with diesel fuel smells.The end result: quickly got it back in, fixed, and everything seems good now. Stood behind their work, not that common any more

This is a great shop! They get my vehicle in right away with accurate and speedy service! I would highly recommend Huffs if you care about your car or truck! Not everyone knows imports like this team!

Got recommended to this place for good work on foreign cars. They charged us a diagnostic fee without finding the problem. We had taken the car to a different place that couldnt find the problem wrong with our car. They didn t charge us because they couldnt find anything. They recommended this place which in turn did the same diagnostic and still found nothing after repeating what the first shop did. They charged us for the diagnostic after not finding anything and said if we wanted to pay more they could look more. We decided after literally doing what had already been done that we would take the car back. Without telling us they used all the gas in the car at least a quarter tank and didn t tell us. We drove the car so we expected to drive it out but no they used all the gas. When we went back in the guy behind the counter said oh i guess i should have mentioned we used all the gas. Ya think? Worst waste of money ever. Total scam. Thanks for taking money for nothing when people are trying to get their car fixed. You really helped us out. Not!!! This place is 100% scam. They have no idea what they are doing. Just bums off the street that work here.

I work on all my own cars because I generally don't trust shops. However, Huffs has passed my character test. These guys are good, honest, and smart. When I encountered an issue on one of my land Rovers that required diagnostic tools I didn't have nor have an interest in purchasing, not only were they willing to work on my disassembled vehicle, but they properly diagnosed the problem and repaired it in the best way I could have asked for.They're not cheap, but I felt their rate was right on par with the level of quality and expertise they provide. I happily paid my bill and am relieved knowing there is a mechanic I can trust when I run into repairs I can't do on my own or don't have time to get too.

Another great experience here! My check engine light was on, they told me what it was and got it taken care of within a couple days. They always break it down and explain to me what the issue is, in a manner that I can understand. Gives me confidence moving forward! they are kind but, their diagnostic was all doubtable. And, I had to point it out to him when I picked my car up. even though a wrong analysis, I had to pay 199 usd.to be honest, it is pricy (199 usd) because my request was to make sure my diagnostic and check it is possible to claim an used car warranty or not. But, there were question-marks from the diagnostic in this shop.p.s. They planned to send me a missing quote and analysis report but, nope for a week.8/27/2023all the diagnostic here was incorrect.I repaired my car by myself because I doubt the diagnostic and I finally confirmed that the diagnostic result here was all wrong.I will not recommend this shop.

My car battery died the afternoon before I left for Rocky Point. Huffs Automotive was able to get me in right away, replace my battery and even checked my car to make sure it was safe for the road trip! Everyone was so kind, I m so appreciative of this company!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Brought my vehicle in at the advice of another shop. Dropped off my car at 9 am. Was called at around noon and told that my compressor was bad and would cost $1700 to replace. I did not have the funds for the repair right now and told them I would pick up the car today. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the fee for the diagnosis was $199. I was shocked. Nobody at anytime told me there would be a diagnosis fee let alone $199. When I said something about it, I was told that they forgot to mention it and that I should have known there would be a fee. They continued to argue with me and insult me and finally held my car hostage till I paid. I did not have enough in my account to cover the whole thing, so they took everything I had left in my account to cover what they could. $151. Save your time and money and avoid this place like the plague.Service: Electrical

Had a hard time finding a repair centre (other than a Mercedes dealership) for my 2016 Smart ForTwo. Huff's was actually recommended by one of the places I phoned looking for service. Contacted Darren and set up the appointment. Great customer service. Darren contacted me by phone prior to repair (check engine light on), explained the issue, cost etc. Also provided suggestions as to other issues, coolant, air filter, etc. At no time did I feel pressured to do any of the suggested issues. In fact I was glad they were pointed out, and gave the OK. Picked my vehicle up the next day and it's working 100% better. Seeing as I winter in this area from Canada, I now have a reliable, honest & trustworthy shop for any problems that come up for my ride. I've been coming to Huffs Automotive for 6+ yrs. They are always professional, courteous and have the highest integrity. They are family to me now. I have a few cars, which I love and I'm a female. Matt, the boys and Darren always make me feel comfortable and explain in detail what they need to do to repair or keep my vehicles in good running order. They are honest and fair with their prices. I never feel rushed or in the way when I have to wait for my car. Everyone is upbeat!! They do excellent work! Been taking my Land Rover to Huff's automotive for years now and always experience the best customer service. Darren and Mike are always up front with you when explaining to you what's wrong with your vehicle and the best recourse on getting you back on the road. Great job to Huff and it's crew.

Huff's automotive Owner and Staff are amazing! They have been taking care of our older vehicles for over a year now and they are great! They have been excellent with our BMW and our 4x4 Suburban! We were blessed to find this trustworthy shop! Highly recommend Huff's!

This place is everyone's dream mechanic. Honest, very skilled and professional. They fixed my valve cover gasket and my car was ready the next day! Great customer service, they were straight up but very nice at the same time. This is where I will always go now, and I recommend people all the time. If your looking for the mechanic you've always wanted and never had go to huff's automotive!!

Please take a look at sure credit this is one of many reviews posted their. Over the years i have been to many shops , this is by far the best experience. I am so impressed by this place ! I feel Huffs is the real Deal Bringing Back service and Honesty that was lost many Decades Ago . Matt Huff and His sons Do it right . Huff's Automotive is top of the line. The friendly customer service as well as their professional and honest work is just what I needed to have my car working smoothly again. They easily explain and address any problem or concern they have with you. Although I live a great distance from their shop, it was definitely worth the drive. We've used Huffs Automotive for the maintenance & repairs of our vehicles over several years. Matt & Angela, the owners, really show how much they care about us, the customer, from the time we set up an appointment to when we've settled the invoice & drive away. We really appreciate Matt's straightforward mechanical advice. The techs are very friendly, honest and their workmanship is top-notch every time. Their pricing is fair. Customer service is second-to-none. This is a family-run business done right! I highly recommend them!

Great experience with Huff automotive. The did a valve job and replaced a pump that were contributing to the check engine light. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have very fair pricing. Any issues with my 07 Mercedes Darren and all his staff are extremely knowledgeable. They are very professional and the work they do is great and most of all they are fair and are not just trying to make a buck. This is how a professional family owned business is suppose to be ran.
