I found Honest auto technicians! These guys are great. I got quotes from 3 other shops ranging from $3300-$4700. They got the work done for $1800 and a full 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. Look no further. These are you professionals.

This place hands down one a the best repair shop on this side of town. If I can give them a 10 star I would. Randall was the one that helped husband and I. He definitely deserves 10 stars for sure. He took a lil bit of his time and came out help and explained what it could be.witch it could have been our tire or axle Like he took it apart and everything. In the parking lot. And told me how long it would take. Other companies would have not done that. We felt welcome and left very happy and very satisfied with the results. Also the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would definitely Recommend!!!

Amazing service and the store manager Eric was awesome. They got me right in to service my brakes. The estimate was so much more affordable than the dealership and even when the parts came in at a higher cost, THEY HONORED THE ESTIMATE!! The team got me in and out in an afternoon. My first experience, but I will be back and recommending to my family and friends. Great work!!

This place is a total scam. We took our car to the shop for oil change. Right after the service, my car had stopped in the middle of the road for no reason while I was driving, so I took it back for them to check. First they told us there will be no fee to diagnose the problem, then they told us it's a alternator issue, we need to change it ASAP, it will cost us $1500. It seems too expensive for the alternator change even we are not the car guy. So we call around and also went online to search for the average price to change alternator. The part itself cost about 200 dollars, including labor, max will be around 5-600 dollars. So we contact one of other shop that will do it for that price. When we went back to pick up our car, the guy told us that he won't charge for diagnosis is not there, the front person told us they need to charge us 200 dollars for diagnosis. After argument, we finally got our car back and take it to another shop. The technician over there is extremely nice and honest, he told us that after reading the alternator from his device, it shows there is no issues for the alternator, he did some test drive and testing, finally he found that there was a leaf somehow got in between the alternator and cost the driving issue for the car. Imaging if we took the word from this place and pay $1500 to change the alternator. This place is totally dishonest, and try to scam customer for money.

Service for check engine light diagnostic and problem corrected. Happy with that. A few days later car started leaking radiator fluid. Self inspection performed and it was discovered a clamp around a radiator hose had been opened and traveled down hose out of site. We replaced with a new clamp to assure tight fit, replaced coolant and leak was fixed.

Very helpful and honest. Quick diagnostics and I could rely on the problems they had found to be true. I was thinking that it was going to cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to find out what was wrong, not to mention renting a vehicle in the meantime. Instead they were able to get back to me in hours with the problem, solution, and estimate for repair. I will always bring my vehicles in to this company.

Very honest and friendly customer service. You can tell these guys know cars. After replacing my car's worn engine mounts and control arm bushings, there was a vibration in the front end. They checked it out and advised it might be the tires. Took it to the tire shop and had the tires replaced. Vibration is gone now. Very satisfied with this repair shop.

Brad..what can I say? He was absolutely great from the start. He was very helpful and straightforward..extremely caring and respectful. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are from out of town but he made us feel right at home! Best of the best! Brad is rad!

I've been taking my Chevy van here for about 2 years, and Eric (the manager) is wonderful. They also have a really good warranty system. I've had a few problems with parts failing after they've put them in, and every time they fail, Eric fixes the problem again, for free, no questions asked. Plus, they go the extra mile. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. The service advisers were very cordial and friendly, the analysis was accurate and the installation of the alternator was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the South Chandler location to those who reside in the area.

We had a horrible experience with Greulich's automotive this time. We had transmission problems, not going into gear smoothly. Took it to one Greulich and they said it was because the transmission fluid was cold. The car was so much worse, so took it to this shop where they said it needed a rebuilt transmission that would cost over $8,000.00 dollars. Took it to a mechanic in Mesa and they rebuilt it for $4,400.00 with a 100,000 mile warranty. We have used Greulich in the past, but will definitely not be using them again. I wish I could give zero stars on the review. Definitely not quality service and the price was outrageous! They didn't know what they were talking about where transmissions are concerned.

I went for an oil change and they discovered a serious issue with my driveshaft. The truck runs amazing and I'm very happy with their work and service. Everyone was extremely kind.

My car comes out fine but the customer service has gone way down. Very disappointing to see the change in customer treatment from when you first came into the neighborhood. I have been bringing my car to this location since they've opened and I think I'll be finding another shop unfortunately.

This place hands down one a the best repair shop on this side of town. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me with my engine shield under the car when I didn t know what was going on. 10/10 would definitely Recommend!!!

My radiator was busted and bent. Brad was helpful and Frankie the mechanic/technician made it work and my car was complete and ready to go in a few hours after I had it towed into Greulich s. Great work fellas!

Went to Greulich s on Arizona Ave. for a thorough inspection on an older car I purchased. They got me in and out in a timely manner and answered all my questions, plus a written report. No B.S., reasonable price and professional. Highly recommend them.

We had an ongoing traction control problem with our Lincoln MKC that two different Lincoln dealers and another independent repair shop could not diagnose. Even though the dashboard messaging system would periodically state Service AdvanceTrac and Up Hill Traction Assist not Available the mechanic at the Lincoln Dealer said there were no alarms recorded on the onboard computers and they were therefore not able diagnose the problem and furthermore they had not heard of a similar problem. Finally I took it to Greulich on Arizona and Chandler Heights Rd where the mechanics diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price within two days. Great Job!I know where I m going to take my cars for service from now on.

The best service in the valley. Knowledgeable and down to earth, they always have your best interests at heart and go the extra mile to make sure you are safe on the road. Professional, yet personable. I have an older VW that needs a lot of work. Gruelich sbl itemized everything that needed to be done (prioritizing the repairs) and then allowed me to pick what I could afford at the time. There was never any pressure and the cost at the end was exactly what they told me at the beginning. Every time I have had any interaction with them, they have been more than helpful and so courteous.

Excellent service. They took their time and checked over my ride and found the issue that i both felt/heard while driving. After doing the oil change, they told me the issue was motor mounts and showed me what the parts and labor would be. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
