I have been going here for work the past few years! I love the fact that it has been the same managers and technicians consistently for the most part. Juan is one of the best, thorough and efficient. Also they are always willing to assist when you pull up for tire check. Burt is a great staple there as well always friendly to customers.

A very tough trip just became a little easier because of this team. I came to Phoenix from Dallas for my mothers funeral today at 11:00. Late last night while heading to my hotel, heard grinding coming from my back brakes. First thing this morning with 3 hours before the service and no appointment, they got me in and repaired in time to say my final goodbyes to mom. Huge thanks for making a tough day just a little bit easier.

Firestone has always provide me with great service for over 10 years, very quick and dependable. I have do my breaks and always bought good quality tires that last me for so long. Never disappointed and definitely my 5 stars for sure.

Absolutely appalling customer service!! Worst customer service and rudest employees I ve ever encountered! Made an online appointment for Sunday as they had 7 open AVAILABLE slots to choose from. Employee calls me from the store saying they have no staff on Sunday and need to cancel the appointment. Told him if they are not AVAILABLE slots they should remove them as a choice to select from. He starts talking over the top of me mid conversation stating then you should book with a different place if you need Sunday! and hangs up the phone!Excuse me???????????!!!!!!!!!!!I ve never in my entire life been treated so poorly! This employee should be fired!Save your hard earned money, go to a business that actually treats you like a human being with RESPECT AND DIGNITY!Absolutely speechless! They don t even deserve 1 star.

We started coming to the Firestone location on Chandler blvd and priest about 3 years ago and refuse to go anywhere else. The service given is above standard and not once have we get taken advantage off. They explain everything to the letter and we appreciate the care they take keeping me and my family safe

I would recommend this store as every time I come in, my car is taken well care of. Jerrod and the rest of the staff are integrity based, honest, and authentic. They work hard to ensure all vehicles are in good hands and that you are safe when you walk in their doors

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Worst service ever. And Bert or whoever is the service manager is horrible at service! Let's just say he doesn't know the first thing about customer service. He is rude and a liar. He completely screwed me and my husband over and cost us hundreds of dollars, wasted half our day then he basically refused to do anything about it, tried to blame the situation on us and did not care one bit. Didn't try to be apologetic or make the situation right he could have cared less about us and our buisness. I had planned to go back there for future work but never again. I even went out of my way to go to this location because in the past I received amazing care and treatment and have recommended them to people. But never again!!!I am still considering pursing other action against them.Oh let me add in too they tried to tell me I needed a new battery when my battery is new! Talk about screwy, also gave me a quote for a bunch of other work that totalled over $4,000. The price in my quote was $260 bucks for a battery and almost $250 for 1 tire since they claimed it had to be replaced and could not be fixed. Who pays $260 for a battery!! There prices are just nuts and for the service you get no thanks. I don't believe anything they say!

easy to schedule appt. online. Got phone call that time I requested wouldn't work for that service and was able to quickly reschedule at convenient time. Taken at scheduled time and finished quickly

I visited the Firestone on 56th ave & Chander Blvd Sat. 03/02/24. I was running just a bit late for my appointment because I accidentally went to the wrong location, but the staff greeted me with a smile, informed me of my wait time, and got me in and out very quickly. This really helped as I had more errands to run. Thank you for the Great Experience! I will be back!

Having suffered a cut in my tire on a nearby freeway, I followed directions to the nearest tire repair place, this Firestone location. Barely limping in with 2 pounds of pressure left, I tried to pay for an emergency repair. Much to my surprise, I was told that they wouldn t work on my car at all, because it s a Porsche. I pleaded for help, but to no avail. It s just a tire; there s nothing special about Porsche tires. No luck, and I now await a tow truck to take me to a tire repair shop whose policies aren t absurd.

The location is very nice. The shop has a little area for kids, so friendly for those busy moms. Very excellent customer service. Highly recommend Firestone!!

The team at this Firestone are by far topnotch. Knowledgeable, Informative, Courteous, Transparent and fair. I live over an hour away and drive past 5 other Firestones, just to come to this location.

Great service. I never had any problems especially working with Juan. He has great customer service and actually listens to the customer. Anytime Juan is there is when I take my vehicle in because he is phenomenal.

Burt is amazing, everytime ive been in the service has been great and he's always in a good mood. The lifetime alighnment package is one of the best deals ive seen and if you book an appointment you'll usually be done pretty fast.

The guys here are awesome! I had my car for 9 days and needed a mechanic. I had it towed there in error. I needed an engine repair, and thought the Complete part of their store name would include the engine. Still they kept me notified and kept an eye on my new car until I could arrange another tow. I appreciate it.

I recommend you go visit Patty. She provided excellent customer service. I did have an issue with the car still not being aligned and a ding on my driver's door. My car is a week old, so the ding totally stands out!The manager was supposed to call me, but still haven't heard from them.

Went in for an emergency, my tire got shredded on the highway and Jerrod Finley was extremely helpful and friendly. My fiancee and were attended quickly and given a thorough understanding of what was going on and what they could do for us. Very transparent about everything and trustworthy. They took off so much stress from us and were able to get the service done quickly/efficiently.Overall, I know we'll be going back there again. Thank you guys again!

Went in for assistance on replacing tire and they refused had about 20 min left no line no wait and wouldn't even help with spare replacement absolutely useless store no wonder it was empty and costco full.

I recently went to Firestone on Chandler Blvd near I-10 to have my daughters car inspected. I received service from 16 Juan and 10 Landis. They were awesome! I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to go through everything including putting a scope to the wheel bearings to see if they needed to be replaced as we had been told by another company. I was glad to hear that we didn't need to replace the bearings which was quite a savings. Everyone to the store was very thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
