My recent encounter with the Earnhardt Chevrolet Service Center was nothing short of a nightmare. I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday at 11 am to change the air filter in my car, and from the beginning, it was clear that their commitment to customer service was lacking.Greg, the representative in charge, assured me that he would give me a call when the work was completed. However, I never received that call on Saturday, and since they were closed on Sunday, I couldn't get any updates. When I attempted to contact Greg on Monday, he failed to pick up the phone. Frustrated, I decided to reach out to the front desk, only to be told that my car had been ready for pickup on Saturday, and I could collect it before 5:30 pm any day. This miscommunication left me without my car for the entire weekend.In an attempt to finally retrieve my vehicle, I arrived at the service center around 4 pm on Monday, well before their 6 pm closing time, only to discover that Greg had already left for the day. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a customer's time is inexcusable.My overall experience with Earnhardt Chevrolet Service Center was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise against entrusting them with your vehicle. The lack of communication, mismanagement, and overall poor customer service have left me with a negative impression that I won't soon forget.

In addition to your answer. This is my second time using this service. And when I first came, the same problem occurred again. They forgot to take my car for service. And when I complained, it was given back to me without the necessary checks. The first time it took 2 hours and 30 minutes.With all checks, an oil change can take a maximum of 40 minutes. Moreover, I always make an appointment. The customer is not stupid. 1 hour at most, but I watched your service. It's not hard to see that they move slowly. But I will contact with you.I came by making an appointment. Just a simple oil change took 2 hours and 15 minutes!!!. My car is a new car, only 10 months old.I watched the service. They work very, very slowly. It took 10 minutes for the man to even pick up a tool. What is this, a joke or something?I can't imagine how many days it takes to work on a real problem.The service management has no control. Very uncontrolled and poor service.

I was told that they performed the service and everything was good and yet pictures don't lie because my service was not done thank you Earnhardt Chevrolet . I went back a few days later and dropped my car off and got a loaner which was cool (a plus ) . Everything got fixed and I am happy now . Didn't cost me anything extra . They made sure that they corrected what I said needed to be done . Thank you . I will be going there soon for a safety inspection on the car and getting things replaced . I would like to get rid of the governor so I can go faster than 112 mph . It tops out at 140mph

I bought my trailblazer in 2021 from this dealership. Since then I have had a few times where I have needed to have it serviced, and I brought it back to the dealership and George was always my advisor. Steve helped me with brake repair on my truck. Most everyone is cautious of having work on their vehicle suggested by a service sales manager to increase the total bill when bringing their vehicles in for repair at any service shop. However, Steve was honest and great to work with. I would recommend this service department to anyone and will absolutely continue bringing my business here in the future. Tried to schedule online but didn't get a confirmation so I followed up by phone and got in the same day. Oil change took a bit over an hour. Service people were friendly. Sitting area was clean. Just took off one star for the online schedule failure.

Called the day before (around 4:30pm) about the free oil change offered as I purchased a new truck there. Was told no appointment necessary, first come first serve for oil changes. Arrived 15 mins before open (7am) 3rd in line which was fine. Once they opened, I was told I needed to come back at 2:30pm and drop my truck off and they might get it done. Can't do that because I work nights. Why wasn't I told that on the phone the day before? Wasted trip and wasted time. Guess another dealership will get my business going forward.

Very dissatisfied, horrible customer service. I called due to some problems with my car and I needed to tow it. Receptionist was unkind and I got transferred around to voicemails. A manager finally took my call and stated they can take my car but would not know when they can work on it. I advised her that I only have one car and cannot be out a vehicles for days, although I purchased my car brand new from them she did not offer me a loaner car or anything. I have always had a Chevy and have never experienced such poor nonchalant service. Clearly I am not valued as a customer and my business is not wanted.

Quick service for oil change. Requested filter changes, however they stated it was not needed which shows they were not upselling.One star removed because they were not enforcing people wearing masks in the waiting room. Multiple employees walked through including my service advisor and didn't say anything about it.

The staff were excellent, ensured I had help immediately. They did an analysis of the problem and checked with me to make sure I was ok with the replacement part and the estimated cost. I waited for my vehicle and they offered me a ride and refreshments. They did an excellent job and less than the estimate. They get 5 stars from me!

Whent in with a build from chevy.com to order the car, was told right of the back they would charge me $5000 over online price plus tax dealer fees and other charges.
