Todd, Mario and the entire team at Doetsch Off-Road are top notch! They REALLY know their stuff and work hard to get you set up exactly the way you want. They have now built both mine and my sons new Bronco s and we couldn t be happier with the products, service and overall experience. The great service doesn t stop when you pick up your vehicle, have a question? They are happy to assist and help in any way they can. Their prices are really good and their work is even better. They have become the new Bronco experts locally and I m so glad I went with them (they ve been the local Jeep experts for years!)! I really can t recommend them highly enough - give them a call or swing by their shop .you ll be glad you did! Thanks Todd and Team Doetsch Off-Road for building my Dream Bronco!!

My name is Louie and these days it's hard to find a business let alone a local shop that not only offers great products but absolutely the best customer service one could only hope for. My experiences in the past with other shops left me feeling judged in the fact that I was a newbie in Jeep Mods. Also I felt all they wanted to do was take advantage of me. BUT I can promise you DOETSCH OFF-ROAD took their time explaining the stages and giving me many options to work with, whether it was my budget or which steps to take first in my jeeps transformation. I can't say enough how all the guys that work there made me feel welcomed and gave me the respect and assurance that I never got from any shops in the past on other projects.With that said I want to thank Dave the owner for working with me personally even though I talked his ear off. I live in Cave Creek and drive close to an hour to go to their shop because of the great service provided as well as Great Prices on quality parts. My jeep is still a work in progress but I've managed to get my Tires, Rims, Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Tire Carrier and next week a full Lift Kit with adjustable Shocks. All from DOETSCH. I will keep this post updated as I keep adding new parts to my jeep Rubicon, since i will only be using DOESTCH from here on out. Here's a quick pic of the beginning transformation.UPDATE;JANUARY 14TH 2019- still Sticking with my 5 Star Rating For Doetsch Off-road... Had them install a Rock Krawler 3.5 X-Factor Mid Arm Lift along with Falcon 3.3 Shocks last week. Couldn't be happier with the results and Service as always. Yes, it's taking me time to transform my Jeep but I'm living on a budget and I hope that one day I can get my Jeep exactly the way I want it. So tackling trails with quality products and guys that are willing to take time to educate me your Average Joe who loves Jeeps and the Outdoors.

The guys at Doetsch took very good care of me. From the discussion about the build and what I was after and they have nailed it,. My jeep has been in for 2 phases of the build and I couldn't be happier... great group of guys. Can't wait get it back for phase 3.

Joke of a company. Extremely rude, wish I got the guys name on the phone that mumbled screw this kid after wanting to buy replacement parts for a customer of mine. Regret even giving them and their products a chance considering all the companies out there that are way better.

Went to Doetsch Off-Road to order some tires and have them install with a new set of wheels I purchased. The team kept in contact with me, helped with any questions, and did an amazing job with the install. I ll definitely be back if I need any further upgrades done to my Tacoma!

I wanted to leave a review due to to the simple fact that Dave the owner was awesome, great prices, not pushy and knows his stuff when it comes to pimpin out your JEEP. We did front and rear bumpers,bushwacker finders, 2.5 lift a winch and I'm sure we will go back for the unbeatable price on 5 rims and tires. Thanks buddy great job found my shop of choice and all done in one day!

Doetsch Off-Road provided professional advice on what parts to use when i had them build my Wrangler. It is a very smooth ride on 37" tires along with Fox suspension etc. Been very happy with this Jeep thanks to Doetsch Off-Road. Thanks guys!!

It has been such a great experience working with the team at Doetsch Off-Road. The process from start to finish was amazing. I had a generally idea of what I wanted to get done but the guidance I received was a crucial part to the final product. Huge Shout out to Ben for making it happen!

Super good experience here. Todd went "above and beyond" to help me get a spare tire and wheel for my Jeep. That kind of customer interaction and experience is not as common as it used to be. Prices are very competetive and these guys really go out of their way to take care of their customers. Thanks Again!!

I ve been following this company for awhile, and I ve heard nothing but spectacular things in the Arizona Bronco Facebook page about both their services as well as client communication. When they hosted a Bronco show in the Spring, I made it a point to drive down there to check them out and I was nothing but impressed with their work (LOTS of the Broncos at the show were clients of Doestch, so I got to see their work first-hand)When I finally got my hands on my own Bronco, one of the first things I did was reach out to Doestch Off-Road to inquire about getting full PPF on the truck.I emailed the company on May 1st, and inquired about the cost of full PPF coverage and possibly window tinting. After not hearing back for a few days, I elected to call them during business hours and no one picked up the phone, and I left a message, and again I didn t hear back.After about 5 days of not hearing anything, I ve then decided to message one of employees that s very active on the Bronco Facebook group inquiring about the services I wanted to have done. It was late, and after business hours, so I wasn t expecting to hear a reply that evening, but he surprised me by replying to me almost straight away, and gave me a quote on full PPF.The next day, I called Doestch Off-Road to schedule that service, and talked to someone. When I tried to schedule an appointment, they asked if someone gave me a quote for the service, I said yes, and they said the person who gave me the quote, has to be the one to schedule me.The employee on Facebook then messaged me again regarding scheduling, I then inquired possibly getting a ceramic coating at the time of PPF application, and he said that will need to be cross-scheduled with their ceramic coating guy, and that was the end of the communication.I ended up going to a different company for my services. It s a shame because this company seems HUGE in the AZ Bronco community, and I was excited to utilize them

If you ve got a Jeep build in mind, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better shop to help you with the build, than Doetsch Off-Road. Ben was like a trusted friend... honest, easy to work with and talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pressured into anything, and he seemed to care most about what I wanted with my Jeep. The work was clean and professional, and you can tell these guys know what they are doing. I look forward to working with them again in the future. And let me just say that you owe it to yourself and your Jeep to bring it to them.

Ben,What a difference in the ride and control!! Your team did an absolute amazing job on my 2016 Rubicon! The workmanship and attention to detail along with the professionalism of you and your staff is unmatched!!It has been awhile since I have experienced that type of drive-ability from my jeep on the trip up to Pine. I am looking forward to airing down and taking it on a few trails this weekend to fully enjoy the capabilities that the jeep was designed for.Thank you for also not settling for the few degrees of camber and going above and beyond to find a solution! It gives me a great peace of mind to know that my Jeep wasn't just monkey hacked together.You guys are number one in my book! The pride you and your staff take in the workmanship there is well noticed!!I will also post this on social media for all to see!Thanks again for squeezing me in and looking forward to more upgrades.

This shop is not your typical shop/parts store. The owner and employees take the time to educate you rather than pushing a sale. They explain your options which is what keeps bringing me back. This place has been my go to place since 2017 when I got my jeep. I continue to drive out of my way to shop here because I like the fact no employee pushes the sale. They would rather teach you and help you learn that there are options to choose from. Yes there are tons of off-road shops but for me Doetsch off-road is my first call.

Not thrilled with the customer service of Doetsch:-April 7th-Ordered Rock Slides for our Jeep, we were told it would be about 1-2 weeks and we gave them a $900 deposit.-April 25th-I reached out and was told hopefully another week.-Another few weeks went by and they arrived and were installed June 1, 2022 (first available apt), we paid $3,900.-Within 2 weeks we started having problems with the steps either staying up or not coming down as intended.-July 1, 2022-We called Doetsch, they told us to call Rock Slide?! I thought this was weird and Doetsch should call their vendor but went ahead and called Rock Slide.-July 8, 2022 Rock Slide sent us a new controller board-The week of July 11th we called Doetsch to have them install the panel, they refused. They stated since Rock Slide sent us the piece it proves it's 'not their fault'. Ummm, the reason Rock Slide sent US the part is because Doetsch refused to call them directly. If Doetsch would have called Rock Side I'm sure they would have mailed them the part.I emailed Doetsch on July 18th stating my displeasure with how this was handled after we paid $3,900 and within 1 month the product they installed didn't work and they wanted us to pay more money to replace a piece that they installed a month earlier. Email went unanswered, no call no resolution.Be forewarned if you do business with this company and have any issues you will be on your own. We have a 2020 Jeep Rubicon and Ford Raptor, we will not be doing further accessories with this company. Buyer Beware!

I bought some Rubicon take off wheels and tires from them today. They did a great job moving my TPMS sensors, mounting and balancing and making sure they didn t rub as they are larger than my stock JKU tires. They answered all my question about other Jeep modifications. They were very patient and very knowledgeable. If I ever decide to do a lift kit these guys will get my business. It is so refreshing to see their great customer service, and treating everyone with respect. Not very many places do any more so my hat is off to them!!

Just home from there shop. I had a Dana locker installed in my 2018 JL. When I dropped off my Jeep I was inquiring about front and rear gear set. They inquired at what I wanted, my future upgrade plans and recommended 4.88 gears. Even in this time of short supplies the came up with a set front and rear. A couple days later picked the Jeep up and it appears they found my tazer and recalibrated for the gears. It was clean, and the differentials looked polished. The place is a class act. Thanks again Doestch Off Road.

Last year I had a winch and a aftermarket hood installed from Doetsch the paint job on the hood was terrible after making two trips from the west valley to the east side of Chandler it only improved slightly. I saw the owner Dave at the Off Road show in Scottsdale. We talked about the new Falcon shocks and he offered to give me a good deal on 4 new shocks and the install. I decided to give them another try, Dave told me they would call me Monday to schedule the appointment and they would install the shocks that week. Tuesday afternoon I called them and they told me they wouldn't be able to install them until the following Thursday which was today. I set the appointment for 9am and was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes to do the install.Today I showed up at 8:55 am and checked in, at 9:10 I was told by the shop employee that Dave and his mechanic were going to be about an hour late arriving because they had to go pick up some parts for another job. There was another customer that had an appointment for 9am to have his lift kit checked out and tightened. So once again I drove from the west valley to the east end of Chandler to have work done and was blown off. I will not go back or recommend this shop to anyone, I never received a call and it was a complete waste of my time. A complete waste of my time and with drive time I wasted 3 hours of my time today driving back and forth. The purpose of making an appointment is to keep said appointment and honor your commitments. If you have time to waste and your not interested in quality work this is the shop for you...

I usually don't leave reviews, especially negative. I left my Jeep with them to check why the Jeep started shaking. They told me that they checked everything, but found no issues, and that its most likely my tires. I came back home and started checking nuts and bolts, and found a tie rod end nut completely loose. Torqued it properly and issue is gone. This tells me that they have not checked anything. This was the last time I went there. I recommend you go elsewhere if you want someone to actually do their job.

Doetsch Off-Road is THE BEST shop to satisfy all your jeeping needs. They did a great job on my build. Go in and ask for Ben. He is AMAZING! I would highly recommend calling in or stopping by the shop. Friendly service and great advice. Thank you!

They do awesome work! Dave and Ben answered all of my questions and kept answering questions after I received work from them. They are very friendly, patient and always willing to help with any Jeep questions I have! I would definitely recommend them for any work you need. 100% reliable

Awesome experience! Dave and crew did an incredible job! I dropped off my brand new Jeep to Doetsch for them to do their magic. I went with their recommendations and couldn't be happier. I was highly impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. I'll be a customer for life!

They had the very hard-to-find tires that I needed in stock and their price was cheaper than what other sites were listed for. They were also able to find me wheels to go with those tires that were also very very hard to find. I was shocked that they could get those parts out to me so quick. Thanks for the help!

Was in search of an affordable lift kit and bigger tires after much research I chose i was referred to Doetsch OffRoad I walked in not knowing anything about jeeps and Ben was very knowledgeable and had much experience with jeeps as well as product Fast forward to ( Transformation Day) i dropped off my Jeep In the morning and by the close of business everything was installed and i had to me a brand new Tonka Toy. I highly recommend Doetsch Off-Road Thanks again to Ben & the crew for displaying excellent customer service & for the awesome work -MIZGUIDED_2

I have used Doetsch Off-Road on two separate occasions for after market parts and installation. Both times the experience was top notch in terms of explaining my options, competitive pricing and a flawless installation. Work was done on time and as promised. I would recommend Doetsch and look forward to finishing up my Jeep in the near future.

Always heard great things about Doetsch, and got to say they lived up to it! I'm still an amateur with all things jeep, but Mario was able to come look at both of mine outside, walk through ideas and get things scheduled and ordered quickly for an excellent price. My new go to, thanks Mario!

The guys at Doetsch are the absolute best! Ben took the time to answer all of my questions and ask his own to make sure I was taken care of and got not only what I wanted but also what I needed. I had the RK 2.5" lift installed and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out! The crew at Doetsch makes you feel like part of the family regardless of what you need, where you are at with your build, or your level of knowledge. The lift was installed and ready to go the same day I dropped it off. Thanks Ben and the team at Doetsch! You guys are the best!

Great experience! Team Doetch is solid. I had a dual battery system installed and it looks like factory. Very well done! The improved tire carrier is also much better. I will be back for more upgrades.
