Very helpful, responsive. I wanted a slightly unusual tire (sticky, ww ). They worked with me to find the right tire for my classic car. Notified me when tires arrived, fast mounting service.I ve used Discount for 30 years in several different cities for a variety of different cars and always get the same high level of service and satisfaction. Recommend them to anyone.

I had a slow leak in rear tire on my 370Z. Asked to have it inspected, expecting to be told I'd need a new one since it seems tires can never be repaired. Not only did the tech repair it, I was NOT charged for the service.Great job / service Ian and Reece! I will definitely be back as well as share my experience.

We stopped into Discount tire because we had a road to Mexico They got us in very quickly and took care of it. Free of charge, this is why I will only buy my tires from Discount tire! Thanks again guys for getting us back on the road as quick as you did.

These individuals are always reliable! Went this morning to have tires filled and they found a screw in my tire. Immediately addressed the problem and I was on my way safely. So appreciative for the efficiency of Discount

I have nothing but great things to say about Discount Tires. Have done business with them here in Arizona as well as Texas and I have never had any issues. Great staff, professional, timely on repairs and costs and just over great company. Very pleased.

Customer service today really shocked me. The two guys checking my air pressure did a lot of detective work, which they didn t have any obligation to do so because they re just there to put air in your tires, and helped me learn that one of my tires had a tear on the inside portion, which no one would ve known unless they took the tire off the car and inspected it thoroughly. Usually tires are checked at the treads and the outer portion but never have I seen anyone take initiative to take the tire completely off to check every detail of the tire. Blown away by how proactive they were. Didn t catch their names but thanks again!

Andrew and his team are amazing, every personal and professional!! They truly enjoy working with there customers, very genuine.I would recommend this location over anyone of Discount Tire store. Its Clean its hard to belive it 2 years old it looks and smell new!!! Plus they work hard to get you in and out fast!!!

Took my vehicle in with a nail in the tire. They repaired in in less than an hour and didn't charge! I know they offer this service and usually don't charge, but wanted to thank them officially.

Always head here first to diagnose a tire pressure issue. Even with a long line, it moves super fast! The courtesy check that Discount Tire provides has found nails or a leaky valve more times than I'd like; however, I'm super stoked about their procedures and thoroughness. Check em out!

Staff was pretty quick to acknowledge me and check me in. I had an appointment for 10:15am. I arrived at 10:12am. Clean store. The one gripe, and this seems to be consistant, is the wait. Not sure what the appointment does. My appointment was for 10:15. My vehicle didnt get put into the bay until 10:50. They turned it back over to me at 11:19. So one hour and four minutes total wait. I dont expect to go right in with an appointment, but waiting forty minutes before vehicle gets pulled into bay seems long.

I m not happy with this store. I took my car , And they actually work on the wrong one, and had me buy new tires and wheel. Didn t even apologized or anything. What a waste of money never coming back to the store again.

I had four brand new tires installed today. Noticed later in the day one of the tires is installed with the "inside" towards the outside. Called and they had me bring it in right away. Wait another 40 minutes, they apologized and gave the car back, I trusted that they fixed it but I get home and the tire is STILL inside out! Besides saying "inside" on it, it even looks different than the other tires. If spending over $1200 on tires, and them having the car twice already didn't get this fixed, I don't know what to do. They are nice and the store is nice, but there appears to be no one actually looking at the tires - what is their expertise in exactly?

Offerings are unmatched and typically great customer service BUT, getting sloppy for the sake of speed, guys.They forgot the valve stem covers and got goop/paste all over the rims. When I took it back to have them take care of it, the front desk guy was clearly annoyed and never murmured so much as a Our bad or Sorry about that A) Slow down a little and clean up! And B) When I bring it back, don t treat me like the bad guy. Bush league.

Had a bad tire, well actually all of them were on life support! Went in the morning on Monday, they put 4 new tires on car, ready at expected wait time. I would like to thank Jacob for coordinating the purchase. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make it happen.

I purchased 4 new tires for my truck and during the install they damaged 2 of my wheels and didn't say anything to me. I took pictures of a couple of the spots. These wheels are $700 each and they didn't have scratch on them when I dropped off my truck. They also asked what psi I wanted and instead I got 4 different amounts all 3 to 5psi more.

If I could give Discount Tire & the store manager (Andrew) 6 stars I would Service, price & professionalism all top notch, they take care of both the big things & the small ones in great detail.Kudos go out to Damian also as I had a complete new tire change with balancing & I was on the road in little more than an hour Damian started on my car 10 minutes before Discount officially opened & cleaned all wheels & tires to perfection after installation Forget all those other tire places, Discount Tire on the corner of Riggs & Gilbert Rd is the ONLY place to go.Thanks again Andrew & Damian Greg CrosbyChandler, AZ

Discount tire is always a lifesaver for me. My car was made so that I don't carry a spare tire in the trunk. So when that check tire light comes on I'm grateful that I can find a discount tire nearby that's! The service at this particular one has a tire air check service person that has a wonderfully great overachieving nature! It made the long wait worth it to see his enthusiasm for his work, it made the rest of my day better!

This place needs to get it together. Went in for tire rotation and balance. They started changing wiper blades. Just had them replaced at Lexus 2 days earlier. He didn't look at the ticket. Didn't look at the obvious new blades. I told them to put the car down. I was tired of the problems everytime I go there. Went inside and told the guy that checked me in that I was canceling my service. I told him because they were changing my wiper blades. Some young happy mouth kid said it was an honest mistake. I said like the last time when missing lug nut and time before that missing valve stem caps? He said you have anything missing now in his I'm young and always right attitude. I left and one of my wiper blades started flapping in the wind as I was driving. Had to go back to get them to fix it. And again the young kid mouthing as he walks away. I will never ever be back to this discount tire and may never go to any other after being an almost 30 year customer. People these days have forgotten what customer service is these days.

I recently had my 2 rear tires changed on my Ford pickup. I went to Discount Tire because their competition was overpriced and did far worse work! I was greeted and helped by one of their employees named Aaron. Aaron was the perfect balance of friendly, hard working and professional. He went far above and beyond the call of duty. He even run outside to look at my tires in order to help me identify the correct ones I would need! He also followed up on my special order tires right when they got to the shop! I highly recommend if you need to replace tires or get any sort of automotive work done you come to this location! All staff members were helpful and friendly, but I will definitely be coming back because of Aaron s efforts! Thanks for the great work guys!

I went in with brand new tire and it had a little screw in it. Conner immediately assisted me and was super friendly. Only spent less than 5 minutes at the store he did advise that it might not be punctured all the way because how much tread there was. He advised that it would be best to remove it and if there is a leak I would need a new tire because of the placement. Thankfully he was right it wasn t leaking at all and all we did was removed it. Appreciated the assistance. Also got free air in my tires!
