They were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, cost effective, and provided great service.I would highly recommend them to all BMW owners.Read below for full reviewI had 2014 X5 serviced with a north Phoenix mechanic until it was deemed a total loss from a rear end accident in May. After replacing it with a 2020 X5, I decided it was time to find a mechanic closer to home.I sent an email requesting an appointment for an oil change and received an email back with their availability and out the door cost. With high inflation, I was hoping it wouldn t be more than what I was use to spending and it was about the same as what I was spending with my previous mechanic. I called to schedule the appointment and luckily they had an appointment within the same week. Since it was only going to be 30-40 minutes to complete the service, I decided to hangout in their lobby. They did an inspection and checked my breaks as well since I inquired about squeaky brakes, good news everything was fine, but unfortunately they re sport brakes and the noise is common. When the service was complete, I was anxious I was going to be given a laundry list of items that need to be repaired and was relieved when they said everything was in good shape and there were no miscellaneous fees added to the invoice when checking out. This was super important as women can be taken advantage of when taking their car in for service.The lobby was clean and they have drinks and coffee while you wait. They re also a short walk from downtown Chandler so you can grab coffee from Black Rock or Peixoto or grab a bite to eat while you wait. Since they weren t terribly busy when I was there, I was able to talk to DJ and get to know him and more about the business.I m so happy I found them and will be long time customer.

Desert BMW is the place to take your BMW for service. Very reasonable and easy to talk to people. Chapman BMW wanted nearly 1k just to look at my car with a full bumper to bumper warranty. Desert was much more reasonable to deal with. Thanks!

Honest, organized and extremely competent group of guys. They know your BMW, care that it is fixed correctly and that you're not paying for unnecessary repairs. Just one look at their location on Arizona Ave in Chandler and you can tell they run a tight ship. If your BMW is in need of repair and it's not under warranty, take it to DJ and Trevor and drive away with confidence.

Been here several times for service and repairs. Great team that is friendly and knowledgable. Prices are much more reasonable than dealership. I will continue to patronize this business and share that if you drive a BMW, this is the place to get work done in the East Valley.

I was in town visiting from California when unexpectedly my coolant started leaking. Found this shop from the outstanding reviews on Google and Yelp and decided to give them a shot. So happy that I did! DJ was extremely informative of what needed to be repaired so I can drive back to CA. He was very communicative and responsive along the way, providing a status update of the repairs. The pricing is extremely fair, much less than what I would have paid at the dealership. They even ran a thorough diagnostic letting me know any preventative maintenance to plan for in the next few months.No wonder these guys have been in business so long, and have maintained their excellent reputation with reviews to support it. Thanks DJ and Desert Bimmer team for getting my car fixed and back on the road. I truly appreciate your expertise and professionalism and you have earned my long-time business when I move to AZ! Keep up the outstanding work!

Honestly I can not recommend this place enough. I've been taking my car to the dealership for service for years until recently had a horrible experience. My x5 was leaking quite a bit of oil after a recent oil change at the dealership (even though it was not prior.) They gave me a $2500 quote to "fix" the problem and sent me away because the didn't have the time to fix it that day. But never gave me an answer to why this happened. Plus this is my only vehicle and needed this taken care of asap.Thank God I came here to desert BMW for a second opinion. When I called I spoke to Trevor and he helped me right away. My car was leaking oil due to the dealership's negligence. He even informed me of services the car needed that was missed by the dealership's technician. I'm never going back to BMW chandler. They are a bunch of crooks. Desert BMW will be my one and only location for honest service. Thank you guys again!

I'll go ahead an pile on. At the risk of coming across creepy like, Trevor is a literal dream come true. I have had countless experiences with BMW dealers and indy shops, some good, some bad. None, like my experience has been with Trevor and Desert BMW. I've felt better treated and valued at Desert BMW than I have at a LOT of doctor's offices. If it weren't for finding this place, I likely would have sold my car. As most of you reading this know, BMWs can be a real pain in the A. Having a place like this to rely on makes that "pain" manageable and helps me enjoy my car a little bit more.

Took my '06 3 Series here for the first time. Trevor was friendly and professional from the start. Very communicative and honest once they had my vehice. The shop is meticulously clean and organized. Best of all my car drives like a BMW again!Happy to have found these guys!

Couldn t recommend more. Trevor is awesome to work with. Extremely transparent, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. Took care of me quickly and effectively and I am glad to have a BMW specialist I can trust - cause we all know how few and far between that is - and also someone I can rely on and not pay an arm an leg to the dealerships. He ll be taking care of my M4 and my other Beemers for a long time coming!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took my BMW in for inspection of my power steering. Desert BMW worked with a company to rebuild my power steering vs replacing, saving me tons of money. Picked up the car and started having issues again. Took it right back and they fixed the problem and reimbursed me for the rental car and second alignment needing to be done. DJ was awesome to work with and kept me updated every day. They were professional, courteous and overall a great small business to work with. $4000 to replace two wires,a coil and a battery. Plus oil change. They broke the driver's side window control panel in the door, the steering is loose like they stole my steering linkage and swapped it out(wouldn't surprise me, the owner had the same vehicle) .But don't worry, when we offered them $1000s of advertising budget through our company for a discount, they said they didn't need any more business or to expand, so I guess they want your to take your vehicle somewhere else as much as I do.Perhaps is they knew they done is my reviews have been seen over 100,000 times, they might have done the work, triple me exactly what they pretend my auto warranty didn't cover but don't itemize separately.Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Called before they opened and was pleasantly greeted by Trevor. I had a bad battery on my X5, he quoted me the price. I proceeded to go to their new shop on Arizona, where again I was welcomed by Eric one of the mechanics. They went right to work on my X5 and with in 30 minutes had me back on the road with a new battery at LESS than the original quote. Brought in an older 5 series with a transmission issue. DJ was very easy to work with and honest about repairs to be done. He went the extra mile to remedy the issue. They were also respectful of the fact that I like to work on my own car as well. Will definitely be coming back for major services. Let me start of by saying I am a BMWCCA member, have owned multiple BMW s and am very particular about my car.I had my rear view camera on my 2016 340i stop working. Which is not common and difficult to diagnose. I first took it to another independent repair shop and then a specialist for audio installs based on a recommendation. The diagnosis from independent shop 1 didn t make sense based on the symptoms and the diagnosis and follow up from the audio shop were severely lacking.Long story short I decided to see what these fine folks came up with as the problem.Needless to say they nailed it on the first try and it was a completely different thing than the first two shops thought.My camera now works again.This was not a cheap repair given the cost of the part that was bad but way more reasonable than the dealer would have been. They had me in an out in no time.Like another reviewer stated the location is a bit odd but they are just getting going. Don t let that dissuade you. They know their stuff, are professional and won t waste your time. I highly recommend them and would take my car there again without hesitation.Service: Electrical repair

I am on my 5th BMW, and have been to all sorts of mechanics, and have had every sort of experience with mechanics. I did find a great BMW mechanic in the state I lived in before and was worried I wouldn't find as good of a mechanic as before...... Well I found better!!!DJ and Trevor are the best.Quick responsesExtremely knowledgeable and they don't B.S., if they aren't sure about something they check and check back quickly.Extremely honest and fair.I know every time I drop off my car that it will be taken care of, and that the condition of the car and any necessary repairs will be communicated to me honestly. Their prices are also very fair and reasonable.I will only be taking my cars to desert bmw!
