Cesar and his team did an amazing Job on my Mercedes Benz. The entire process was seamless. My car looked like it was never damaged. Great customer service and Great quality work ! They also washed my car . My baby was nice and clean when I picked it up. Highly recommended.

OH NO My pretty baby! Was so upset when my only months old BRAND-NEW current year car (first new car I d bought in forever) got front side-wiped by a young driver in way too big a hurry to change lanes. DANG not good, especially when I started finding out how much this was going to cost me. Started getting recommendations and two different people said, I know the BEST in the body business , funny enough . both of them said go see Creation Collision so of course I went to get a bid. So glad I did! Creation staff were very nice, professional and the price was noticeably better. Of course, yes let s go. They even got work done in a very reasonable timeframe. Now look at her. Ruby is sleek and FLAWLESS again. Happy dancing!!!

The absolutely best body shop and repair experience I have ever had. I hate to admit I have been in 6 accidents in my life and so I ve had my share in body shops. I can easily say that this has been the smoothest process. I called Cesar and he immediately jumped into action to help me. He took my towed in vehicle and got to work. He was super informative and walked me through the entire process. He is always updating you and makes sure he takes care of his customers. His staff assured my car was clean and spotless. It looks better than when I picked up from the dealership. I will forever be thankful and 100% recommend this body shop

Hands down the best collision shop ever ,They took care of everything. The person that hit me had no insurance ,no license and wasn't even their car, Promised they would pay but didnt even with all their info . Im blessed to have run into this shop .Family owned ceaser and his wife Ingrid did an extremely high detailed job on my camaro . Few minor delays due to manufacturers but that didn't stop them from showing me different options. If you care about you vehicle like I do I highly recommend you come here . You want peace of mind I recommend here . I cant thank them enough && bonus tip they work with all insurance companies and out of pocket they will truly work with you !! Thank you much creation collision!!!

I got rear-ended at a stoplight. It's the first accident I've ever been in and didn't really know what to do. I took my car to Creation Collision after reading the reviews and so happy I did.Caesar took care of everything. He and his staff were so caring and he really went to bat for me when the insurance company didn't want to fix things the way he thought they should be fixed. Caesar made the process smooth and painless. And when I got my car back, it seriously looked like a brand new car. I will recommend Creation Collision to anyone who needs it. They are wonderful to work with and do quality work.

Amazing job. Got my roof painted and a new spoiler installed and painted. Same day estimate and got it in the next week. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Was a great experience - I have worked with many shops before and will go here again for any of my needs. Looks like they do breaks too, I'll probably go here for that too when the time comes. A+

Cesar and his team at Creation Collision Center were a pleasure to work with. They were more than patient and willing to work with us repairing our car and dealing with the United Postal Service on their lack of effort and willingness to pay for their actions. Cesar repaired our car and it looks better than it did before the accident HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Phenomenal! I couldn t have trusted anyone else w/my vehicle. I love that they are a family owned business. I was in an accident and hit in the front, you would never be able to tell w/all their hard work! Very communicative, and honest w/what needed to be taken care of. These guys are fantastic. So personable. A lady hit our car and I came here for a quote. Creation ended up being the best price. They did a great job and the car looks new again. They even cleaned the interior of the car too and I have small kids so it was a mess! We used the enterprise the contract with too and it was a good price. Highly recommend!

First thing is I m giving Creation Collision Center 6 stars . I have a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe that I use for a commuter vehicle and I damaged the front bumper by hitting a javelina. I purchased a new bumper and called every place to see if they could install it and they all turned me down because they wanted to order it and make more money off it.I called Creation Collision and Caesar responded to me quickly and said he would install it for me. When it comes down to it commercial chains will always fail customers but family owned businesses like Creation Collision Center come through and help out those in desperate need when no one else does.I highly recommend anyone needing bodywork to call them because you won t be disappointed with their customer service and their pricing. I will do my best to share their contact information with everyone I know and spread the word about these amazing people.Thank you again Creation Collision Center for coming through on such short notice when no one else wouldn t help me. You guys are the best!!!

I was in a small accident & looked around and chose Creation Collision based on their awesome reviews. I was able to get a quote the same day at a better rate than any other shop could offer me. I was able to drop off the car the next day and it was done within less than 2 days & looks brand new again. I will definitely be going back for any auto detailing that I may need in the future. My car was struck by another vehicle while I park it at the house and I google place to where I could take my car to get fix. I stumble on Creation Collision and on how much the 5 stars reviews that is was getting so I called and Caesar helped me with every process of the way from. I would highly recommend creation collision to anyone. I got my car back and it looks brand new like it has never been struck by a car. My van had a huge dent on the drivers side back door and rear panel. When I picked it up it looked brand new they also went the extra mile and cleaned the inside as well as wash my van. My son's Mustang was in an accident that basically destroyed the passenger door and ripped the mirror off. Needless to say, my son was pretty devastated about his car. I found Creation on Google (best reviews of any shop) and connected with Cesar, who walked me through the entire process to fix the issue. He took time to find the best solution. Within a week we had the car back and it looked better than before the accident. Upon pickup the car was looking like new, thanks to the detail job the team did inside and out on the car.Cesar is super easy to work with and very responsive. What I really appreciate about him is that, as owner, he handles the customers personally vs larger shops that may hand this over to a call center person who has no idea what is going on with the vehicle.BIG THANKS to Cesar and all the folks at Creation who did a wonderful job making my son's car look like new!

This review is a little late since I visited in June, BUT, with that being said, I really wanted to leave this review and even put a reminder in my calendar to do so. Hopefully that tells you how impressed I was that I wanted to show my support to this small business. The staff was friendly, down-to-earth, communicative, and professional. They answered all my questions, had great customer service, and most importantly, my car looks amazing! My mother-in-law backed into me and my fog lamp and front end were damaged. The estimate was fair, the work was well-executed, and my main point-of-contact, Cesar, was friendly and walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal and professional service.

My journey with Creation Collision Center started with Ceasar. Called around getting quotes to replace both headlight assemblies due to discoloration. The dealership (VW) quoted me around $1300 to replace headlight assembly. Too expensive! Was looking to buy new OE headlight assembly and just have someone install them but got to Ceasar who informed me of possible issues with OE/Aftermarket headlights such as leakage. At that moment I felt the trust because he could have just said yeah we can put them on for you and send me on my way. From there Ceasar suggested shopping around for headlight restoration quotes but also was informative on what I should be listening for in terms of what products are being used for the restoration. Of course after all of the calling around I returned to Creation Collision Center. Creation Collision Center for one had an address and reputable. I will for sure recommend Creation Collision Center.Service: Body & Trim

Cesar at Creation Collision has been the best and quickest experience I have had with any body collision centers. Very informative and very helpful with the insurance process. Was able to keep OEM parts and some extra work that he went on and beyond with. Highly recommended!!

The team here did amazing job on my 86 corvette. My targa top was extremely damaged, broken and scratched all over but when I got my car back it looked better than before it was damaged. Extremely fair price as well, was expecting to pay $1000-$1200 but ending up paying significantly less for great work.

I called this company for a quote. I was told to text to get a quote. After 3 times trying to get a quote, I never heard anything back. My guess is they have so much business they don't need customers any more. I would have rather just been told we are not taking more customers rather than chase someone down for a simple quote.

I was quite skeptical when I was researching auto body shop near me to get my little Toyota iA back in shape, and there I found Creation Collision Center with all 5-stars rating from over 130 customers. Basically everyone, who had their car repaired here, gave this auto body repair shop 5-stars rating!How could it be possible?Until I got my car back today. Sitting in my car, I realized what a 5-stars satisfactory rating really means. No auto service shop, dealer or independent, had impressed me like Creation Collision Center did today.It's just Above and Beyond!What a great shop, excellent team. Thank you.

Caesar and his team were amazing. They were truly transparent in all steps of getting our car fixed. The communicated very well and did not leave us wondering. I wish we could say the same about Progressive Insurance but that is another story. Creation Collision handled all the issues that arose with them. I highly recommend them and will take any vehicles that need work here.

Cesar and his crew did a great job on my daughter's 2003 Toyota Celica of which she banged up the front end. He was very easy to work with, and he was patient with us because we wanted to select and purchase some custom parts (bumper, LED headlights and taillights, side skirts, etc) instead of going with OEM or similar parts, and for the parts we kept as OEM (hood, engine parts, etc.) he found great replacements. And everything looks great. Would happily use Creation again.
