I have a duramax motor and Allison trans in my squarebody Chevy. I was having transmission issues and dropped it off to copperhead. They removed the transmission and did some repairs. The communication was consistent and they had a quick turn around. The truck has worked great since.

These are $100K trucks these days. You can t just trust the service and maintenance to anybody. I ve been sending my truck to Copperhead since it rolled off the dealership lot in 2020. They have provided the absolute best service I could ever ask for at prices that are more than fair. Keep up the good work Copperhead.

Just had new drilled & slotted rotors and brake pads installed on my Superduty. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for all your diesel needs!

Copperhead is the only shop in Arizona I ll let touch my truck! They have an awesome service team with great communication. They always do very great work in a timely manner. They ve built my transmission and many other components on my truck. Everything functions awesome and the truck feels a million times better every time I get it back.

My first and last time taking my truck here. They gave me a price Friday to repair my truck then when Tuesday came around and truck was ready for pick up and payment, the price increased and they decided and authorized a more expensive part for me. At this point they had my keys and part installed I had to pay to get my truck back nothing I can do. Definitely won't be returning. They can eat a fat one!

These guys are pretty awesome. They took care of my truck and then took the time to help me understand the work they did and how I can make sure to keep my truck out of the shop in the future.They redid my air intake, swapped my exhaust for for a 4 , put a tuner on, fuel lift pump, 60 gallon gas tank, EGT probe and motor mounts.You do have to get on their schedule though because they are a super busy shop. People who care about their diesel trucks would be wise to come here.I ll also say they weren t the cheapest but when it comes to this kind of work you want someone who knows their stuff so you don t end up stranded on the side of the road or the middle of the desert.I also really liked their reporting and notification system. Very helpful as a consumer. Last thing is I was impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone there it acted with was helpful and kind.Seriously I don t think you can go wrong with these guys.

Dealt with every issue and final bill was less than I was thinking it would be. I am very satisfied and thrilled to have my truck back and running right with so many issues of future maintenance already done. Copperhead is MY GUY

These guys were incredible, they manage to fit me in with their tight schedule. I had problems with my fass system and they were able to figure out the problem. They got the job done quick and efficiently. Thank you Copperhead Diesel Performance!

After our truck went into "Limp mode" Sean gave us some very helpful advice over the phone. It was much appreciated that Copperhead made a timely opening to make the repair, kept us informed and got us back on the road to our reserved destination. Highly skilled technicians and great service!

Was very frustrated trying to find the issue with my 2015 Duramax and they nailed it down. Great work sorry for all the frustration on my part. Would highly recommend Copperhead to anyone and I have been a diesel tech for 22 years. Great job. Thank you thank you.

Highly recommend!! Very professional people and business. I worked with Sean and Sara- both were highly invested in giving me the best experience possible. Their communication was easy and quick to respond with updates about my vehicles. They create a website about your vehicle and give up step by step updates and recommendations about repairs and diagnostics. Got a quote to install a fuel tank for under 400 bucks took it in and job was complete. They charged me 1400 instead because it was bigger than stock. Would of been nice to know before they did the work, I could of taken it to Dana bros because they are much closer and were about 200 bucks cheaper. Also I asked them to install some egr block plates and they flat out refused to do it. If you want stuff done right sometimes you just gotta do it yourself.

First time visiting copperhead and they seemed like a great shop! Originally was quoted 2100 for some work that i needed done and upon completion they said by the way it was only 1400 . Honesty will keep customers happy, and that I am. They also did good work in a reasonable time frame. Copperhead is my new go to shop! Check em out y all.

The team at Copperhead Diesel is outstanding! The analysis and scheduling a follow up visit along with the online emails and text updates with pictures and videos made things super easy. And the friendly staff comes with integrity and researched an issue and found a warranty that will probably save me over $3,000! Will be back for all my truck needs!

If you have a Duramax, look no further. I have been through hell and back getting my L5P serviced and repaired. Sean, Ryan and the team at Copperhead are absolute studs and masters of their craft. Seriously, I wasted so much time and money on bad diag and inexperienced mechanics all around the valley. I don't trust my truck with anyone else!

Brought my Colorado Diesel in after loosing faith in dealerships. The truck had been through misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis for over a eight month period of time. The truck was at the dealer to be fixed for a total of about 3 months of that time. During that entire time the truck was not running right and the dealership simply kept replacing parts based on codes the computer was giving them without doing true diagnostics . The truck was under warranty but i was done wasting time.After doing a lot of research, Copperhead Diesel kept coming up. These guys are true technicians and they run a tight ship. Made an appointment they got it in and they had a diagnosis within a day after also going over the whole truck thoroughly. They not only fixed it but were able to find other issues the dealership did improperly and fix those issues. They called me with a full report before fixing the issues and explained the tests they ran and how they did themTo come to the conclusions they came to. They codes were verified through other means which is a sign of a true technician. In a world of computer reading parts replacers, Copperhead is far from that and I will be bringing all my trucks there in the future. They are great to work with.

Sean and Sarah and the whole copperhead team were absolutely phenomenal! They made a miserable circumstance into a great experience. If you need good solid diesel repair for people who will work hard and help as much as they can this is the place to go!

They do good work, but some of their pricing is questionable. Went in for an oil change. They removed the air filter to show me it needed to be replaced. I agreed to have it replaced and they wanted to charge me $50 labor to put a new one in! (Over and above the cost of a new one!). I told them that was ridiculous and had them put the old filter back in and I ll buy the new one and take it with me and install it myself! An additional charge to install something they are going to have to put back together anyway not ok in my book!

This shop was recommended by a son in law of a friend. He said it was the go to place for all things diesel and I couldn t agree more.They did a 26 point inspection and not only gave me a written report with photos, but went over all issues they found and suggestions for repairs with estimated cost.I would return for service without hesitation.

my 1st time at Copperhead Diesel. Had oil leak at upper pan, which is a fairly big job to repair. Sarah and Sean are extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. Repair was done on schedule with no issues. Will definitely return.
