Highly recommend this place they, the owner Matt personally worked on my ride to get it done and figure out what the problem was. Genius mechanics, straight up with you about what ur ride needs. They find the cause of the problem causing the problem and fix it so it won't give you future problems I'm definitely making thus spot my go spot.

Overall great experience! Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable, he was able to get my car in last minute and it was ready for pick up the next day! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on with it. Great pricing, I ll definitely be going back anytime I have car issues!

Fast and easy! Having just come from out of state, I can genuinely say that I enjoyed my AZ MVD experience. (Never thought I d ever say that about any Dept. of Motor Vehicles experience )

I absolutely love this place. The owner Matt too the time to diagnose an issue that no one else would take the time to solve and we finally got emissions passed. I take all my cars there now. Go to people who know what they are doing!

I highly recommend Chandler West Auto. They ve been servicing our cars for years with great service and fair prices. Today was no exception! A system s warning message would not clear from my wife s car so she took it in to see what needed to be done. She was ready to set up an appointment but Matt took a few minutes to look at it and fixed the issue right on the spot. Thank you Matt!

If i could I d give em 10/5. By far the best of the best. I call before hand and the owner answers the call he tells me that there is no time available until next week and he asks me whats wrong with the car, i tell him the story and he tells me to pass by.the place was packed the owner comes up to me and helps me for around 2 hours because he knew i had to pass emissions. Can t thank him enough. Best of the best. Please keep up the great work.

Matt and Allen are the best! I came to this place by making a totally random Google search. I was in a desperate situation, I live out of state and I needed to get repairs done so I could get home. Chandler West provided me with excellent automotive care and customer service. They repaired my car in record time and at a reasonable rate. They were amazing, honest, fair and detailed. Brought in my Toyota Corolla for squeaking breaks. Picked it up and breaks were still squeaking. Brought it back to them to fix and it's still squeaking. We have been coming here for years. Unfortunately the owner passed away and someone else bought it but the quality service is no longer the same. We won't be coming here anymore.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and would suggest this place to everyone. Unfortunately the previous owner sadly passed away. I brought my truck in to get some quick work done and when I got my truck back the next day I had a nice dent over the wheel. This obviously happened at the shop and when I approached them I wasn't looking for compensation just help fixing it. Instead of offering to help me fix it they suggested I pour hot water on and hammer it out. While still good on price it seems the customer service has diminished severely. I won't be suggesting this place again

Best find ever!Long time crew of good, reliable guys! Told me what I needed in order to get emissions done and what could wait. The dealership had quoted me 1200.00 in repairs and Matt and his crew were able to get it done for 150.00 and ran through emissions. Super versatile and extremely knowledgeable. I will be a loyal customer from this point on! 10 stars for these guys!

Waited till the last second to get my car repaired before registration like most folks but they were still able to get me in and fixed in time! Their knowledgeable mechanics turned an supposedly expensive fix into virtually nothing and I can t thank them enough! Also right around the corner from emissions, can t beat that!

Brought my 2012 Volvo in a little hesitant since finding someone to work on Volvos isn't easy. I had several things I needed taken care of and in 3 days I had my car back and every thing I requested fixed, and at a very reasonable price. Matt and his team our a great group of mechanics had a lifter seize up in my engine which killed a piston. Was worried I would need a new engine but these mechanics were able to fix my engine and save me lots of money. Do not go to a dealership come see these guys at this shop. They are great and recommend them to anyone. My vechile is a 2013 toyota rav 4 runs like a champ again. Thanks Matt and your team.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Great service/ Honest/ Knowledgeable and Hardworking! Nothing against franchised shops, but even a great franchised shop pales in comparison to a good independent one. I d recommend this shop to anyone!

They had my truck for 4 plus months before it was repaired. Half of the charges for the repairs , parts and labor didn t even fix the issue. On top of NEVER answering the phone along with countess promises of I ll call you backs with no such luck. I think it s safe to say my experience was not as favorable as those who posted below.Gotta do better Mike.#TAKENFORARIDE

These guys are awesome! Super friendly and honest. My car had been sitting for almost 7 months and was basically coughing. Mike and his team were able to take me in next day. They did everything to fix her up without creating any additional and unnecessary costs, and the things that they did recommend were totally legit (i.e. my belt was splitting). They were extremely personable and even picked me up so I wouldn't have to walk back in the heat. I didn't ask, they offered! They take the time to really understand their customers and meet their needs; you're treated like family, not a random customer. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road and keeping all of the travelers safe! You're awesome and your big hearts shine through you business. God bless you guys!

BAIT AND SWITCH - Brought my car in on a Friday morning 7:45AM two codes per emissions needed work, Got a quote $335 to fix both. I said do it. By 4PM I heard nothing from them. My gf whom works near by drove over and they said work is done but not enough gas in car to run drive train. They said they needed enough for 150 miles. Would have been nice if they had told me this in the morning. They're closed weekends. I do about 100 of those over the weekend. The engine light comes back on right away. Drop it off 8AM Monday and agent is surprised light was back on but says no worries we just need to run drive train and reset. Again, he insists all mechanical work on the codes is complete. Half tank of gas in car. I paid the $335 on Friday of course and was twice told no more cost associated and just the reset needed. Possibly run on track. Already paid. At around 3PM after hearing nothing I finally get in touch with them. One of the codes which they insisted was fixed as part of the $335 is the problem and another $365 is needed. They did nothing with car all day Monday. Just a test. No track even. Miles same. The Perfect Bait and Switch. I said don't do anything and went in to take my car elsewhere. The hyper sensitive agent (I'm guessing on commission" wagged his finger at me saying there was no bait and switch. I hadn't even brought it up until now.

I found this shop a few years back when I had an emission issue with my Lexus. My car was diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Since that time, I have gone to Mike for all repairs needed on my car. If you know anything about luxury cars, then you know that taking it into a dealer is a very large expense. His prices are great and he is a very honest person. If it is something outside of their expertise, he does not hesitate to then refer me back to the dealer. Being a woman, and not knowing very much about cars, I feel very confident when I take my vehicle in. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or pressured in any way. My car has been in for multiple things from oil changes all the way up to more major repairs. Last year we moved farther away from the shop, however, it is definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend!

A neighbor recommended Chandler West to me as I was having battery problems and the local auto part store was not helpful with my issue. I dropped my vehicle off with the shop and I got a welcoming feeling and was okay with leaving my vehicle behind. Mike called to let me know what they found prior to completing anything. I agreed to the repairs and after they were completed Mike called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I will be back to this shop and highly recommend Mike and his crew, all very friendly.
