I would definitely refer Caliber Collision to my family and friends. They did an amazing job plus they kept you updated on the process of the repair.. Customer service was Amazing. My car was ready on the day they told me. It would be ready for pickup. They are fast, reliable, and dependable.. Oh and when I picked up my car, it was nice and clean. They even washed it for me. Thank you keep up the great work.

Brought my 2022 Honda Accord in for repair on my rear bumper. Chad at Caliber Collision was extremely helpful and kept me updated through the entire process. It only took 3 days for them to repair my bumper and I got my car back before the weekend. I highly recommend the shop in Chandler! Was extremely happy with the entire process

After massive confusion and disrespect at MGA collision, I was happy from the second my vehicle showed up at Caliber. Mike the owner called me to let me know it had arrived, and Steven S walked me through every step needed. I never had to call asking what the status was. He made sure to get every detail taken care of. When he would call to update, he was very professional and kind. He was incredibly empathetic to the situation and getting my vehicle back seemed like his top priority, even though I can assume he had many on his plate. I highly recommend anyone who s in need of work done, to take it to Steven and Mike at Caliber. It will get treated with care, and come back looking better than new!

The Chandler location shop & service was awesome. Queen Creek was horrible. Sean is overworked & cannot concentrate or ever call anyone back. Queen Creek CANNOT depend on one guy to do 99% of the shops job.I m still owed a clear coat 3m sheet on my truck!

This shop delivered. They were able to get our vehicle into the shop after Thanksgiving to repair damage and had it back to us in 5 days. Work was great and the car looked new. Great job.

Terry and Michael kept me up to date on the status. Their customer service is Above and Beyond! The repair work is Outstanding - as if nothing ever happened! Highly recommended because they put value in what they do!!

Excellent collision shop. Had to take my vehicle to fix some body damage. The service was excellent and the estimate I got on how much everything would cost was pretty much exactly what I had to pay.The workmanship is excellent and they completely fixed the body damage on my car.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE.We brought in a 2022 Nissan altima after being recommended this shop by our insurance. Blew the speakers to our vehicle. The technicians were blasting the music, The volume was at full volume when we entered the vehicle the sound is "scratchy" now. Also missing pieces to the vehicle that were supposed to be replaced. Half fast work, they just want to collect the insurance money, the vehicle was "inspected" but they misses paint and parts. Unprofessional work and claim managers are rude. You have the option to take (your car) anywhere you want it repaired. DONT take it to this location.

I had my vehicle repaired here and have not seen a better job done. Steven was able to work with my schedule, responded to all my questions and calls. Usually you have trouble getting a hold of someone but these guys truly care! I ll never go to another repair shop.

Do not choose this location or based on experience any Caliber Collision locations. They have been negligent with my vehicle from the beginning and have delivered a vehicle in unacceptable condition, my truck has paint over spray all over the truck, the door trim they installed popped out on the highway, and reinstalled old trim despite the work order indicating new trim was ordered. This has been a terrible experience and my truck has yet to be repaired, I am currently working with insurance to change shops.

Dishonest, misleading, and above all unethical is their business conduct. Nicole Hahn at this center will lie to your face that you car has been fully repaired when it actually has not. I was told that only to drive 2 miles from their center and car stopped running and they would not stand behind their work. She wouldn't answer my calls after that. They also work for the insurance company so will lie to you about the condition of your car. I took my car elsewhere and they found several problems that Nicole lied to me about. Avoid these guys at any cost. I have nothing against them but my sincere plea to all customers to start away from them. I got to know of atleast 10 other people that has the same experience with themServices: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Wished I could have given a better review. This is only Chandler location, They are not very good at returning calls, keeping you informed about your vehicle and if you have questions about a part or your vehicle. They do not seem to have a problem when you mention it either. I am surprised that the Chandler location is still in business. Maybe the other location are better at service.

Caliber collision was beyond amazing! Matt the service advisor was phenomenal his communication was great the whole time, he constantly kept me updated and was quick to call me back and answered all my questions!Adam the mechanic did a great job as well. My car looked brand new when we picked it up.Eric was a huge help, he got our car in quick and made sure everything went off without a hitch!If you re looking for a reliable auto body shop, this is where you want to go!Service: Body & Trim

Car initially returned filthy, with interior panels not properly put back together, poor clearcoat quality, missing fasteners on the bumper, and scratches around the rear glass that weren t there before. I brought the car back to have them address those concerns. They said it was ready but after arriving at the shop the paint was still of poor quality. The shop finally did a mostly acceptable job on the third attempt. At that point I didn t want to deal with this shop I no longer trusted, so we just took it home.I regret not using a dealership for a proper repair.

Someone backed in to my car and took off. Luckily, my car have cameras and was able to find the guy who hit my car. His insurance was USAA and they sent me here. The service was great from the start. I made an appointment, dropped the car off and the car was done early. They have this app that sends out text messages to your phone and it will show you the status of your car. The car came back like nothing happened to it. They did a good job.Service: Body & Trim

Needed to have a fender liner installed. Walked in they got my car in right away. Took 20 minutes AND they did it for free! What an awesome experience! I highly recommend Caliber for your autobody needs! Thank you Sally!

Beware of this terrible body shop and unprofessional manager Stan. The do not perform the work to correctly repair your vehicle. The manager Stan will lie directly to your face. They will leave your car filthy and in worse shape then you left it.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had high hopes but was lied to from the beginning was told my car was going to be ready in a week and received my car almost a month later incomplete due to a part on back order kept following up and they would tell me an order fulfillment for Nissan needed to be made before they were able to receive the part, was told they had received the part but then told they didn t have it, fast forward 6 months later they were finally honest with me and did let me know Nissan stopped making the part needed for my car, honesty and communication should be better

Car looks great in body work and paint. The drivers side front blinker did not work when I picked up car. Been trying to get the issue resolved for over a month. Spoke with Mike, the service manager. He was supposed to call me back last Tuesday. Here I am a week later. No call. I will try again. Wish me luck. From drop off to pickup everything was easy. Stephen was great to work with and kept me apprised of the repair progress. The repairs were completed sooner than estimated and the car looks beautiful! I highly recommend the Douglas Drive location in Chandler.

I won t take my car anywhere else! I ve needed replacement parts for my car. Stephen gave me excellent customer service and saved me money too! Even though these were small jobs, I never felt like my job was any less important to them.

Friendly and quick service! My car was ready a whole week early! Steve and Tessa were awesome. Of course having an accident and needing body work is not on anyones to do list, but it was at least a pleasant experience :)
