I don t typically leave google reviews, but I had a really great experience at this Caliber Collision. They did a great job repairing my car (which is the most important part), but what left me more impressed was their customer service. Their team did more than the bear minimum for service and helped me make sure everything was set up with a rental car and insurance company. They were all very sweet and on top of everything as well!

Went in to have my car repaired when someone hit it in a parking lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The process was smooth and fast. I was worried about the paint looking off and it turned out amazing! Thank you to everyone at this location for the amazing service! My car looks better than it did before the accident. Thank you Caliber!

THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE!! Look no further. If I could give them 1000 stars I would! My car was hit by my neighbor while in my parking spot. I decided to look some places up on Google and then drove over to get an estimate. Rich greeted me as If I were family! Super friendly and kind. He stated that usually you need an appointment, but no worries he had time. He gave me the estimate and then I found out the insurance company works directly with them. Win for me. As soon as I got the claim number they reached out and helped me get set up for the repairs. Wendi is amazing also. She is so nice and easy to talk to. She arranged for me to drop off the car and even had enterprise there to pick me up to get my rental. I literally did nothing and had no concerns the entire time. It only took them 4 days to have my car ready and i had updates the entire time via text. Durning that time rich even called me to let me pick out my hubcaps. I was super impressed that he cared about what I wanted. Rich called me when my car was ready, I drove there and left the rental! They handled everything and made the process a breeze! Rich even helped me fix the child lock on my back passage door that hasn t worked since I bought the car! Talk about above an beyond! They offered me coffee and bagels. Not to mention my car looked better than before if that s even possible. The paint was thee exact match, you would never know I had any damage on my car. They are really fantastic! I could hang with them all day joking around and talking about our families and my car. Seriously I can t thank you guys enough! Rich, Wendi and everyone at caliber collision I thank you! 5 stars. This is a great Caliber Collision with even better people. I worked with Wendi and Rich. Wendi is just an awesome person who is always available to help with any questions you might have and get you scheduled. Rich knows his stuff down to little details I wouldn't expect. He's a car guy and its obvious he's been in the business a long time which inspires confidence when you are handing over a car or truck and want it done right. This location delivers on that. I didn't meet the folks working in the back but they definitely know what they are doing as well. Really stoked on how it all went. Everything was right the first time and they were quick to get it done too. Top notch. Highly recommend. Before and after photos included.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give Caliber Collision more than 5 stars! The customer service we received was above and beyond. Rich, the estimator, and Rich who does the body work took care of our daughter s car right from the beginning (on a Sunday!) and ensured that it was towed to the correct place and placed behind the gate. This was very comforting and helpful since we were in MN. It sure made our daughter feel a lot better with less anxiety about this whole experience. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone - the whole team is awesome! This is the best this car has ever looked!

Wendy and Rich and the entire staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They helped us get a rental car and kept us informed of the progress of our repairs. The quality of their work is excellent. Definitely would recommend

Wendy, Derek & their manager have wonderful customer service. Wendy was so helpful each time I called in and had excellent customer service in person as well, she was so sweet and handled the phone calls with the rental car company. Derek kept me updated on my vehicle periodically throughout the entire time it was being repaired. I forget the managers name but he was also great to work with.

Caliber collision is. Amazing. I was involved in a hit and run and needed to get my car repaired through my insurance. The staff was so fun and accommodating. I was quoted 5 days by insurance, 4 days by Caliber, and I was able to pick it up after 3 days. The car looks incredible like nothing ever happened. Thank you, Caliber Collision

This place is great! They have worked on two of my cars. The first was after my son got sideswiped in his car. They worked all the costs out with the other insurance company in a flawless manner. The repairs looked absolutely fantastic; like brand new. The second time was after we sideswiped a safety bollard in a drive-through. It left a 12 x15 streak of yellow on our front fender. I took the car in for an estimate. They took it back to look at it and were able to buff all the marks off in less than 15 minutes. They didn t charge me at all. Exceptional service; I highly recommend them.

THE BEST INTEGRITY. This was the first time I've ever needed body work done. Wendi helped me understand the process, and told me about the rental car agency that would pick me up from the shop to make my process easier. Rich had an estimate to me super fast. And then, the insurance company took so long that by the time I was able to get my repair started, I only had 3 weeks until I was moving out of state, and asked Rich if they could do it in that time. They were honest and said, "if all goes as planned, yes, but things rarely go as planned." At the end of the first day my car was in for repair, they called and said 2 of my parts were on backorder, so there was next to no chance they'd be able to finish it in 3 weeks. They actually encouraged me to come back in and pick my car up and go to another shop after I had moved. I am SO grateful for their honesty and integrity. And on top of sending me away, they washed my car as a courtesy! These are people you can trust. I am so appreciative of their kindness, understanding, and honesty.

I got in an accident this past week and had a lot of trouble with the tow yard where my car was being held. Throughout the process of trying to get my car moved to Caliber, Wendi was extremely helpful! She gave great advice, and even offered to help in ways that she didn't need to. My car finally got to Caliber today and the whole team was amazing! This was the first car accident I have had to deal with and everyone gave me great advice in terms of what steps to take next. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but I spoke to a gentleman who gave me great recommendations as to what cars would work best for me. I will certainly be taking this into consideration when looking for my new car. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop. Everyone was super sweet and went above and beyond to help me through this process!

*PLEASE READ ESPECIALLY IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME"Everyone at this location has been a huge help to me.This was my first time dealing with a car going into a body shop and I was very nervous and had no idea on how or what the process was. I was met with fantastic customer service from everyone and they went above and beyond to explain the process in extremely simple terms so it was easy to understand. The same day Rich called me and informed me the car could be a total loss and further explained what that meant as well as the process so I was able to communicate that information to my insurance company which sped up the process quickly. This location also helped me with getting my insurance company to kick it into high gear to get this solved quickly by calling the insurance company with me. Usually when it comes to reviews you tend to see only one employee becoming the "MVP" but EVERYONE went above and beyond for me. I would easily recommend this location for everyone ESPECIALLY first timers. As I told the location I hope I don't come back but if I have to they will always be my first pick and will be more than glad to give them the business they deserve.Thank you caliber collision for the fantastic experience and help, and thank you for going out of your way to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the process.

This place is Awesome and will definitely refer family and friends! Went in today for a estimate, I was so lucky to get Dereck and he noticed a minor scratch and in 5 min got it fixed!!! I could not believe it!! How amazing is it to know there are HONEST GREAT companies out there! Will go no where else!! Made my day!! Thank you Caliber Collision !!!!

I cannot say how pleased I am with this shop. I was involved in an accident (not my fault) and this shop was one of the shops my insurance reccommended. I called and was able to go in for an estimate in a very reasonable amount of time.I received the estimate, they told me the rental company would come get me when I dropped my vehicle off. The appointment for the repairs were the very next week. I couldn't believe it because of the horror stories I had heard about the difficulty getting parts, etc....The staff, Rich and Wendy, were so helpful, reassuring, and took the time to walk me through the steps in getting my vehicle repaired. I could not have had any better experience than with Caliber Collisions, Rich, and Wendy.Thank you so much for all you did for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Being in an accident is so scary and stressful but these guys made dealing with the aftermath so easy!! Everybody was so friendly and helpful! They kept me in the know during every step of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You will be taken care of here!

Excellent customer service, attentive and friendly staff. Derek was very helpful and informative, and rapidly communicated quotes, scheduling, etc. He is the reason why I went with this Caliber location, even after being quoted from a dealership collision center. That should speak enough to the competitive pricing and responsiveness that I received from Caliber Collision on AZ Ave. So far so good and the end product looked excellent, no complaints. More than satisfied. The total came nearly exactly to the original quote, and Derek actually ate some other unforeseen additional expenses that were required by the brand manufacturer for my model vehicle. By dropping the labor rate (significantly beating the dealership rate), he helped saved my total cost and gave me some peace of mind. I am happy!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my accident, my car was towed to a tow yard where Wendi went above and beyond to help me get it released. I talked with her every day for about a week (because we were having trouble getting my car out of the place it was at), she was so personable, kind and helpful!!! I never hesitated to call because I knew that she would answer and help me get some answers! Once my car finally got to Caliber, Rich helped me understand what was happening and kept me up to date on everything that was going on! Throughout it all, he was attentive, honest and available when I needed him. Beginning to end, my experience was superb. I could not recommend this location enough, Wendi and Rich are great!

I took in my car for a repair that needed to be seen and spoke to Richard, Richard was very polite and willing to help me out. Rich did and made everything possible to make sure I was completely happy with the way the vehicle looked prior to the accident. I went to Caliber last week for a quote on my vehicle for a dented fender. The damage was sustained from my own error, so I was hoping to cover the cost out of pocket in lieu of filing a claim that would increase my insurance premiums.I met with Rich, who assessed the damage and provided a quote that involved replacing the front fender. It was more than I was expecting & would have been a burden for me to pay out of pocket!Rich could see how upset and disappointed I was (Not going to lie, there were some tears shed) and immediately jumped into action to work with me on finding a more cost effective solution. He provided me with a contact named Dan, who could work the dent out of my aluminum fender. I reached out to Dan and must say, he was so easy to work with and did such an amazing job repairing the dent at a fraction of the cost!��I was very impressed.The level of care and customer service displayed by Rich at Caliber made a very frustrating situation so much better. He even called me to follow up & answered questions I had about fixing other cosmetic issues on my car. I would definitely return to this location for any future auto body repairs!��Thank you so much Rich!

My daughter and I were locked out of our car with the keys inside (Honda Fit - no wonder they stopped making them, it s a hassle to unlock) We were parked outside of Merchant Square - right next-door to Caliber Collision. I called, hoping there was a chance they could help us, even though they are a body shop. They walked over to help us without hesitation within minutes. Derek, Jay, and Art were so kind and willing to help in 90� weather. Eventually, Derek unlocked the car! He also brought over waters for me and my daughter, and let my daughter sit in his running vehicle with the AC on so she wouldn t overheat. I only had a little cash on me, and this heartfelt review, I can t thank them enough. These men have showcases their teamwork, their compassion for single mothers, and willingness to help their neighbors in need. If you are looking for a family friendly business, this is just one testimony. Praise God for these men and their ability to help me today! Thank you again, Derek, Jay, Art, and Caliber Collision!
