Don't take your vehicle here. I took mine in just for the alignment and to top off fluids only for check engine to come on. It was shaky, rpm was fluctuating and my car pulled left and right and struggled to get up to speed. took them awhile to even do it, it usually never took that long. I called and the guy said it could be several things spark plugs, vacuum leak, something not put back right, asked who touched my car last and told him you guys did. So he told me they'd drive around and do a take a look at it free of charge. They had my van all day. I watched then from del taco. Kept calling, they settle just on spark plugs and all of sudden needed a gasket that was broken fixed bout 800 later it was still having the same damn problem and they drove it! Just spark plugs and that's it. Like you're supposed to drive it duh. Brought it back showed them its still the same and they said it was normal. No it's not. Brought it back 3rd time. They said now my thermostat was all of sudden messed up. And a new sensor which mind you was just put in 1 month back was needed and struts all for 1200. I left and took it another place. They helped me fix a lot of things that weren't tightned and put back in place right and found somehow both the control arms were shot and this was broken. How did big O not see that? Even when looked at it he couldn't entirely tell me why everything felt off when and creaking when i was breaking. I didn't even need spark plugs. Cobra found there were new ones put in it when I bought the vehicle. They will screw up your car Take it to cobra not big o tires. There were so many people coming to cobra from big o tires for the same issue I had

Woke up this morning late for an important meeting and realized my tire was completely flat. Rushed to Big O (5mph rush ) and they fixed it immediately! I ve honestly never had such straight forward service at a mechanic shop and I fully wanted to cry with how easy they made the repair. I honestly can t thank them enough.Go here if you re ever in an emergency or just need regular maintenance! They take care of their customers!!

I had the guys at Big O put some wheels on my Camaro a few months ago. They did a phenomenal job! The manager, David was a pleasure to work with took the time to make sure my aftermarket wheels fit and aligned perfectly. I will always make this location my go to tire shop!

The moment I contacted Eric from Big O Tire regarding issues I was having with my car he wasted no time. His customer service was outstanding being that I was stuck at work. Love this place, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and they have a waiting room with coffee, popcorn, fresh fruit, and if you get there early enough in the morning, sometimes they have donuts! You guys rock! Thank you for installing my new TPMS sensors!

I ran over a nail on my way to work and was able to make it to this Big O Tires location. Wow!!! Exceptional service!! They were able to make my repair quickly and the two employees who helped me were kind, efficient and fast! I was on my way back to work in no time at all. Very impressed!

Great service Department for any line of mechanical work.From there top tier mechanical work to amazing communication and unbelievable timing on getting the job done, I swear by this location. I have been taking my vehicles to this location for the last few years and will STAY a loyal customer!! Good job guys!!

How long does it take to put on a set of tires? First vehicle in for the day at 7am. It's now 9:15 and the truck is still on the lift without tires. Had the same service a couple months ago when I came in for an oil change. First vehicle again and that took close to 2 hours. Don't expect quick service when you come here. Watching the workers in the shop they seem more interested in talking with each other rather than doing their jobs. Last time coming to this location on Germann Rd in Chandler. New update. It's now 10am and I can see that at least the tires are laying near the truck. Maybe they will get them on before lunch. Not holding my breath.

I book an appointment for every service, and I have been getting my tires done here for a few years with an appt and it still takes 3+ hours. My most recent visit I had a nail stuck in my tire, booked an appt for the next morning. Sat and waited for 2 hours and noticed they hadn't even brought it back into the shop, I approached the front desk and asked them if they could maybe start on my car. 30mins later, I left because they did check the nail, and informed me it was horizontal and did not penitrate my tire, so no fill or replacement was needed. This process should not have taken 2 and a half hours.

My experience at this Big O location was top notch. All of the staff I encountered was kind, attentive and addressed my concerns. Just stopping in for a tire check and having a nail removed, I found how I was treated to be most important. It's nice to see this and feel this way. The lobby and sitting area for customers was clean and inviting while waiting. I will be going back for more business there!

Wife comes here, I go to an actual mechanic. She made the appointment so we went here and I can't say I'd recommend to anyone to come here. Came in for oil leak, pulsing breaks, oil change. All seemed to go well until I showed up to claim the vehicle. Attempted to charge me $1000 more than the quote on the phone. Got that reconciled and went out to the car. glovebox on the floor of the passenger seat, cabin air filter removed with no replacement, easy for the world to see. I review the bill before going back and and they charged me 49.99 for a cabin air filer. Wasn't discussed and isn't part of an oil change nor a brake fluid service nor an oil leak. It was probably dirty so I went back to the store to inquire where the replacement is. 10 minutes go by and they say they don't have one but want to go get one to put in my car. I decline and request to remove the charge and they agree. I put my car back together and keep a part out to remind me to put a new filter in the car tomorrow. Go into the shop to reverse the charge and all seems to go well. Bill reconciled and I head back out to my car. I see a Big O employee in my car, same guy I've worked with on the whole thing take the filter cover out of my care and walks into the shop. I'm more than ready to go at this point, and now I have to go reclaim something this guy took out of my car, which he should no longer be in as they already returned my key. Poor kid comes out with my part but I'm pretty much done at this point. I was frustrated and told him in an frustrated voice to put in the car as "I'm ready to go."In short. overcharged by $1,000. Add on "work" that wasn't discussed and agreed to. Work incomplete. An employee rummaging through my car.Recommendation, go somewhere else. If they do this to the parts you can see, what are they doing with the things that you've entrusted them for that you can't easily identify?

Brought my truck on a Saturday, understood would not be ready that day. I have a lot of stereo equipment in my truck and let the Manager David know this. I was assured that my truck would be locked in a bay overnight. Following day while shop was open I passed by to check status, I was told wrong part came in. I put a rock on top of the rear tire, Next day I passed by 20 minutes to closing to check status. I first saw that the rock was still on the tire and truck in same spot. I addressed this with David, I was assured that in 20 minutes when they close the truck will be locked in a bay. I passed by around 21:00 on the home from visiting a friend, Truck in same spot. I have video of me getting out of my other vehicle and walking to the truck (time stamped photo as well). Here is where it gets bad, my truck was still not in a bay, left completely unlocked, Alarm not set. I went home grabbed spare key, had wife drive me back and secured my vehicle.Next day at lunch I go to get my keys, I asked the employee at the counter if my truck was in a bay, I was told "yes, it was moved out when I got here this morning". this is the same truck that was moved to my house at 9:30ish p.m. prior evening. I asked for my keys, asked where the truck was. after walking the lot he "called" the manager however walked to the back room "phone was away from face and I can see face to face conversation" to be told that David saw me take the truck the night before.Needless to say, if you value your vehicle or the contents of it I would recommend another shop. Honesty and honor is not a business belief at this location.11/28. I have now entered info to the link below. Let's see what happens from here.

I want to give The Manager David and his Assistant Manager 5 stars for there customer service....they helped me find the perfect set of AT tires for my truck.....Not only a fantastic price but great customer service.....I would recommend them anytime....They are a truck's best friend.

Worst excuse for mechanics I have ever experienced! Caused damage to my truck & to stupid to even lie well. If you get your vehicle serviced @ this location they will screw you over too. Don't waste your time with corporate customer service! They just ignored ALL of my attempts to resolve the issues.

Took my car in Oct. 16 because I had a slow leak in one tire. I asked them to also rotate and do an alignment. When I got my car back I had a weird scraping sound when I braked but wasn't too bad. Then on Oct. 21, as I'm driving to Buckeye (1 hour away), I see the "low pressure light" come on for the same tire that I supposedly had fixed! Oct. 23, took it in again and they said the rotation I asked for last time was "not on the work order", so they never rotated the tires. So when I called about the leak in the same tire and claimed that was odd to have a slow leak in the same tire within 1 week, the employee said, "I don't drive the car ma'am so I don't know what happened", which I found to be a condescending remark. When I picked up my car a 2nd time on Oct. 23, the scraping sound in the front is MUCH WORSE!!I have constantly had problems with this Chandler location, the employee need classes on customer relations!!

Called before hand about getting an oil change. The guy said he was open. I went to get my oil changed. He was awesome with the price. They even make it very comfortable for you to be there with coffee, donuts and water. I will definitely be back. Also this was my second time being there. I definitely recommend them.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment expecting to save time. They still throw you to the end of the list. Scheduled an oil change at 1:30 and got there and he told me my appointment didn't mean anything it still won't be ready for 3 hours. Went to Take 5 and got the same price and was done in 20 minutes.

Took it there for a mail in my tire they said if I didn t see it they will will just put air in it and if it goes flat bring it back so I did they said couldn t get to it for about 6 hours I won t go there again

Initially, I had a horrible experience at this shop. To summarize, I had brought my vehicle in for a quick oil change before a trip and the mechanic on duty had rotated my tires and broken a wheel stud, then quoting me half a grande to fix the damage he had caused. I left feeling unsatisfied and extremely annoyed that I had to cancel my trip due to his negligence.I had emailed customer service that week and received a call from one of the representatives. After lots of back and forth, it was Adam Downie and his crew who promptly corrected the situation. For them, I am incredibly grateful. Initially I was told by the offending mechanic that I needed to drop my car off for two days and pay $520 to fix the damage but Adam and his crew fixed my vehicle within two hours at no charge to me. I am incredibly pleased with the quick service and attitude of Adam and his team. Unfortunately I don t know the names of the mechanics or techs who worked on my vehicle this past week (I saw multiple), but I would like to extend my thanks to them as well.This has restored my trust in Big O, and I hope that raises are in order for Adam and the crew that helped to repair my vehicle.I recommend you ask for Adam directly if you have concerns with your visit. If I would have done this originally, it would have saved me lots of time and frustration.

This review isn't for just this BIG O but for all of them, I've spent thousands of dollars with this company only for them to give me the bird (multiple times!) they stripped my oil pan on my truck and refused to accept responsibility for it, also they don't honor their warranties. When the manager sold me my set of tires he claimed they had the best warranties and stated that I could slash my tires if I wanted to and they would give new tires as long as it was in the warranty time line. I came in recently due to my tires being in terrible shape and needed assistance considering I had a month left in my warranty and they flat out told me no because I didn't have proof of consistent alignments done for my truck. BIG O has inexperienced mechanics, they will lie to you and withhold information to you when they sell their products and when all said and done will bend you over the counter and lay 12 in pipe inside you as you regret making your decision going with this awful company.Do yourself a favor, get tires from Costco or Discount. BIGO doesn't care about their customers regardless the amount of money you spent.

My vehicle needed tires before taking an out-of-town trip, but I was on a tight schedule. The service rep and the manager worked diligently to get tires to the store to fit my car and called me the next day as soon as they arrived! I was running a little late the next day with the accommodated, my schedule, and put my tires on quite quickly. They indicated that I needed a wheel alignment, but I just didn't have time. I didn't want to spend the money at the moment. The fantastic manager said he didn't want to see my car leave the place in such bad alignment so he generously did the alignment for free! The next day, the trip was fantastic in the car felt like brand new one these terrific tires. Sales people aren't on commission there so they're not pushy like other places and one really important aspect Big O is that they have a very nice waiting room just like an upscale car dealership. Free coffee and donuts in a nice television and comfortable seating. It just doesn't get any better than Big O.

This is a horrible place for anything. I just had my oil change and tyre rotation done 2 weeks ago. Right after it, my TPMS started and tyres were making horrible sound which you can feel it on a steering wheel as well. Next day, i went back and they old me TPMS is due to recent weather change and tyre sound is due to rotation but then they came up with something strut related issue which wasnt there originally. Finally, i was sent home back with a advise to drive it for a week and sound should go away, then i drove car for 10 days and had no improvement. So i went back again today, they took 2 hour and finally gave me car back with rotating tyres back to original as a solution. They told me change to some struts which i dont believe was a truth. I was speechless for the solution they came up with and walked away without a word.Also, the guys who attended me all the time was so unprofessional like its not their fault at all and not even bother to consult me before rotating tyres back. I strongly feel that they were trying to make more money out of a simple oil change, will never go again and advise everyone the same.Btw, my TPMS light is still not going away and i am yet to see my car back to normal.
