The staff were very polite and everyone who saw me asked me if I needed any help finding anything. The counter girl was also quite attractive-that didn't hurt one bit either.

The store manager was quick to help test my battery and replace it under warranty, saving me $200. He was very kind, efficient, charged my battery on site and sent us on our way! Thank you for making this another great trip to autozone!

The employees were very unprofessional,with no knowledge of auto parts. Very slow to help you. Will never go into any AutoZone too many younger employees that don't know nothing about auto parts and customer service is horrible.

I wanna give a HUGE shot out to Alexander, the Assistant Store Manager!!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me today. I had to get a new battery. I couldn't find my receipt for the original one. They couldn't locate the original purchase in the system. Alexander was able to use my credit card transaction as proof of purchase. And gave me the equal trade in value and kept my warranty. We need more Alexander's to work in the customer service field. Get this man a raise!!!! Thanks again Alexander!!!! You rock!!!!

To the employee who helped me match a headlight to my unmarked, cheap Chinese scooter headlight... We were right! Thanks again for your help. Employee was working 7/19/23 at 9pm.In general - this AutoZone is one of two choices near me, equidistant. The employees here are always happy to help, and despite the small footprint of the store, they carry pretty much every necessity on hand. Thanks again guys!

This place completely saved my day. Daniel the manager there took time out of his busy day to help me replace a battery that I had purchased elsewhere. When I purchased the battery at another competitor they left me hanging, saying they were unable to replace the battery after working on it for a solid 20 minutes because they didn't have the right hex wrench. So I got my car jumped again and went to this store the next morning. Daniel replaced it in 3 minutes with zero issues. Despite the battery being purchased elsewhere. I offered to pay any service charge or buy something in the store but he refused. He didn't have to do that at all but he was so kind and helpful and I sincerely appreciate him helping me get out of a tough spot. Will absolutely be going here from now on.

Went in to return 2 pieces that didn't fit my car, the employee was trying to help me than came the store manager Luis with an attitude,very unprofessional and said he couldn't do the return and I had to go back to the store I bought them from. He said their "system was down" and he was definitely lying and just walked away.

My neighborhood store and my first stop when anything goes wrong on my cars.Special mention of Alex. My battery died just at that perfect time of the month where my bank account was crying out for a hero. Came in with the dead one to buy the dirt cheapest possible. While another associate was grabbing the batt, Alex suggested we check for a warranty. I just bought the car from someone I didn't think changed the battery ever, but somehow sensing my "FML" status, pushed to check anyway. And Holy balls, there was an active warranty and I got a high quality battery with nothing out of my pocket. Might seem small but hell it made a HUGE difference and we will be able to eat for the next two weeks. MAJOR THANKS to Alex, get this man a promotion and paid vacation.

Most amazing service from the store manager to the workers especially ramiro. I am from out of state and my car started acting up. They diagnosed my problem and sold me the right part while answering questions all the way through. Greatly appreciated

Alex and his team, Matt and Carlos(?) went above and beyond their duties to help install my battery.The previous owner of my car had used an unordinary terminal that was cracked and the bolt holding it was locked in place. There was also some weird substance smeared all over the positive post. After unsuccessful attempts to unlock the frozen bolt, they cut off the old, broken terminal, and spliced on a new one.They were solution-driven and should be commended for their patience, diligence and customer service. They're valuable assets to the company and great representatives to the AutoZone brand.

Horrible the manager totally ignored us and acted as if we were invisible as we stood in the line waiting for service didn t acknowledge us at all and once another customer walked in the door he took them without them even standing in line. I don t know if this is a racial thing or what but I was beyond embarrassed and shocked and how I was treated. I will never be returning to this location the manager was horrible and clearly racist or just hates his job. I will be calling corporate

I recently had my vehicle battery replaced by store manager Johnny. I was amazed by the wonderful customer service he provided. It was not an easy task since I drive a Tahoe but he was able to replace battery in less than 1 hour. I would definitely recommend coming to this store. Thank you!

Alex and team held it down! Went in thinking I'd need a new battery. Got a lesson on ground wire splicing. Car wouldn't start when I replaced it with the new battery I had just bought from there. Alex took time to diagnose what went wrong and help me fix it. Really needed the help today! Thank yall!

Came in here the other day looking for a battery for my scooter and was helped right away they even offered to change it for me for me. How nice of them period of course I didn't have the bike with me so I didn't take a Buffalo in the opera but just the offer what alone was enough for 5 stars dares. My This sun is trying to get a job there now so hopefully all goes well

Went here last Sunday due to a dead battery and Johnny was so incredibly helpful. He quickly showed us the batteries to choose from, explained the differences for me, and went outside to install it for me in about 10 minutes. It was a great experience especially thanks to Johnny!

I mean it's hear for an emergency but when they charge you 3x the price of the part( that's even after a S&H fee too) then I feel like they're robbery. Plus half the people that work here make min wage and it shows.( Rude all the time)

They were incredibly nice but I wish they hadn't insisted upon helping me install my car battery because they didn't tighten it down and it ended up melting the battery cables. AZ Bimmer and Motorwerks tells me it will cost $994.71 to fix the damage! I went back to the store and they were very nice again and told me not to worry the district manager would take care of it. I sent the district manager photographic evidence of THEM installing the battery but he never did anything about it. I feel like ethically they should fix the battery cables they destroyed. I'm still very upset.

I drove to the hub store in Mesa all the way from 35ave and Broadway in Phoenix because that was the store I was told had the part I was looking for, door ajar sensor 2007 f150. I get there and I get this kid that has no idea how to use the computer and cannot find what I'm sure is there and he tells me sorry if you can find the part number I could help you, hey kid thats ur job. I should have ask one of the other more experienced employees to find it for me but I'll just stick to napa. They always know what their doing and so knowledgeable, Autozone is over priced and insulted my intelligence by some punk. No thanks never again.

First time to this location and I had a bad experience. In a completive market, I can see no reason to ever return to this location. Parts manager got all upset and need to 'mansplain' about how available for curbside didn't necessarily mean the part was available in the store, again and again and again... He has to "educate" (his actual words) all of his customers about this. It was my mistake misreading the website but I didn't need a condescending lecture. Good customer service would have been: "I'm sorry we don't have that part right now, a lot of customers have this issue with our website, I can order the part from our hub and have it here by X". Two stars instead of one because if you can find the part on the shelf, the store is fine.

I want to give a quick shout out to Oscar. My battery was having problems, and before doing anything he checked the warranty and found my battery was still covered. So he tested, the battery was bad and he put a new one in in no time at all. He was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and it was a great experience.

Came here to replace my car battery, the guy that helped me looked like he just woke up and did not want to move. He tested my battery and said it is good, and told me I don t need to replace it.I went home and 2 days later my battery died. My mechanic came and replace the battery. He said my battery is completely dead and that the guy works at AutoZone just doesn t have a clue what he s doing.

Had an issue with an employee at another AutoZone sold me and my wife the wrong air filter. The manger Johnny and crew helped with getting us the right air filter. He even called another store to assure they had the air filter since his store didn't have it. We got the right one thanks to the Johnny crew.
