The team here offers good customer service. Location is clean and spacious, better than other places. Easy to work from there if you are waiting for your car. A positive interaction overall, despite some follow up neededin my case, I plan to return.

Sales and service are awesome! Finance however is.. not. Billy is an awesome salesperson and never made me feel pressured. The service department is great despite some issues with getting in touch with parts in order to get replacement parts ordered.The finance department was not great. I was or approved through my bank for a much better rate than they could have hoped to offer, but the finance manager pestered me for a couple hours until i allowed him to run my credit. He was offended when i didn't take him up on his offer of about 5% more APR. Later when he was covering service packages, i mentioned that i enjoy changing my own oil, and he claimed that if auto Nation doesn't change the oil it will void my warranty. This is an absolute lie, and a really scummy boiler room tactic.After my purchase i wanted to give Billy a glowing review, but didn't want my experience with the finance manager to negatively impact billy, so i unfortunately didn't give any feedback.Anyway, long story short: great experience until you meet the finance manager.

I had a concern with my vehicle and my service representative, Jennifer, took care of scheduling me in the next morning. Jennifer is knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. The tech team always responds precisely to my requests and provides appropriate feedback otherwise. Jennifer always follows up to make sure the car is performing satisfactorily after service. I m pleased with the service, work, and personnel!

I ve been getting our vehicles serviced at Auto Nation for 6 years and Pat always gives us awesome service! I m actually looking to get another Nissan just because I know what amazing and trustworthy service I get with Pat in the service department. Pat always goes above and beyond for us and our vehicles!

This dealership is amazing. The people are so nice and accommodating. Anthony (AJ) worked directly with me and was honestly one of the nicest people I ve ever met. Being at a dealership I feel is stressful anyway, however they really took care of me. I would highly suggest this place if looking for a car or getting service done.

We have been servicing our cars at AutoNation Nissan Chandler for a few years. Their service has always been very professional. The staff are well-trained and courteous. We take special note on our current Service Advisor, Julio Abraham, due to his level of professionalism and personal demeanor.This service shop and in particular, Julio Abraham, are highly recommended.

Work completed was good, team was very personable, overall it was a good experience. My only concern was the back and forth on pricing. I was told one price and then quoted another. I was told I was only going to be charged a diagnosis fee but then a labor charge was added. It was not direct, but that's pretty typical of dealerships. All in all, work was completed and my truck feels whole again. Thank you.

always a great service experience. This time, my regular service agent was off and I had another agent handle my car needs. Pat was terrific and my service visit went off without a hitch. H is a professional and communicates clearly and honestly. A great representative of Autonation Nissan in Chandler.

It's been a few years since we had to buy a vehicle so we were pleasantly surprised with the no pressure sales. We researched several vehicles at multiple locations and when we came back to test drive for a second time we were met with the same enthusiasm as when we first showed up. Joe Cola was exceptional. He handled everything and took care of maintenance issues before we showed up the final day to drive off the lot. Would buy from him again. The finance dept was reading from a script and even though we had our own financing before even walking in, it still took a few hours for them to get it together and have us sign paperwork. Always feels so unnecessary sitting waiting for finance for that long.

Twice I ve had urgent issues involving my vehicle. My dealer was unable to get me in for service so I went next door to Nissan and was able to get in the same day. The service writer, Jen, was great. Super helpful and pleasant to work with. The mechanic, Steve, was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Nissan s service department.

I moved to Scottsdale AZ about 7 months ago and I still drive down to this Nissan location because the service is absolute aces! Everyone working there is always so helpful and friendly. My car is always completed within a reasonable time frame and I have never had any issues.I highly recommend going there if you want top notch service.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I was a life long customer. My Infiniti was towed in and the customer service from the start was impeccable!!! Honest, upfront and professional. My service coordinator Jeremiah up and beyond!! As though I d known him for 10 years. The technician, asked me to come back so he could give me a comprehensive walk through of what was going on. And when I decided to trade my car in, the customer service continued to far exceed my expectations!!!

I am a loyal customer of AutoNation Nissan Chandler Service Center for the last 7 years, they kept my Nissan Pathfinder 2017 running just like a new SUV during this period. They treat your car like their own. Service advisors are very friendly service oriented.

Always thrilled with the service. They walk through everything before charging you, letting you decide what you need done. Always friendly and informative, and will offer their own recommendations if you feel like you can't have all the work done now.

Very good customer service, text customer when the service is done. Also very nice to have the shuttle to drop off or pick up customers. Both my tech representative Chasity and the Shuttle rider Mary are very nice and friendly

They told me it will take 3 hours for a multi point. They didn't have a drive so I took Uber. I get a call within an hour that its ready. I understand there may be a backlog but I would appreciate if they double check & would give me an approx. accurate time. It would save unnecessary commute and time. Two hours gap is way off track.

Had my Nissan Maxima serviced for an oil change on 01/31/24. First time working with Marco A. & it was a great experience. I was greeted & checked in with ease. He kept me updated about my care while it was being serviced & also explained my vehicles service recommendations. I was in & out within an hour..that s a plus!

At first it seemed I was not going to get my car fixed I went to a few appointments and sat in their lobby for hours. And finally gave up. Then I decided to give it another try with another service rep, and I m glad I did. He got all my issues fixed and I am grateful for the humans that don t care how difficult a task is, they will not stop until they get it worked out.Thank you

Have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation Nissan Chandler and had servicing performed with their Service Department. I have been treated personally and the waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating. As of now, service performed on our vehicles seems to have been done professionally.

Had an excellent service visit this week . Only needed an oil change but they got me in 5 minutes early and out very fast . Jennifer was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and took very good care of me and my vehicle . I will definitely use Autonation Nissan for all my needs !

Jennifer at Autonation Nissan does a great job communicating with her customers. They completely checked out my 350Z and Jennifer then called me and discussed each issue and it's cost before they proceeded.
