Amazing service across the board! Had to upgrade to a bigger mom car from my Kia Forte Koup I was in. I didn t get that sleezy car dealership vibe coming here at all. Mikayla sold us our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek edition. She was prompt in messaging us back, let us know every detail we needed and took excellent care of us from start to finish. We looked at the car late on a Friday night, and had the keys in our hands by Sunday afternoon. Smooth process with no hiccups. Even the financial advisor (I can t remember his name) but had a great experience with him as well. He was very professional and very good at his job. This was all back in Nov. 2023 .fast forward to recently in Feb of 2024 and took the SUV in for its first oil change. Mr. Jeremiah was so kind to me upon checking in my vehicle, and even got me out of there in a timely manner! I had told him I was hoping to be in and out because I had an important meeting to get to at work. He did not lie, in and out literally. He even followed up with me after my oil change a couple of days later to make sure everything was running ok. All in all, love our vehicle purchase and glad we chose to purchase it from Auto Nation Nissan in Gilbert! I highly recommend everyone to come here if they re looking for a new or certified owned vehicle.

Best sales person, finance person and dealership experience I've had. Ask for AJ Bianco if you're shopping for a vehicle. He is the epitome of professionalism, extremely knowledgeable, and made the sales process simple. He is a great communicator - I wound up buying the first vehicle he pulled up for me to test drive. He listened and shortened the process from test drive to purchase. Michael in Finance made things straightforward and explained the pros and cons of his recommendations. I drove away feeling confident in my purchase.

My Sales rep was Anthony - really enjoyed working with him! He took the time to walk me through all the safety features of my new Z. He also walked me over to service and introduced me to the service dept. rep for future maintenance services. Was in and out pretty quick too. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at the service center here at AutoNation Nissan Chandler. I usually am hesitant to go to the dealership as I have been burned way too many times in the past with my previous cars, but this one surpassed all of my expectations. From start to finish it was all very efficient. Most importantly, neither the service advisor or the technicians were pushy in trying to get me to get unnecessary work done. I came in for one specific issue, they diagnosed it, gave me the estimate, I approved, and they got to work in fixing the problem right away. Pricing and service were great. Special shoutout to my service advisor Caryl who made sure I was all taken care of and informed through the whole process. I will definitely be back for service in the future!

Purchasing a car from Auto Nation is about as good as it can get. Cameron was pleasant and listened to me. I even returned the first car and purchased another within a couple days and it was no problem. That being said, the after sale support was almost non existent. It took me calling every few days for two weeks to finally get a check for the difference between the cost of the first car and the second. There were also chips in the windshield that had been repaired, one of which began to crack. I made them aware and was promised on multiple occasions that they would have someone contact me to make an appointment to have it looked at. They promised if needed they would replace the windshield. No one ever contacted me no matter how many times I called the sales manager Sam. I give up. Not sure if I ll be doing business with them again and that s to bad. Last time I purchased from AutoNation it was perfect. Just not sure what to think now.

Do not trust words. I made a mistake by trusting this dealer. I initiated the car buying process with Tyler over text on Friday. I stated that I wouldn't make the three-hour drive unless we had a confirmed deal. After a lengthy back and forth, we finally had an agreement. I still wanted some form of proof that the deal was approved, but I was informed that it is done over the phone and so there was no written proof but I was 100% approved at Tier 1. Despite my reservations, I trusted this information and agreed to come in. I was assured by a sales manager that everything was ready for signing and that I would be out of the dealership within 30-45 minutes, which was crucial for me due to personal medical reasons. We scheduled an appointment for me to sign and pick up the vehicle on Sunday at 3:30 pm. When I arrived, Tyler showed me the car. I was trading in a 2021 Rogue Platinum for a 2024 Rogue Platinum. I wanted to be informed about the new features. One thing Tyler mentioned was that I could download apps because Google was integrated into the system. He gave the example of being able to download Amazon and shop directly from the car's screen. However, I later discovered that this was not true. Only specific car and music apps could be downloaded. After viewing the car, we went inside and waited for finance to be ready. Unfortunately, this wait took at least an hour. David from Finance then took me back and we went through the paperwork, and during the discussion, submitting it to Nissan came up. It turned out that my deal was never 100% approved as I had been told. David claimed that nobody else was able to submit it besides him. When I was informed that it hadn't been fully approved, my anxiety immediately kicked in. I was told that I wouldn't have a definite answer until the following day. For the next 20 hours until an approval came through, I was stressed out, fearing that it might not get approved. As I was leaving the dealership and already in the vehicle, Tyler approached me and requested that I sign on his tablet to confirm that he had gone over the vehicle with me. We also set up my Nissan account, and due to the appointment taking much longer than expected (over 2.5 hours instead of the maximum 45 minutes) and the dealership closing, I made the mistake of quickly signing off. I then headed back to my hotel to spend the night since it wasn't feasible to travel back the same day, considering the three-hour drive. On the way, I stopped to buy some groceries and attempted to put the rear passenger seat down, only to discover that the latch had no tension and one side of the seat wouldn't budge. This added yet another stressful event to the situation, on top of not having received approval yet. But the issues didn't end there. When I tried to sign into NissanConnect on the head unit, it just kept circling without any progress. Even after spending hours on the phone with regular support and escalated support, and visiting a local dealer for service, I still cannot utilize any NissanConnect services, such as remote start or lock and unlock through the app. Furthermore, nobody seems to know how to fix the problem. The service department has ordered a part, but they are uncertain if it will resolve the issue and the part isn't available and could be months before I can fully utilize my vehicle's capabilities. I ended up wasting time and money (hotel/gas) because I trusted this dealer to take care of me. I would have left when I was told I wasn t officially approved, but I felt pressured because they already ran my credit. Due to the stress and disappointment, I cannot recommend this dealer. If you do decide to work with them, be cautious, inspect the car thoroughly, and don't believe everything you are told. I am now stuck with an expensive, defective vehicle with no idea when it will be fixed. Jake S. and David were the only ones who were helpful, which is why I'm giving the dealer 2 stars instead of the lowest.

Do not ever buy any vehicle from here!!! I bought 2019 Lincoln Navigator. The engine was running all day, I didn t see/hear at cold start. I bought the car, came back to California. Next day when the engine was cold i noticed this clicking noise from the engine. I had no choice but drive it for a while. The mechanic says, the engine has to be replaced which is over than $10.000!!! Shame on you!!! Dont waste your money, they will not disclose the problem and you would end up paying thousands of dollars!!!

I worked with Jake Mann, I have to say he was a very polite professional. He wasn t worried about being pushy with his car sales, and genuinely seemed interested in the customer. He asked all the right questions to see what would best fit me and my family, he seemed more interested in making sure I picked the right car and financing option for me. I had a wonderful experience in working with Jake, definitely recommend this dealership to others.

BUYER BEWARE, when buying a used vehicle. We purchased a used Mini Cooper within 30 miles the A/C had a very expensive issue. We were told the extended service plan we purchased would cover it when I called the morning after we got the car. We took it into service and then we're told the car was sold AS-IS and the A/C was a preexisting issue and wouldn't be covered. After many discussions and headaches we returned the car. The next issue was the argument of getting our whole deposit returned in a timely manor. I had several consumer advocates available and waiting to take action ans assist in a resolution.

As always I called with a possible issue and Patrick arranged for me to be able to bring my car in the same day and leave overnight. He always makes sure to address issues so I won't be stranded with a dead battery, etc. I don't know what I'd do without Patrick. That is how much I depend and appreciate him. Thank you Pat!

Marco was great and really helpful. He s knowledgeable in car parts and explained things really well. I ve had bad experiences in other Nissans in the Valley but for once it seems like they actually care about your car instead of just trying to relate with the customer and get your money. I would come back to this location

Joseph Cola was our sales rep for a used Ram truck they had on the lot. We ended up having to bring it back for a few issues the dealership didn't catch and a few they caused. Joe was great at making sure we were taken care of every time.

I was very satisfied with my visit to your shop. I need my oil changed and the transmission checked and that is what was completely done without any pressure from your staff. I was asked about other work but I had already done that and the tires do need to be changed but after the new year will be a better time. While I waited for my car to be finished I checked out the new Rogue not too sure about some of the changes need to do some more info and I did like looking at the new Ariya electric car, very cool display feature on the front window. The young man who showed me the car very nice, he knew I was just wish looking but cool. Over all it was a good visit thanks John H.

I searched for the vehicle I wanted on the internet and found the 2023 Rogue Platinum at this location. I inquired online and Ben called me within an hour. We started the process over the phone and e-mail and I arrived a couple of days later to test drive and complete the purchase. Ben and Sam were very helpful, no pressure, quick to respond. Dave handled my financing and was very friendly and personable. Ben continued to explain each feature in detail and answered all of our questions. He also completed much of the setup of all of the features. He continues to check in several weeks later. I haven t been for service yet but am optimistic it will be as pleasant of an experience. You should see Ben and Dave if you re in the market for a new vehicle! Thanks guys!

Joseph Cola was our sales agent and he sent us home in a brand new 2023 Rogue with only 7miles on the odometer. Yes even car lots have clearance sales. This car has state of the art safety features that I trust my teen will be very safe driving it. Joseph Cola took the time to sit down and go over these safety features with my kid and gave her his business card in case she had questions later. That is service!!!

Was immediately lowballed on my trade in value so I left and was convinced to come back later in the afternoon by Cameron. We worked it out and made the deal. Could have went quicker. Total time there not including earlier was 5 hours. Not the greatest experience I've had buying a new car. Warranty except for very limited are not included anymore. Nickel and dime you to death. Cameron and Xavier were excellent to deal with though.

From the communication to set up an appointment, to seeing and test driving cars, the financing, and final check out, everyone was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Got an oil change and wanted to have TPS looked at. The light went off before I arrives so couldn't get the latter looked at but a staff person talked to me about what was likely causing it to blink. I had an appointment at 10 and didn't get my rig back until 12:30 or so but they made sure to give me a heads up about the wait beforehand. The waiting room was comfortable, had plenty of seating, and I was allowed to have my dog with me who I was traveling with at the time. Overall good experience. I always appreciate when folks chat with me about my vehicles health rather than assuming I don't know anything.

I scheduled my Armada for service with advisor Marco Arias. The repairs included a shaft seal replacement, and the rear differential bushings removed and replaced. This was a time consuming and complicated repair which my local shop was unable to complete due to a lack of specialized tools to reinstall the bushings. Marco found the parts which had to be shipped and kept me informed throughout the procedure. After driving the truck for a couple days I am very pleased with the results and feel like I have a new vehicle again! Thanks Marco!

It took a substantial amount of time and I was given an oil change above the grade I asked. My check engine light was on and they were unable to find the correct code I left with a 276 bill only an oil change to show for it. It also took all day not impressed.

Carol in the Service department was amazing! She had my vehicle serviced in short order and had my car washed. Also, Ray in the Parts department was great! He contacted another Nissan dealer to be sure they had the touch up paint for my vehicle. After my car was serviced at Chandler Nissan I drove to the Tempe Nissan for the touch up paint. Unfortunately the gentleman at the Tempe Nissan parts counter was rude and he seemed uninterested in being there. Aside from that last person, Nissan Service ROCKS Customer Service!

This location is my favorite Nissan dealership. All personnel are friendly, upfront and professional in their fields. The service department is fantastic. They have great availability, mechanics perform high quality work and the entire department is run very efficiently so work is performed in a timely manner throughout the entire day. Only improvements could be cleanliness of the customer areas and improved communication between departments. I often have to wait a long time to get a callback for services

This time out it was for routine service on our 22 Rogue. Made the appointment on line for their express service and got in right anyway. Was met promptly at the service bay and was taken care of. There was some confusion on my part about a free service and parts and was called by the service manager to sort it out. It wasn t a big deal, and got sorted in the end. Good job AutoNation Nissan! Thanks and I llBe back for my next service.
