They were very nice to give me a ride home while they worked on my car. They did a great job of fixing my air conditioner ! They checked all parts of the car and installed new tires and aligned it. Service advisor Mike was very helpful from start to finish, went in for B1 service and during inspection he informed me of sight wear on my Honda Pilot front suspension, he went above and beyond to get it replaced, still under warranty. I am very glad to have Mike as my service advisor who truly thinks about vehicle safety and and taking care of his customers.A big thank you to Mike, my wife is happy and with no stress going on long road tripsThank you

A very quick in and out experience. That does not mean that quality was any less. The waiting room was calm and quite as I was waiting for the car to get serviced. As this was my first time to Autonation Honda after moving to this part of city recently, I met with same level of professionalism as I expect in other Honda dealerships. Thank you.

Jordan was my service representative. He was most courteous and attentive from start to finish. He answered all of my questions not related to the oil change. He immediately fixed the issues I had with the automatic locks as he was able to adjust the settings to my preferences as I watched. He was knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. He went above and beyond in reaching options for replacing the tires. He was professional throughout the entire process and treated me with respect even though it's obvious I know little about cars. I give Jordan the highest marks!

I have purchased several vehicles from this particular dealership throughout the years. I have also maintained them here as well due to their straight forward honesty. I tried other shops but and have sought out second opinions with AN and found out that I did not need some of the work they listed. Dealership service may cost a little more but it ended up saving me money and piece of mind.

Getting anyone from the service department to call me back was so impossible, that after more than ten calls and five messages left I finally ended up driving across town to talk personally. I finally got to talk to someone and ordered the accessories I wanted to add to my vehicle from their parts department.The estimate for when the parts would be in was inaccurate and they ended up needing to keep my vehicle over the weekend, which I didn't expect. Monday I checked on the status and was told it would be done later that day. I asked for a call when it was done so I could figure out a way to pick it up. No one called me.Tuesday morning I called and was assured it a done. When I picked it up it had not been washed. I certainly hope the accessories were not put on over the dirty fenders.The accessories look great but it shouldn't be that hard to spend money. Unfortunately my experience with other Honda dealers in the area has been worse. For now I'll stay with the lesser of the evils.

AutoNation Honda Chandler is an excellent choice to get your Honda Serviced. The advisor I had although he is taking a sabbatical, was amazing. Does not give you any bull, he cuts to the chase and tells you what you need, and so did the other service advisor he pointed me to in his stead. Only thing I would recommend is to double-check that they washed your car. They always offer, but the last time I took it, the car wasn't washed. Great place!

I took my 2022 Honda Accord in for service because the tire pressure sensor would not turn off after we put air in the tires.Service tech Kyle was great. He took the time to answer all my questions, even ones unrelated to the issue I came in for. Service was quick, was in and out in about 10 minutes. I'm giving this a 4 star rating instead of 5 because prior to scheduling an appointment I could never get someone in service to call me back about a warranty question. Once I took the vehicle there thought the service was great, fast and easy. Waiting room was clean.

Never again! I recently took my 2019 Honda Insight to have an oil change and tire rotation done I typically stay away from dealerships for servicing but since Auto Nation sent me a coupon I figured I would take advantage of it.I was put off pretty quick by my service advisor who was borderline berating me at the fact he had no records of a 60k service of my vehicle.I then pointed out my passenger mirror had been bumped which caused a separation of the side camera from the main housing unit nothing was cracked or broken, and asked him if a mechanic would be able to pop it back in since there were sharp edges. The camera was still functional, its view was just a little further out from the side of the car. He immediately quoted me $1,000 for a whole new unit, stating it would require a new camera etc. I declined this service because I knew it was not broken to the extent he tried saying it was.I went out of town for a couple of weeks but when I returned I noticed oil spots on my driveway and garage. I took the car to a valvoline to check for a leak. I was told there was no leak, but oil was spilled all over my frame. They attempted to wipe up as much as possible.I was then able to pop my side mirror/camera back into place and it s completely fine and operational.I am STILL finding oil drips in my garage and driveway and it s been weeks.I was completely disappointed with the attitude and approach of my service advisor (who also wanted me to give him a good review for his pay, as he stated), the unnecessary quote for $1,000 of work and the shoddy oil change that s left my garage and driveway with oil spots and a mess under my car. My car is my source of income and extra shop trips keep me out of work. This experience was awful.Keep the coupons, I won t be back!

Took my truck in for a recall and oil change. Wentvery smoothly and really appreciate the shuttleservice. The job took 3 hours or so, didn t want to wait that long in lobby so used the shuttle.My service advisor Dalton kept me informed.Had a good experience.

90% of the time I bring my car to Honda there seems to be an issue. The only reason my review is getting 5 stars is because of my service advisor Michael Culbertson. He was professional the entire time, addressed the high importance fixes my vehicle needs and did not pressure me into anything at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a honda needing to take it in. I will say service did not screw up my car this time which was a plus as well. Keep it up Honda and I will be back for more services.

Car Dealership experiences typically go one of two ways:1. Soul sucking-ly long and drawn out where you feel like a number and a sale2. The way AutoNation Honda in Chandler does it, with friendly service, a smile, and doing what they say they are going to do.They just get it. Purchasing a vehicle and having regular maintenance from a dealership doesn t have to a huge pain. Have only had good experiences at this location. Comfortable enough in the lobby to wait while my vehicle gets serviced. Oil changes/other basic maintenance like tire rotations or fluid maintenance gets done within 2 hours and they service advisors are pretty honest and upfront with what your options are and don't feel pushy. I'll be returning to this location for all my future services.

Friendly service. JOE is the very best. He always explains tells you how long you may wait and gives option to leave your vehicle.One thing I was surprised about they management said not to do the point inspection because it was just there for repair .i would have liked my tires and wipers checked. I need good tires and wipers and probably other things checked.. Those only get checked when I come in to HONDA .LOVE THE SERVICE Joe gives. He is the greatest.When older folks come in CHECK THEIR VEHICLE!! They depend on you folks keeping us safe.Thank you for great car service. Lehoma

Recently, I had got an oil change on my Honda Accord and found out my tires were in need of being replaced at around 36000 miles. I received my tax refund and called to make an appointment on 3/12. When I arrived at Honda Auto Nation Chandler, they could not find the appointment that was made for me over the phone and were gracious enough to fit me in to get my tires replaced.The process took about 2 hours, and when I went to get my car, I noticed that the wheels had not been cleaned and were dirty. The service folks stated they would take it through the pressure wash, which ended up being closed and then took it to the detail shop to get them cleaned. This added about 30 more minutes to my wait, but was appreciative that they took care of my concerns.When I got home, I had an email from Honda Auto Nation Tempe that I had missed my appointment which must have been scheduled incorrectly over the phone when I called, and they told me they cancelled the appointment.Overall, I give it 4 stars for accommodating me into their schedule, but wish they would have had the wheels clean when they presented me with my vehicle at first instead of having to go back to fix.

Great job! Jordan in service really took care of me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what need to get done with my vehicle. He didn't pressure me into any unnecessary repairs and encouraged me to look for any emails from the dealership that might have a coupon. I really appreciated that.If I have any other service needs, I will be asking for Jordan.

Nice staff. Be sure to check website for coupons because they will not mention them. Their waiting room was dirty - trash and uneaten food left in area. Took my vehicle in for a $500 plus service and my car was not washed - I thought that was a standard thing but I could be wrong. They do have complimentary water which is nice and a coffee machine !

Had to go in as a walk in to Honda as my car's battery was needing to be replaced and the warranty was going to expire. Tom Hathaway approached me, I explained my situation and he could see I was stressed. He told me not to worry, he would take good care of me and get this resolved as quick as possible. I sat in their waiting area not even an hour, Tom came to get me and all was handled, battery replaced under warranty! I was SO grateful for Tom, he showed excellent customer service!

Please note over all I am very displeased with the service.Seen the car on the website looked at it on 2/19. Like it and put on hold as it still needed minor cleanup and repairs. Repairs still not completed on 3/8 did paperwork and paid for the car as of today 3/14 I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CAR! Does it really take a month to get minor painting and a clip replaced? Everyone has been courteous reason for the 2. But seems they really don't care about getting the car completed and to me. Wanted me to buy service agreement, really don't think so with the service we have so far received.

Oil change sale, $74.95 plus tax. Good deal. $6 plus extra charges. Sales representative removed the charge. My car was clean beforehand. When I got it, water marks on my windshield. Car was done in an hour and a half. Good customer service.

Service provided for my 2023 Honda CR-v was for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation (mileage 3,000) in addition to a general check up. This service was provided promptly in about an hour. My service advisor was very prompt and a pleasure to do business with. I will request him when I return for future service.

My 2017 Honda Civic coupe has been performing erratically the past few months. Faub won't work, engine doesn't completely shut off, car alarm goes on for no reason, car locks itself, immobilizer light goes on. Callee, my service advisor took my car in for a complete diagnosis. He called on three techs to diagnose the car, test drive it, monitor it, etc. The car was worked on for over 5 hours Wednesday but with no resolution. They couldn't find anything wrong with my Honda. No codes came up, no malfunctions, no electronic issues.Callee did not charge me anything since they did not fix the car or put any parts on it. That would have been over a $160 bill.The car is running fine as of Thursday morning. I did install a 2032 disc battery into the second faub and I have switched to that.I give high marks to Callee and the three techs who tried to find the electronic glitch in my otherwise great Honda.
