Great service from start to finish. We were nervous since we never had a new car that had been in an accident. Adam kept us informed of the progress and dealt with our insurance. Rich did great body work for us and Alan did a phenomenal paint job. I feel like we were very fortunate and now my husband has his car back and it still looks and drives like it's new. Thank you AutoNation

About 2 years ago my daughter got in a collision and we sent her car here to be repaired. All repairs were completed and you can t even tell that the car was damaged. Everything was OK until recently when she informed me that she was picking up some friends and they noticed that the rear middle seat belt was missing. As a parent a did my due diligence and made sure that the seat belt wasn t stuck behind the seats. There were only two options at this point either the manufacturer forgot to install a very important piece of safety equipment or this place. I know it had been 2 years but I gave them a call. As you can imagine they said the same thing. I am not giving them a 1 star for customer service but for forgetting to reinstall a very important piece of equipment.

Would not recommend. Didn't have the greatest experience in general, but I wouldn't recommend them because they used superglue to fix my car.I took it in for initial repairs and about 3 weeks go by and I notice my front bumper is sagging. You can see the gap between the hood and bumper is clearly off. I take it back in, Darrell gets me in and out, no biggie. Cut to 6 months later, I take my Honda in for maintenance and the tech tells me my headlights are out and need to be replaced. I go to pick up my car and he tells me my bumper was superglued so when they attempted to pull it off to replace the headlights, it ruined the plastic.I'm now waiting for another bumper. So glad the collision cashed in on the insurance check to break out the gorilla glue.

Do not recommend to repair here, Adam is the worst guy who does not even return your calls and has some attitude problems. The manager is nice and she volunteered to help me out but took a long time to get my car fixed even though I had warranty. I would not recommend to repair here and go somewhere else.

Had some body work done here also A/C repair about 5mnths ago. My A/C was acting up last week. I worked with Adam who's super cool and friendly. He made sure my vehicle's repair warranty was honored from my previous visit. Also it was taken care of and back on the road same day!� Every situation is different and Adam did a great job showing ownership and urgency with handling my own. Great work and thank you. It's' honestly appreciated!

The ease of having the rental situation easy and organized is much appreciated. The time it took to fix my car was nice, one week, in and out, front to start! I dealt with a horrible technician at this�center. He was not professional at all. I had to take my car many times back and forth because he could not figure out the problems in my car from the�beginning. One day, he even hung up on me when I told him my car still had a problem. I even drove back to him and explained the issue, but he was unconvinced and argued that the car was good to go. Honestly, his manager was much more helpful than�him.� She drove the car and recognized the problem right�away. She retook the car and fixed the weird�sound from the wheel rotor disc.� BTW, even though his manager was nicer and more helpful, she did not take any measures against him.

Quick, courteous service. Very adaptable to my schedule. Friendly and caring. They give a lifetime warranty and back it up. They dealt with insurance and the car rental company, leaving me to not worry about any of that stuff. I had problems with my rear wiper and back up camera after the repair, and John quickly got back to me and set up a time to get it taken care of. I wouldn't take my care to another bodyshop!

This repair shop is the worst I've ever seen! Adam lied to me regarding paying a portion of my deductible because it took 2 months to repair. Later denied saying it. Did more damage to my vehicle after they had it. Paint chips and dings to the body. I will never go to this shop ever. Very unprofessional and rude to me at every moment I was there. Run!!!!

AutoNation Collision Center was great, when I received my car back I couldn't tell it had been in an accident, plus it was done sooner then expected.Special thanks to Carrie for delivering my car to my house, taking the time to go over the bill showing all of the work that had been done on my car.

Working with Dan O at Auto Nation Collission was a great experience. They were always updating me about the statues of my repair work. The even washed and cleaned it. Something that Larry Miller Ford didn t even do and on top of it did some damage. What a nightmare group to deal with. This is where Auto Nation Collission shines!! Had zero worries and knew I was in great hands. Dan O is the best and the ladies who answer the phones are wonderful as well. I can t say thank you enough for turning over my vehicle in great condition, clean and sparkling!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with auto repairs. The driver and front passenger doors still do not fit correctly. The electronics still do not work and there are scrapes and scratches that were not on the car when it was brought in. I would never again use this service. They just don t take any pride in what they do!

Guys no joke this is without a doubt the best collision shop if you're looking for trustworthy people and great quality! I had the pleasure of working with COREY and I won't go into too much detail but let's just say he saved me an insurance claim as well as saving me a bunch of money and I couldn't be more impressed. These people dont pick up phones. Adam never return voicemail, had to keep calling front desk. take your car somewhere else for the price they going to charge you, at least pick up the damn phone!!!!

They also had to replace the radiator. So far I have had no issues since I've received my vehicle from them. They did an excellent job!! Service and final delivery was good.But, communication was really non-existent. I have had my vehicle repaired at this collision center twice. The first time it was with Darrell and the second with Dano. These men do not get enough credit for what they do. Not only did they keep me well informed but they also made sure my repairs were done in a professional and timely manner. The manager, Kari was very sweet and professional and assured me every step of the way. My car looked better than it did before the accidents and it was done well before the time they gave me. I would recommend this facility to any and all of my family and friends.Service: Body & Trim

The start of my experience with this company was rough. It seems the pandemic has been hard on this company to hire skilled service members. Communication was terrible. I had to reach out to him 3 times for the quote (when they told me it would take 24 hours) it took 2 weeks to get the quote and start the process of ordering parts.I agree, it's not their fault there is major shortages for parts, but simple communication would likely have solved the pain points I experienced. Lets bet they respond to this bad review with explanation that there are Global shortages in parts, blah blah blah. But this is not the point, your service members really need some coaching on customer service.Finally after 8 weeks and zero communication I called the service member for an update. He explained shortage, shortage, shortage for parts, blah blah blah. I shared my frustration, I did not yell but I was certainly upset when I found out they had all parts (for weeks) except for one plastic piece. This piece is not detrimental to the structure to the car and they easily could have started on my car, finished and just had me come back to pick up the piece (that snaps into place). We ended the call with him saying he will look into starting the vehicle.Now this is the best part. 3 days later I receive information from my insurance provide that the service provider canceled our plan and we would need to find another collision center!!! Again, no communication he just canceled me because he got his feeling hurt when I told him the truth. I found out from Insurance group, he did not have the communication skills to talk to me personally.The service member explained he has the right to end service when he pleases... Great, so the snowflake doesn't like being told that his communication is terrible (when it truly is terrible, this guy doesnt care about his job it is obvious).The only reason this did not get a 1 star, is because the Manager of the office got involved and was able to get my car finished in less than 1 week. From then on the service was perfect!! The car looks great, and months after picking it up the car still looks great!I hate leaving bad reviews but this place really needs to rethink the quality of the service providers. Shortages and pandemic is real, but seriously you can't count on your managers to pick up the slack of the JR level employees your hiring. Your going to start losing your real talent that ultimately saved the day!Service: Body & Trim

I honestly don't write reviews, but really do not appreciate my time wasted.During my initial estimate, I asked to scheduled, seemed pretty easy enough. Was told I should check back in to make sure all the parts show up at the end of the week before prior to my appointment. This was 3~ weeks out so plenty of time for supply chain inquiries and insurance to do their thing.I called on Thursday and found out my appointment wasn't scheduled despite being written on the card prior to leaving when I received my estimate. That seemed fairly easy to rectify but I wasn't getting a good feeling. Parts were ordered and was told they'd be in Monday and to drop the car off Tuesday (after me calling for updates, not getting updates via email/text or calls from AutoNation).Today I dropped the car off and immediate noticed a difference between the estimate and the worksheet I signed. I let them know ASAP and found out later this afternoon that the part that was wrong/missing isn't available (mind you I checked when I got the estimate with Tempe Honda just to be aware of the lead times and all parts were available then!).Now the process starts all over again and my car likely won't be fixed for several more weeks to come.If you do business with this place, be prepared to be on top of the communication and understand that you have to be your own advocate during the process.Service: Body & Trim

Want to thank Cory and AutoNation for doing a great job with repairs to a 2021 Suburban that I needed repaired in the Chandler area. They did it on time and at the estimated price. Very refreshing and appreciated in these days of excuses and price gouging!

Dano made the whole processing as painless as possible. He kept us informed about both vehicles, yeah like an idiot I back one of our vehicles into our other, and both were repaired to the point you cannot tell it ever happened. Amazing restoration techs. Auto Collision was referred by my State Farm insurance for a thankfully minor fender bender. From the time I walked in they greeted me, and Adam my technician was right there. During the 5 days they had my car, Adam kept me looped in and to my thankful surprise even got my car back 5 days earlier than anticipated. The experience for an unpleasant issue was handled professionally and quickly. I would definitely refer them or use them again.Service: Body & Trim

The service and technical skills from this place are really bad. They messed up my car door lock after they painted the two door in three weeks. Initially they tried to charge me extra than what the insurance company estimated to pay. The worst part is that the door lock worked properly before the paint job. I had to bring back the car to them. The manager there even questioned me why I did not check the door lock when I picked up the car the first time. After they replaced an actuator which was most likely in a good condition, I still had the same issue. After letting them know about the issue again, there is no apology and Danno just told me to take the car to the Lexus dealership. The dealership shared a picture with me. What happened was AutoNation did not hookup a piece going into the actuator which caused the door lock not working properly and three out of four clips inside of the door were also missing. The overall experience is awful. I usually take my car to the Lexus dealership which is extremely professional. I will never take my car to this place again.Service: Painting

I took my new car here after being hit and they took care of me from start to finish! John was absolutely great to work with! Always kept me in the loop about what was going on, he would explain everything that needed to be done along with the process and he even taught me a few things I didn t know already! Excellent work performed on my car was awesome. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the time I entered to drop off my car to when I picked it up. Calls I received for updates was friendly and informative. Valarie, especially was the best. She reassured me not to worry that all the staff are very professional at what they do and that they will take care of my car.I left with such joyful feeling. A 5 STAR job thank you.
