WarningA simple glass replacement is now turning into a nightmare, avoid this company.I verified in both text and on the phone with management that I wanted mirrored tint and the %'s and I was told it would be tinted before install. When they showed up it was just regular tint but I didn't discover that until they had cut out 75% of the back glass. Now they say they don't know what mirrored tint is and I'm left with my back glass flopping around and no one installing anything because I didn't accept their switcharoo.

If I could give more stars, I would! Jessica helped me set up my appointment through text, she was super patient with me, very quick at responding and extremely helpful with all of my questions along the way. After checking around for different quotes, Auto Glass 2020 was the best price I could find and I was able to make an appointment only a couple days out, and best part, they came to me!! Julio (I think that was his name) showed up at exactly 8 and my appointment time was 8-1!! Usually when I set those type of appointments nobody arrives until 1 but not Julio, he was amazing, on time, quick, efficient, kind, and overall just a great employee. Tanner was able to show up only a couple hours later and complete my calibration. He too, was quick, efficient, kind and a great employee!! The whole process was painless, a breath of fresh air and I now have a beautiful clear unbroken windshield that I can see thru!! Thank you Auto Glass 2020!! I will be a returning customer, hopefully not for a long time but I will be!! Thank you again Jessica for your patience with me!!

Amazing service and attention to detail from the very beginning. I received a text message from Katie sent her some information, got my quotes, she even called Liberty Mutual for me to help me set up my claim and get everything started. I ve claim was approved, Katie then again had their company in Tucson contact me to set an appointment up for me. They got here within the scheduled time frame and did an amazing job with the install. I will definitely Italy use them again if ever needed. Excellent service and I will be recommending them to all friend and family!

I see a lot of great reviews on here, and I went with them for this reason, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had getting my windshield replaced. I have a Tesla, so I had to hav the windshieldReplaced, then a diff tech would have to come and calibrate. I requested when scheduling that this all be done in one visit so I didn t have to take multiple days off work. The tech messaged me saying he would be here between 4-5. He didn t show up till after 6 . I wasn t able to be home for the appt. When I got home that night and inspected the work, he left debris all over the seats in my car, needed to be vacuumed. He did not clean the windshield, so my camera wasn t working properly and I had to have Tesla remove a piece inside my car so the glass could be cleaned. The outside still had the suction cup marks on it and was difficult to see out of. He threw is used package of the glue for attatching the windshield on the ground and I had to pick up. He also broke off my clips that hold the windshield wiper sprayers to the windshield wipers. So the hose was just flopping in the wind when I drove. (Had to have Tesla come out to replace). Auto glass did offer to fix, but I refused due to the terrible experience up to that point. And to top it off, it was too late when he finished the windshield for the second guy to come and I had to make a second appt anyways. I will never use these guys again.

The best! Angela walked me through the process, so I fully understood what was going on. Piece of cake.The installer showed up early after calling. This young man was on top of his game. Methodical and knew what to do through the whole process. They came out two days in a row for me. Replaced the glass the first day, next day calibration. Both times they came out on time with great communication prior to scheduled appointment. Both gentlemen that came out were very professional, friendly and quick. I would highly recommend this company to other people.

Our installer Amado did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and installed in a timely manner. Plus the price tag was very reasonable. The office staff Jessica was very helpful as well. We were very satisfied and if we ever need a windshield again we'll be doing business with them. Thanks so much

This company was awesome, we had some issues on our end and they really worked with us. Pricing was great, communication was great as well! I'm not sure how long our company will be down there for this job, but I know exactly where to go if we have a windshield or glass replacement needed! Top Notch!

Nick help get me scheduled and that was hard work with my work and Vacation schedule and where it would be convenient. My tec,Amado that did the work was friendly on time helpful iv had a bad experience with another company before and Amado made me feel so Confident in the work he done for me looks so good thank you both so much

My experience with Auto Glass 2020 has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I spoke with Kaylea who was able to get Progressive on the phone and approve a claim, and got an appointment scheduled the next day and the entire phone call took less than half an hour. The install was much quicker than I anticipated, and Jose (installer) was great and super patient with me, since I had to have this done at work and I had to work around my schedule. The recalibration was scheduled for the next morning, and Joe (calibration tech) was super quick with getting the systems back in order; he was able to even realign the camera that assisted with the lane departure feature after I had explained it kept going off without warning and couldn't figure out why. Everything was super painless, hassle-free, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Everyone was super kind and professional. Thank you!

Great company to deal with. Kaylea worked with me through the entire process with the insurance company, made it easy and gave me the best deal. Pleasure to deal with. My installer, Ethan, showed up on time and did a perfect job. Dude was incredible. Friendly, professional, got the job done quickly and my vehicle looks perfect. I highly recommend this company. I had a crack in my windshield that started out as a small chip. I called my insurance and they said I d have to pay out of pocket. I was super stressed calling around getting quotes that were outrageous. And then I got help from Mick. He took care of everything through my insurance and I didn t pay anything out of pocket. It was fast and easy and they came to my house to replace it for me. It was so great in fact that I kept waiting for insurance to call me saying I owed. But they never did. It was a great experience I thank God for this company!!! If you need assistance with your windshield call Mick from Auto Glass 2020. I promise you won t be disappointed. I don t normally leave reviews, but i cannot express enough how much this places helped me out. Someone broke into my car last week and shattered my windows. I reached out late that evening and got a response early the next morning abt my inquiry. I worked with Lacy who is the manager of her location. She gave me a really good discount and was able to get my scheduled for the following Monday.When Monday came around, i learned that my car battery was dead and the wonderful worker, Mark, wasn t able to complete the new window install so I sent him to work on his other jobs that day. I reached out to Lacy and she got me scheduled for the next day. The tech arrived early this morning and was prompt and got everything taken care of for me very quickly and vacuumed the glass out of my car.I truly am so grateful for all their help and would recommend to any and everyone. Thank you all so much. This was such a terrible time for me and they made it so easy.

I just wanted to give a big thanks to Auto Glass. My BMW windshield needed to be replaced and they quoted me a very great price. They also came the NEXT day to fix it. Mobile and affordable. Recommend to anyone needing a repair or replacement.

10/10 Highly recommend Auto Glass 2020. Kevin came to my home to replace my windshield while I sat comfortably inside. No stuffy waiting room with bad magazines. A couple days later, Joe (calibration tech) came over to calibrate my new windshield insuring that my lane assist and smart cruise control work properly. Both were very kind, professional, and efficient. Thanks guys

Cristian installed my windshield today. Very great quality work. Process was easy and simple. Joe the calibration tech also did an amazing job with my car. He explained what he was going to be doing to my car and made me feel at ease about the process. Definitely recommend Auto Glass 2020!

Raymond and Gabby did a beautiful installation on my windshield and thankfully went above and beyond by replacing some broken clips on my truck. I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Raymond and Gabby, who installed the windshield.

Unfortunately, I wouldn t leave this company more than one star. First I was dealing with a wonderful sales representative Jessica then last second I was dealing with Nikki and I ended up feeling horrible because Jessica lost her sale. I was told when the technician came out, he would be bringing a check as a bonus for getting my windshield replaced and the technician told me he knew nothing about a a check for getting my window replaced and was not aware that I was getting paid anything so the windshield got replaced and after several phone calls and text messages I did receive payment. Now here we are three days later and all the molding around the windshield is coming up and the windshield is loose. I reached out to the technician. I am being told he will ask his supervisor if maybe Monday he could come out and fix it, in the meantime, we cannot drive our truck due to the risk of the molding coming off further or the window coming loose. It is not worth getting your window fixed for a bonus or ceramic tinting. I would use an insurance recommended company.Service: Auto windshield repair

Auto Glass 2020 does amazing work! I use them on my vehicles and love their service. Joe, the calibration tech, and Mark, the window tech, were awesome! They made sure my windshield was properly installed, and Joe showed me the calibration was done correctly. I recommended them to my neighbor!

It is rare these days to do business with a company that makes the customer feel valued. I'm extremely happy with the level of care that I received from start to finish beginning with the person answering the phone up to the technician who came to my home. The quality of work is excellent plus the pricing is very reasonable. I'll be sharing my positive experience with friends and family.

Very pleased with Autoglass2020. Mark showed up on time and did a very neat and tidy install. Joe then showed up shortly after and did the calibration. Explained why and why he was doing and was very efficient. Would recommend them for your auto glass repair/replace

Had a significant crack in my windshield a few weeks back, called Nathan, he set it up with my insurance and the adjuster within a day, scheduled a date and time within a few days as soon as I finished on my end. Installer accommodated a location change on my end, and did the work quickly. Window looks perfect, as was my experience with this company. Probably the most hassle free experience of any sort of insurance/damage related incident I ve ever had to deal with. Highly recommend.

I should have read the reviews before hiring them.Buyer Beware of this company. They only did half the job, they put my windshield in and could not calibrate. So I need to get OEM glass for it to work. I was told by the dealer "if they offer you money back, don't use them." This saga is not over, I have called the manager Nick several times and they will not call me back. They also asked me to pay for the glass only since they could calibrate, I told them I was sold a windshield and calibration. When they realized that Audi need OEM glass to say you don't need to pay us for the glass. I don't think that they know what they are doing and just SCAMMING people with the cash back deals. While visiting Scottsdale we ended up needing to replace our windshield. Auto Glass 2020 responded promptly, gave me a quote and set up a next day appointment all within a few hours. Next day the installer came to where we were staying to do the install. The recalibration person arrived early the next morning and we were good to go.
