Three years I ve been dedicated to taking my vehicle to this location. I bypassed Maricopa Firestone, because I trusted this place. I went in for my usual oil change, now my oil light is on. I took it to Maricopa Firestone for a diagnostic test, and now it s no one fault. Never will I ever go to anymore Firestone shops anywhere. I also sent my son to take my other vehicle for an oil change in Maricopa on the same day I went to Chandler. They told my 17yr old he needs a new battery, I just had the battery replaced a week before. Sooo not only do they mess up vehicles, but lie to young people to get over on them.

After using this place for all the work on my work vehicles for awhile, I have now realized this is a subpar shop ran by dishonest individual.They incorrectly misdiagnosed a faulty fuel pump and replaced it even though it was fine. A Dodge dealership mechanic proved the fuel pump was fine and that they missed a simple wiring issue that would have been a fraction of the cost.Further more I used my Firestone credit card and tried to dispute the charge as unnecessary work.Jason lied to the dispute team about his work which led to the denial of my claim.The worst thing about this is that I trusted Jason. Him denying the claim is one thing but if I can t trust your work. I ll never bring my trucks there.

It's not a great place. Booked an appointment for an alignment. Had scheduled it online, and I received an appointment number as well. Showed up on time for that appointment. they didn't have me in the system. Told me I probably made a mistake and booked the wrong store. I did not. Showed them my appointment number, and the location was correct. They said, "Oh well, did you get an email? If not, our guy Jason never got to you in time and didn't actually schedule anything." Okay, so can you fit me in? No, okay, when can you get me in? 4 days from now. Okay, let's do that. I also had a lifetime alignment at firestone. Oh, we can't do that here. we are not a corporate store, so unless you bought it from us, it won't work. Why are you even listed on the website for firestone, then? The guy says to me. Good question we really shouldn't be. He did let me know where other corporate stores were. Just bad all around, I'd look elsewhere if you want firestone.

I was taking my truck to the Mesa location until it closed. I really liked their service, so started going to the Chandler location despite the distance. I had the front brakes replaced about a year ago at the Mesa location just before it closed, and about six months later my brakes started squealing. I took it in to the Chandler location since they said they d honor my warranty, but they said my front brakes were fine and it was my back brakes that needed to be replaced. The brakes were still squeaking afterwards though, so I took it back and asked them to check them again. They claimed the brakes were fine and that I just maybe had some brake glaze saying it wasn t uncommon in Arizona because of the heat. A few months later I had them put new tires on my truck, and was again told brake glaze. Finally, I took my truck in once more on 12-21-19 to have them check the brakes because they were squealing worse than before. Again I was told it was brake glaze. I decided to get a second opinion. The mechanic popped my front tire off and saw that my brake pads were shot and the rotors cracked from heat, so I had to have the front brakes replaced again just over a year after having them replaced. I m done doing business at Arizona Firestone and I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.

Today I took my car in for the tire system lights, all four had to be replaced for $500+. I couldn t afford it but was told I needed an oil change. I agreed to have them do the oil change but when I picked up my car my AC stopped working. I had my compressor replaced last year and they said that something old needed to be replaced and was going to charge $2000+ plus for it. I told them I had no problems with my AC when I brought it in and a few hours with them it s not working. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. SCAMMERS! You ll go in with one problem and come back out with 10.

BEWARE, Jason is Hostile, he wants your $ and ZERO responsibility. DO NOT Trust Firestone, Go Anywhere ELSE, PLEASE. Jason even proves he wants Zero responsibility. Lied to Monica K. Lindstrom, she is DUMB and believed him. He probably advertises on KTAR. "Trusted Jason to level my 2019 AT4, installed wrong part incorrectly, less than 3,000 miles later, upper ball joint prematurely broke at just 18K miles, $3,000 in repairs later, Jason blames GMC. PLEASE do NOT give McNutt Enterprises (3 of them) your trust or business.""

Pleased as we can be. Jason said our 2009 Honda Odyssey van which has right at 230,000 miles was road ready after a bit of work & indeed it was. Recently drove all the way to Houston, Tx & back without 1 problem. Drove like it was a 2020 model .

AZ Firestone, Chandler, AZ ruined my 98 Honda Accord transmission then put a junkyard transmission and other junkyard parts as a replacement. These guys are crooks and this is not a real Firestone store so there is no Firestone Corporate Office to call. Go someplace else and save money..

A few months ago I brought my truck in for an alignment. All was good until a week later I drove to Phoenix. On my way home something went wrong and it was worse than before I brought it in. I brought it back and was told it was fine, that they found that the bushing on my rack and pinion steering was worn. The cost to fix it was insane. I declined, it didn t seem right. Then he told me my radiator was bad. I said no, it s new just six months ago. Then he said my hoses were bad, I said no they are new also.I just brought my truck into another shop and they informed me that my alignment was way off on the right front and that it appears that something wasn t tightened after bringing it in Firestone causing it to get worse.I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! Dishonest and hustlers.

Took our Camero in for tires, battery trouble, and service. Jason and the guys gave our car the white glove treatment. They were extremely careful not to damage anything or get anything dirty. I have been coming here for years, the service is always exceptional, and the pricing is very competitive. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

I scheduled an appointment with this Firestone location today on Monday, service manager Jason said we will see you soon . I call today to let them know I m on the way at 3:15 which my appointment didn t even till 3:30 for him to tell me ya we meant to each out to you but we don t have enough time to do your car today. lol not to mention in the specific notes box I let Jason know I was going on a road trip tomorrow morning which he knew! 100% not reliable 100% not trusted *as see on the other reviewsDO NOT RECOMMEND!

Came in, with an appointment, just for brakes. After two hours, they finally started looking at my car. They also looked at the battery and tires, which was service not requested as those had been checked at a dealership less than a month ago. Paperwork from Firestone said the battery was good, another said bad. Which one was it? Tires are also just fine, but Firestone said they were in the red? Not to mention, the prices here are roughly 2-3x more than competitors. Overall, three hours wasted to be told to repair things that didn't need to be repaired and weren't even requested to be check. Save your time and money...go somewhere else.

Came in for a battery replacement, Left with a shorted out radio.My battery was old and needed replaced. I went into this store after calling ahead to make sure they were able to do the replacement (the quarter panel had to be removed to access the battery). They said yes, promptly were able to get me in for service and all was well. At the end, i went to leave and noticed no power to the radio at all. After questioning about it, they checked the fuses and then said nothing was wrong and i could pay 130 bucks to have the dash taken off to check the fuse in the radio. I refused and attempted to contact corporate to find out it is locally owned and they could do nothing to help me. I call back and they refuse to give me the owner s number, but if i could drop it off they would take a look at it to try and rectify the issue. Hours later they call saying the radio just flat out was shorted and there was nothing they could do for me since changing said battery had no way caused it to get shorted out.Taking off the panel and wheel well cover to access the battery they also broke the plastic around one of the bolts (guessing they couldn't remove the bolt properly.) Nothing was done about it when i got it back or when i mentioned it to them.Just hoping my situation doesn't happen to another unsuspecting person. Sadly this is the first and last time I'll take my business to a Firestone.

Took my car in for a routine oil change and a mild squeak-Turns out rear brakes needed to be replaced. After being replaced I noticed the whine was still occurring and they looked at it immediately; they warrantied their work and replaced the rear brake pads AGAIN. I appreciate their hard work and taking care of my car! Will definitely be my go to. Thank you Jason!

I sprung a major flat on my way home from work and called around to a couple places for a replacement but Jason was the only one who could take a look right away. I stopped by and while he didn't happen to have the exact tire I needed he gave me the part number and some advice on where to find it... and even offered to fill my tire back up for the ride home but I told him that was futile, that nail was going straight into the sidewall. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I found my new shop in Chandler! I called 2 other places for quotes to put new rotors and pads on front. Only 1 called back asking more than $600. Jason charged half the cost. While waiting I brought my wife's car in with a slow tire leak. They fixed it fast and for free. So refreshing to work with honest mechanics. These are good people with good intentions! I highly recommend them. A huge thanks to Jason and the whole crew! You have all my future business.

My husband went in for an alignment and was charged a $65 new parts fee. They did not put new parts on our vehicle and when I called Firestone customer service to have them look up the item number, this Firestone is not a part of the franchise they have a slightly different name instead of auto care it's auto services. When I asked about a fee for alignment the guy laughed and said he has never heard of a fee being charged and that these guys probably just ripped us off. I did a little more research and no where on there website (fine print and all) did it say anything about a fee. Hopefully when I call tomorrow they can straighten things out and apply the $59.99 coupon for the alignment since I was still charged full price $79.99. I do not recommend going here, I will update tomorrow after I call.

I called and scheduled a 9 am appointment with the receptionist Kayla. 10 am rolled by and my truck still was not looked at so I asked the supervisor on duty what the hold up was and he informed me that they don't make appointments on Saturdays. He proceeded to inform Kayla of the mistake in which she replied another supervisor told her that they do.the supervisor then said I was next in line. I waited until 10:30 and again asked what the hold up was. the supervisor said they were "understaffed" and sent someone to look at my tires. They then informed me that they don't carry my brand of tires therefore couldn't pro-rate the tires. I asked if this was a Firestone Tire why wouldn't they carry a Firestone brand. he then proceeded to tell me they were a privately owned Firestone and that I needed to go to a corporate store to find my tire. This was a waste of 2 hours of my work day that I couldn't get back all due to a lack of organization and communication. Needless to say I will never return to a Firestone again I went to Discount tire and bought 4 brand new tires and was back on the road in the time it took Firestone to even take a look at my vehicle.

I brought in my car for fixing a flat tire without an appointment. The service was very quick (less than an hour) and professional. I worked in the waiting room, which is very nice, quiet and clean. They didn't even charge anything for patching my tire!

Went there late after picking up a nail in my front tire , the manager Jason took care of me fix my tire for free and toped all the fluids in the car at no charge .Went back again for an oil change for my 2014 lexus and the staff did an amazing job with the inspection checked every thing on the car . Not to mention it half what I used to pay at the dealer and better service . Its nice to have someone that knows what they are doing check my car . Definitely will be taking all my cars there and recommend this place .Thank you

Super early morning, my friend and I have plans to get somethings done with a productive start. His front tire went flat and his lug nuts were swollen so we had trouble. Thankfully we were near Firestone. He drove his scooter over and they said they could help us out if we drove over so we did. They were super friendly, didnt ask for anything and went above and beyond for us. I'm very thankful and appreciative for their service!

Firestone provided exceptional service for my vehicle. My vehicle was pulling to the right. I assumed that I might need an alignment because, it is an all wheel drive vehicle and it was due for an oil change. After I dropped the vehicle off within an hour Firestone had a diagnosis, to my shock it was a wheel hub I had ordered online. I was able to return the wheel hub and fix the issue at no cost.

Came to this location to buy some larger all terrain tires for my Mountaineer after being turned down by Discount Tire. They were knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I even paid almost $100 more for 4 tires then at discount only cause they treated me like a human and didn't play games with me like Discount on Higley and Main did. They even stayed a bit past closing times to wait my my wife to swing by and give me the rest of the money for the tires since I didn't have the full amount of cash on me. Looking forward to get the tires rotated at this store for the life of my tires. Will buy tires from this shop for my car when it comes to time. keep up the good work.

Friendly service and reasonable pricing. I came in with an old truck with a weird problem I couldn t figure out and, after paying to replace a few parts, it seems like they couldn t figure it out either.
