A completely satisfying and rewarding experience from beginning to end. Keith made the process unexpectedly simple and easy, working out any issues with my insurance company and ensuring rapid claim payment. My car is a black Town Car, so any surface defects are obvious to the casual observer, but my car now looks showroom-new. There are good reasons why our local Lincoln dealer refers their customers to Allard. I hate needing auto body repairs, but I love finding a local business that takes great pride in their craftsmanship and who knows how to treat customers. I prefer not to ever have to go back but, if we ever do need body work done, Allard will definitely be our first choice. Very, very, very impressed with this place. Sydney is a true asset to this place. She handled all of my paperwork and facilitated getting my rental back to Enterprise. She did everything like a magician. My paperwork would just magically appear and all questions were effortlessly answered. She is a true asset to this shop. Keith was who I worked with when going over the work I needed. He was very knowledgeable and it seems like he has been in the business for some time. He prepared a quote for me to paint my whole truck in addition to the repair I needed. He was super easy to communicate with and very thorough. Another asset to this shop for sure. The work that was done was as good as the factory did. If my old truck was newer, I guarantee that you would not be able to tell the difference. So I would say that the wizard/wizards behind the curtain is also an asset to this shop. Perfect fitment and finish of the parts replaced. Absolutely a great overall experience.

We have used Allard twice for not at fault rear end accidents. The first time was in April 2020 in the midst of COVID. Even with the supply chain shortages, Allard communicated throughout the entire process with updates on progress. They transferred our car down to the Casa Grande location since the workload down there was less. We were pleased with the repairs & customer service we received then. So, when we experienced another rear end accident in September 2023, I requested to use Allard again. Our 2nd experience was similar to our first but with less supply chain issues. My car was repaired quicker than anticipated. My service manager even helped me with pictures of my cracked windshield (unrelated to the accident) when insurance was requiring it. I will definitely be using them again in the future, if needed. I highly recommend them as an auto body, collision repair shop!

What a great experience. My brand new RAV4 was rear ended and Allard was wonderful. They were professional, respectful and did a perfect job. They kept me updated about progress and even got it done sooner than I anticipated. They dealt with the other insurance company concerning addition damage uncovered after removing obvious damaged parts, which I expected and made that side of the issue stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a great experience at Allard Collision Chandler. Kieth was super helpful from the start. He made sure to get us an appointment as soon as possible to get an estimate on the repairs needed. I was very satisfied with the customer service. They made sure to keep us updated and got all the repairs done pretty quickly. I couldn t be happier with my car! We found Kieth at Allard Collision very helpful and accommodating. Our car repair was done without any major delays or surprises and if someone ever runs into another one of our cars again, we'll gladly return to Allard for any necessary repairs.

I had to bring my Jeep Cherokee in after it was keyed. It was in the shop for a week less than the estimated time. Came back great! It looks good as new! Wonderful service!

Professional, friendly, fast and efficient collision repair i have ever used. They were thorough and kept communication clear and informed me of updates and estimates. I will definitely use them again, well praying that i dont hit anything anymore. Its a i loved having Allard for my needs but never want to see you again type of situation .. i supposed more like a wam-bam-thank you ma am service thank you allard!!!i highly recommend!

Allard Collision was AMAZING. Easy to work with, fantastic customer service, and most importantly, impeccable workmanship.The Details:I had an unavoidable run in with debris while driving in my 2013 Miata. I thought this was not a big deal, but apparently the stars aligned and it struck one of the only unsupported pieces of plastic facia on the front of the car. Needless to say the damage was substantial (picture attached).My wife and I looked long and hard to find a reputable body shop and stumbled across Allard Collision on yelp. From our first phone call our experience was amazing. Kim took our call, she was happy, kind, and went above and beyond to assist us. John and crew made the quotation and dealing with our insurance a breeze. When we dropped off the car Allard had a rental car company pick us up from the shop and take us to our rental car.The work was completed expeditiously with regular updates from the body shop. While preparing to put the finishing touches and paint on the vehicle, Allard spotted a few scratches, minor dents, dings. They offered to repair these while finishing the car (separate from our insurance claim). I also asked for a clear bra (aka paint protection film) to be installed on the newly painted bumper and hood.When we arrived to pick up our Miata My jaw dropped. It was absolutely perfect, like it was sitting on the showroom floor. I actually asked if they had installed the clear bra.. the Job was so good I couldn t see any of the lines.Allard has earned a customer for life. I have already returned to have a clear bra installed on our other vehicle and referred friends and family for restoration and body work.Thanks Allard!

Great shop! Took my car here after someone hit it they fixed it in 4 days total! Keith is very nice and helpful. Walked me through the whole process. They even help with rental car if you need one. I scratched the bumper of my lease and was attempting to get a quote for fixing it before returning it. Not only did Allard quote me $400 less than Caliber Collision, but they went above and beyond with customer service. At Allard, Keith was super nice and friendly. He recommended that I hold off until speaking with the dealership, thinking that I would be able to pay less money when returning it to the dealership. He even gave me an extra bottle of touch up paint that matched my car. As a young woman going to auto body shops and attempting to work with dealerships, it can be a very frustrating experience. I will 100% be back here if I ever have the need again, and I will be recommending to everyone I know.

This has become my go to for all of my vehicle issues. Keith McKay was my rep and he was amazing and professional. He worked with me when my insurance wouldn't cover certain issues after an accident and gave good advice on certain repairs. They also were very open to working with my schedule and have always gotten me in and out ASAP. Already looking forward to the next repair on my vehicle, thank you!

Allard collision did a fantastic job on my car crash repair. Not only was the staff courteous and on top of everything, but they also had my car finished before the promised date. The work looks excellent, and they went above and beyond. I can also be rest assured because Allard and my insurance company offer lifetime guarantees for the work performed. Highly recommend Allard Collision of Chandler. Keith McKay was my rep for repairs to my RAM truck. Extremely professional. Walked me through every detail before they began. Lower estimate than most. All repairs and paint are flawless. Detailed and buffed entire truck afterward. The RAM hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot new!I especially appreciated the fact that all repairs were done in the estimated time frame to the day!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used Allard Collision to help settle an auto accident claim and repair damages along the entire passenger side of my car. They were awesome! Everyone was polite, and Mike kept me informed of my car's repair status. They even got my car back to me a week earlier than expected, and it looks brand new. Just used Allard, my 6th collision damage repair over the past five years done by Allard. Hands down best around. Top notch service, excellent work, great warranty. Works directly with rental car company making it easy to pick up your car. I've taken 3 vehicles to Allard (one twice) for various reasons over the years. One was a project car that needed some restoration work, and the other two were minor fender benders. On every occasion, it has been a pleasure to work with Allard and their crew. The work is top notch and often results in your vehicle looking better than it did prior to the incident being addressed. Their prices are also very fair and they're always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks again for making my vehicles look like new!

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about the folks at Allard Collision! Twice now I've had my 2010 Camry in their care after minor "fender bender" incidents. Keith, Bob and Karen were truly outstanding throughout the entire process, both times! Very professional, coordinating with my insurance claims agent and the results...well, it was like my Camry was new again. Also I greatly appreciated the level of communication, status updates on the repairs, updated completion, etc. And on the first repair project, they spent extra effort to make my car headlights so very clear, I almost didn't recognize my car when I arrived to pick it up. I took my car to Allard Collision to be repaired after getting in an accident and Keith was so kind during our first encounter, I could tell that he truly cared and I instantly felt at ease! Everyone there was extremely helpful and Bob, my case manager, was always available whenever I called to answer any questions. My Jeep looks good as new and I would 100% use them again if needed and will be recommending them to friends and family!
