Easy to order parts online, quick and effortless to pick up at the store.The things I don't like - if you order a part online, and then return it under warranty, to get a warranty replacement requires the store employees to return the item, and then discount the new item to show you to get the parts.Although advertised on the advance autos website as an advance store, Car Quest stores cannot accept advance autos returns, exchanges, not anything to do with parts and money.

I needed a warranty replacement of a part that I'd purchased at another AAP store, way on the other side town two weeks earlier. The counter guy helped me buy a new one and then return the bad one for a refund later that day. As smoothly as possible. They usually have top-quality parts in stock at convenient locations, even on Sunday.

You should put no return or refund stickers or signs on or above things that can't be returned. I spent $50 on A/C refrigerant and it wasn't the issue, would've been no problem but now I can't return the can that I barely used and was basically full. What a waste

I came in on May 25 and purchased a battery. Not only did she take awhile to put it on but I have not received my core refund. My battery also died today.

John helped me purchase both an auxiliary and main battery for my Jeep. He did a fast and speedy job of installing the batteries for me and saved me tons of money doing so!

Today I walked in to both advanced auto parts acting like I don't even know how to check my oil . I'm a master technician for the last 38years . Went in there sister store down the road got a quote on a laundry list of parts. I got a higher estimate like I was talking to the dealership. so I played along with it the guy upsold me on every part not needed with my repair and then tells me it will take a day to get. Tell him I'll be back and decided to go to their other store.I got the same parts that I requested at a third of cost . And Thay were in stock .Caleb and the manager there were amazing I tested .them in so many different ways and not once did they tried to upsell me or mislead me . They can get a hold of all parts from worldpac it's what I used to use in the dealership top quality good prices. This is my go-to shop from now on and I'm going to bring them a lot of business because these people are straight up good job guys. -joseph

This picture was taken from where I had to park because all of the parking spaces in front of their store were taken by their delivery vehicles...I was in the store for about 20 and not one of these vehicles moved.Now that's some customer service for you..!

After stopping at two other stores first we were lucky enough to come across advance Auto parts. Jose went above and beyond in helping with our battery cable issue that no one else could solve. His level of customer service was beyond any I've experienced at any auto parts store before. He was very knowledgeable and we will return because of him.

The woman who helped me tonight couldn t have been any better. Came in with a defective car battery under warranty, she charged it, confirmed it was defective, and helped set me up with a replacement. Couldn t have been any an easier process or a more professional and enjoyable interaction

We came to arizona to move my sister and nephew back to ohio. Weve had so much car trouble between out car and her car. We called this store and cameron that works here has been our saving grace. He helped us over the phone the first day. Then helped us again by personally coming and looking at our vehicle calling around to part stores to help us find the right parts. He has gone above and beyond to help us get back to Ohio and we cant thank him enough!!! Thank you so much CAMERON!!!

Had a battery die within the warranty period. I didn't have the actual receipt but the email order confirmation. Eva accepted my proof of purchase and Jack was quick with the install. Great service, Thank You

I needed a battery for my Buick, been using an Optima that finally died in the last cold spell. Everybody was real helpful in helping this Vietnam veteran plus they gave me a discount on my purchase. This was not my first time in and I will certainly return the next time I need something. Now a year later and the Optima in the Buick has given up the ghost. Never had one fail in less than five years. Anyway after searching for the purchase history since I could not find my receipt I walked out with a new battery. They still have my return business and my thanks.

My 19 year old son purchased a Diehard gold series battery with a three year 100% replacement warranty. The battery died after 16 months. When he returned it to this store they told him they would not replace it because he didn't have the original receipt. He had the battery, the bar code, the date stamp, everything except the piece of paper. I will never shop here again... $200 of my son's money down the drain. Terrible serice!

Terrible customer service, gave me no help or advice. Came in willing to spend money and the snot-filled kid at the counter made me never want to shop here again. Sounded like he was dripping mucus all over the keyboard and every question I asked he said, You can find that yourself Had a few questions and just wanted some help, sorry I had to ruin your morning kid.Never shopping at Advanced Auto Parts again.

Very rude and not helpful when ordering parts. They say they can't help you and will not want to honor the warranty of the part. They you want to purchase the part the part again. No customer service at all.

The Associates at the store was very courtesy the very helpful they found everything that no one else could find for me in stock except for one thing which is okay and understandable because it's the holiday weekend but I would recommend this spot to anyone that is looking for a part for their vehicle

Bought a battery from here and they refused to install it and asked me to come back the next morning..... Now I have to drive a half hour in the morning back to the store. horrible experience for spending so much on a battery. That was the only reason we purchased from here. I am going to Costco next time.

Went in for a car part. Greeting was friendly but barely spoke from there on out. After searching for the part, worker said can t get it with no explanation as to why or even a semblance of caring. They did not offer any recommendations to find the part. Will not return.

Called to get an alternator I was able to get one online deliverd the next day for 60 bucks they were over 200. AutoZone was near the same price.

They had all their parts delivery cars parked in front of the store where the customer should Park.I think whoever runs this doesn't realize the customers are what makes your business go
