Amazing service ! Jeff was knowledgeable and transparent. From now on, this will be the only place I m taking my truck if I have any troubles. These guys know what they re talking about and they re honest, which is hard to find these days!

Great customer service! One of the best experiences I've had with a shop. Not pushy and fixed my leaky exhaust header very quickly. I will return for any work needed on any of my vehicles.

Brought our Honda Odyssey for timing belt service. Great service and fair price! Store manager, Jeff, was friendly and communicated the price and process up front. He also gave progress updates so we could plan our pickup time.I will be back again!As they say "Transmissions and a whole lot more!"

I had a great experience last week with Jeff at Aamco. I brought in my truck for ( what I thought was leaking transmission fluid ) turns out is was something different not related. Jeff kept me up to date on the estimate for repairs and had me give the green light before any services were performed. Jeff and the techs did a great job! I highly recommended these folks! Hunter H

I had one of the best experiences of my life considering I know nothing about cars! I stopped in at AAMCO on my way home from work to ask for help. A dealership replacement job was left incomplete. They had to replace the engine under warranty due to an engine seizing problem. AAMCO not only finished the job for me but they found a coolant leak that was caused by the job done at the dealership. Then to further help me the store manager Jeff typed up documentation for me indicating what they had to do to finish the incomplete job by the dealership and describe everything that needed to be done to repair the coolant leak for me to submit to the dealership as I needed to return to them for this additional warranty work. Since I just moved to Arizona I will now be a lifetime customer of AAMCO and have all my regular oil changes and any future work if needed completed by them for thorough and exceptional work. They are truly the professionals!!! I recommend everyone stop in and see Jeff for all of your vehicle needs. You ll see for yourself how friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable he and his staff truly are and end up a lifetime customer like me!

Brought my work truck in on Wednesday. The transmission was completely shot. I got a heavy duty build on it with a great warranty. They had it done the following Tuesday. The truck drives and performs better than it did before. As a former mechanic, these guys were professionals in the care and handling of my truck. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service from Darren and Jesse the mechanic. I had a big clutch job that had to be done. He kept me updated, and informed during the whole process. He saved me several thousand dollars by finding a sleeve to fix the front half of the transmission rather than having to replace it. I will use them in the future for all my repairs. Thanks Aamco and Thank you Darren. & Jesse (who did the work. He was very friendly and helpful also.)

I took my vehicle in telling them I need a new alternator. They called me and told me my alternator was working fine. I have had the vehicle for 3 months and driven it may a week at the most. It has drained 2 brand new batteries and stalled while driving. Thru told me it was a door switch that needed replaced and that would fix the issues. Mean while it has been out of commission since. I finally got it into the Ford dealership and they went to run an electrical test but found that the alternator was dead. Therefore I need a new alternator. AAMCO cost me at least 4 weeks without my vehicle and charged me hundreds for a $20 part that didn t fix the issue! Bad service and they take no responsibility!

Went into this AAMCO to get an oil change and wow I m super impressed by how professional and responsive everyone was. I spoke with Darrin over the phone and he was super quick to answer my questions and once I came in he was super helpful and polite, I will definitely come back again not only for the convenience but for the experience thank you again!Services: Tires, Oil change

Went there to get a second opinion on some a/c work. The front desk guy had a great attitude. They performed the check for free but I didn t get thr work done this time. I am sure I will be coming back to this place for more stuff.

These guys are scanner mechanics. There are computer mechanics, not real mechanics. Only check if a vehicle is broken by a scan tool or diagnostic tool. Clearly, there is a vehicle issue I am having with loss of power, and my gas milage was cut in half. But yet they say my vehicle is fine and blame it on the heat but claim it is running fine. Slow delayed shift. RPMs run high until it will idle itself back down. The fan clutch is constantly engaged even on a fresh cold started motor sounds like a school bus driving down the road until the RPMs will settle down.

This place it s a scam they advertise free check engine light and then you end up paying almost $500 for a battery replacement, first they said there was codes showing and then they needed to do a diagnostic $199 then after that they called me back to let me know that it was the battery and it was $320 to replace it when I go in to pick it up they charge me to find out that it need a battery $199 plus the battery replacement $320 so I said everywhere I ve been they don t Charge you to find out what s wrong with the vehicle if you get the service done which makes sense and if you don t then I understand paying for their time but here you ll end up paying for both things and come on a battery replacement $500 dollars, so disappointed I would never refer anyone here or do business with them again and when I ask is there something you can do the manager said I ve been doing this for over 30 years and I never waive the diagnostic fee I only heard other shops do it not here :(
