I ve been using AAA Auto with my corvette and other vehicles for over 5 years now. With my corvette I needed somewhere to take it other than the dealer that was fair, honest , high quality , trustworthy, safe, and friendly , sincerely having the customer experience in mind. The latest repair has been brakes with Jonathan. He did a phenomenal repair and is installing caliper covers for me. Their prices aren t cheap , nor overcharging, you get what you pay for. And quality is important! Blair is a great mechanic and has repairs my cars several times. Thank you for a job well done again.

We were traveling and the check engine light came on. They understood and got us in that morning and made the fix, keeping us from having to delay our return home. Such a great help in a time of need.

A failed emission inspection led to a nightmare! Three months of drive-cycling hundreds of miles to reset the system controls (per recommendation of the state inspectors as well as the manufacturer & the internet) which usually works, unfortunately didn t this time. In desperation, I took the car back to my old faithful friends at AAA, who d done a great job for me over many years. Service Advisor Brian expertly scoped the car to pinpoint a critical problem with key components of the emission system. After consulting with genuinely concerned General Manager Jim, they had ace Technician Chris install new ones. Thankfully this immediately did the trick, so I now have that precious sticker. The All Star Team did it once more. But as friendly, competent & reasonably priced as they are, I hope to see Santa before I require their top-notch services again!!

AAA Auto repair performed the diagnostics and called with a quote within a few hours. The repair was done the next morning. We were very pleased with the service provided by Brian Lokmor and his team and would not hesitate to recommend this facility to others. Thank-you Brian for a job well done.

Do not let AAA talk you into towing you car here. It's a complete ripoff.My radiator died and I need a new one. This is common on Subarus once they hit 100k miles due to the plastic parts on the top where it connects to the car.They wanted to charge me $360 for the stock radiator. This is actually the MSRP, which is fine I guess, though they sell for about $100 to $150 less online. But fine. Then they wanted to charge $260 for labor. Replacing a radiator takes a skilled person about 30 minutes.Then they wanted to change me an extra $200 to replace the hoses. $80 for the parts and $120 for the labor. Except, the hoses are fine and it's almost no extra work to replace the hoses once you are replacing the radiator anyway. So that's $120 for an extra 5 minutes of labor.Then they wanted to replace the thermostat. The guy told me that any time a car overheats the thermostat needs to be replaced. I talked to two different mechanics and both confirmed that this is a lie; they are just trying to rip me off.Overall they wanted to charge me $1600. A local subaru shop (independent) will do it for $360 including labor because they charge below MSRP for the part (they still make a nice profit but they don't gouge on the price) and they aren't trying to trick me into replacing a bunch of stuff that isn't broken as well.Anyway I had the thing towed away and will take my car to an honest mechanic instead.So basically only take your car here if you want to pay these thieves 4-5x the fair price of your repair.

Took our car in for some service after we had a radiator fail on the 101. They made a little snafu when ordering parts, but Brian stepped up and really took care of us. He kept us in the loop after the mistake had been made, was honest and straightforward, and didn't try to sell us on a bunch of extras. He held a straight-up transaction and gave us a discount for our delays and troublesWe'll be back

Dropped my car off for a service inspection stemming from a Check Engine light glowing on the dash. Unfortunately, they were unable to diagnose the problem and were unable to detect the clear coolant smell in the cabin when the heater is turned on.Sadly, I will not be taking my vehicle back to that location.

I love this little gem! They are very kind and thorough. They are honest so I have come to trust them and only bring my car here since I moved nearby 3 years ago. Each time I come here, no matter who I interact with, they make me feel valued.

They worked really hard to figure out my car repair for 13 days. Rear shocks, radiator hose, oil change. I only had to bring it back on the 12th day for one more overnight. It's been running properly for a week now. Yay!

Not Great Service. No communication, they had my car for over a week, when I was told it would Monday, after the weekend - no updates during that time, I had to call for info everyday. They said they would call for a Lyft so i could get home from workone day, no call, no nothing. Sarcatic jerks during the checkout process. And now... Spent 2K... The entire middle console doesn't work, no radio nothing. Some kind of electrical problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was excited to try out AAA, and everything looked very promising on their website. The employees are very nice people, and the shuttle service was very convenient, but that is where the positives end for me. Took my vehicle in to get the oil changed and to inquire about a possible problem my car was having. When I ended up paying for the services I was charged $169 to just be told that I should pay over $1000 more for them to replace 6 spark plugs (because they were dirty). Not only is this an outrageous amount for a job that chouldn't have taken more than 40 mins (if they were being slow) but the quote was extremely overpriced. They quoted me over $70 for a single spark plug, but spark plugs exist for as little as $4.50 for my vehicle. This seems like poaching, and makes me never want to deal with AAA again. The website says that for even just an oil change that they will send you the results of their inspection for your vehicle, but when I inquired about it they just handed me a piece of paper with my bill and a sentance about one specific thing on my car, not the report. This is why people hate taking their car in to get anything done on it. Prices are outragous, they don't disclose prices of services before they do all of them, and they don't do everything that they say they will.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was able to make an appointment for an oil change within a reasonable amount of time, three days. Jonathan was quick to help me with a few other items, and the service/repair was done in a timely manner. I had an excellent experience, and highly recommend!

Fair service. Not the best I've had at this garage. Got my emailed summary while in the waiting room. That was great. Then another 15-20 minutes for them to realize my car was out front and all I needed was my keys. Disappointed no window sticker to remind me about next oil change. And Disappointed I had to go back and remind them to reset my idiot warning system.

Appointment set 2 days from initial call in. Vehicle was in and out in same day. Shuttle service available, accepted my service agreement on my repair order. Friendly, courteous and great repair service. I am a AAA member but you dont have to be to get great service. I will be back for all my vehicle needs. Thank you.

About a month ago I had my 2000 Chevy Impala towed there and had a new starter installed. At first I thought the repair did not work however the new starter fixed the issue and I have not had any further issues. Thank you.

On-line appointment set, confirmation sent, yet when I arrived at the appointment time there was not any appointment in the system. The person at the front desk stated that I needed to call to confirm. What is the point of having an online appointment system if you just have to call anyway? This wasted my time as they did not have time to even look at my car.

Had my jeep towed in for a coolant leak. The tow truck driver was excellent but recommended this place. He said 10% discount for AAA members also. So I agreed.Called the next morning and they said they did pressure test and all the hoses leaked! Then he quoted me $720 to replace radiator and heater hoses ! That seemed very high, but since I'm here working out of state, I agreed to let them replace heater hoses only. Since my radiator and hoses were all replaced a year ago, this sounded suspicious.I called at the end of the day and they said they'd do it the next day. What??The next morning I called and said "don't do anything, I'm coming to get it. "After paying them $80 for a pressure test, that PepBoys said they'd do for $35, I drove to the auto parts store. Found a pin-hole in a heater hose leaking onto the engine !Seriously could have cut off an inch of hose and reconnected! Since I was there, spent 20 minutes and $50 for new hoses, clamps and added coolant ! Did it with a screw driver !Saved $600. This place is a joke. I've been a AAA member for 27 years and never had a problem until I went here. Rip-off artists. Possibly because of my out-of- state license plates. Avoid at all costs. I wish there was a zero star rating.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are a non-profit business. That being said their work is excellent, the folks in the front office are honest and forthcoming about repairs. They always meet or exceed expectations as far as appointments and time frame for repairs. If you are a AAA member, you will get discounts as well.

This was the second time using them for my son's 2013 Chevy Cruze. Always seems fair and very nice interactions always with diagnosis and price. Will bring my wife's car as well when it needs service.

Horrible horrible horrible. Run and take your money else where. If you are a female they will make up things just for your money. Was told my car was fixed then called two days later and was asked for 1500 more dollars on top of the 1300 they are already received. They rely on a computer than actually looking at your car and doing their job. Requested a report of all the remaining issues and go figure never received the write up but instead received a call stating my car was 85%repaired and i needed to pick it up before they towed it. When I say RUN I mean RUN! AAA discount is no discount when they are over charging. Not toAdd I finally got my car back and there are more issues then when it came to their shop. Honest and trustworthy store. I purchased a used car a few months ago and had a issue. I called the AAA for a quote to compare to the dealership. Chris was extremely helpful and went beyond his job. Chris listen to my issue and called the dealership and found out, that my car is still under factory warranty for a few more months. Thanks to Chris and everyone else at the shop for the great service!

I had my car towed last month . They repaired the alternator and replaced the battery. Mechanic said car was in great shape and repairs came with warranty . 3 days ago car broke down again same symptoms . I had car towed back since car having same problem and i had warranty on work done. The next day mechanic called said the engine was blown as well as computers chips. I called honda dealership that usually repairs my cars and mechanic said that is not possible . I called AAA back and then they said no they meant engine was blown not the chip and no ones fault but car not worth saving . Best thing to do is junk it . I has it towed to the honda dealership and looked at . Turns out it was the alternator and battery and the fact they put substandard alternator in the car . AAA just did not want to fix the their repair. I also have a text from the mechanic to his boss the original day of the first repair that he sent to me instead saying great day Boss we made 6300 in gross revenue today great start to holiday weekend . I excused that because if they do good work they deserve to make a profit . But now they do not want to fix what they said was covered and lied about it to not have to fix it. do not use this place a bunch of crooks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience at AAA - Chandler Auto Repair was the worst nightmare ever. We were towed to this facility by AAA towing because we were told there was a discount for AAA members. They had the car three days longer than expected and we were told they would pay the rental car for the three additional days, but when we presented the bill from the Hertz rental (which, by the way, is affiliated with AAA) we were told we went to the wrong one and they only discounted our repair bill $90 when the rental car bill was almost $300. We had to take it in again because the car was vibrating but were told they could not identify the same conditions that we reported. The car was a Honda, so we took the still-vibrating car to Honda where they could see a broken motor mount that should have been repaired at our initial visit to AAA. It cost $400 to fix what AAA should have fixed on our original visit, but AAA would not pay for Honda to fix the car. They instead offered us that if we would bring it back they would fix it. I refused to take the car back - who could blame me for not wanting additional contact with them. I have been a member of AAA since 2000 and have used them many times for car repair, travel and I even bought my new car through them. I will never use AAA again and will not be renewing my membership. Shame on you AAA for having such a place affiliated with your name. In the office there is a sign that says On time, One time, Honest, Courteous Service. I did not get any of those things at this location.

On this current update I am happy to report no need to change a thing!Good solid diagnostics are behind each repair request. They maintain a staff that is certified and trained for different carmakers and models. Time to add the fifth star. Owning an 8 yr. old vehicle and we're starting to look at the list of important heavy maintenance. AAA Chandler is being direct, straightforward, and steering us towards what's best. Happy to add the 5th !
